In a new relationship and very likely to consummate soon , but I am a bit concerned at what men expect these days. Is everyone having vagazzles, brazilians etc. Do ordinary women - like myself - just go for neat and tidy? I'm feeling self conscious and a bit embarrassed.

I am "au-natural" like a 1970's porn star.

If my dates don't like it they can fuck off.

I think "all off" is the fashion these days.

I'm too much of a pansy for that fancy waxing so just shave it all off. No idea what's actually 'In' at the moment. Suspect that your man will not actually care though!

FWIW, I occasionally wax more off (not all, I personally think it looks odd) than usual because my partner likes the feel of that. And I like to "treat" him. But only because he fully accepts that I wax what I want to.

Why worry about what "men expect"?

Men expect a woman, and woman bits, I suppose.

If a particular man prefers more or less hair, then it's something you can work out by talking over the relationship, according to your own preference as well.

Personally, I'll never do it all, because the regrowth hurts too much.

I don't put my undies on the washing line. Nor do I send them to the MILs to be tumble dried in the winter.

I once had very expensive underwear stolen from a line so am naturally cautious.

I'm 24 but not sure on the fashion. I have been completely shaved since I was 15. Personally I don't like pubic hair on myself (mainly due to periods and messiness of hair when heavy) my ex liked hairy but my current partner takes me as I am....

I don't think men are that fussy these days.....unless they are 15/16

I was trying to say I rock a neat 70s vibe, can't be faffed with anything else.

Also I heard men shaving it all off do it to make their bits look bigger.

At 15/16 they are hardly men, and I'm sure at that age they will be most grateful for anything that come their way.

I dont care whats in fashion mine is all off and has been from a very young age always hated pubic hair. OH has never known me any other way and dont intend on letting him see me hairy. When he first saw me undressed he loved the fact i was bald

I just do whatever I feel like. My husbands preferences are not the same as mine, but I try not to let that influence my own choice. the fact is that it is my body to do with as I wish. I never tell him what I like (except that I really like beards and he refuses to grown one...).

Actually thinking about it - when it comes to men's bits - i have no preference - truly. So hubby makes his own choice about that too. I don't have the right to tell him what I prefer in any case.

I am a seventies muff chick as well. I like hairy blokes but they have a horrible habit of shaving these days. Vile.

Grow mine down to my knees and plait flowers into it. Sometimes go for a dreadlock.

I have been known to weave a basket and carry my shopping in mine.

FWIW, As long as I don't have to take an afro comb to part the locks then whatever is fine.

I am told its cool to be as bald as a coot down there with every last hair even around the arse hole to be gone.
I have a brief attempt at a trim around the edges every ince in a while but am not getting my rug out for playtime anytime soon.

Undercarriage epilated but the front garden is seventies. I used to just leave a strip but partner loves the full on, longish, hairy look. (Because I'm worth it). Good compromise for us both. I do sometimes grow the underneath for a treat.

Got to say, it's been quite liberating to leave it. I have to do the underneath though. I wear big pants to work as lots of bending/stretching, and the hair got caught so many times in the elastic. I never have a minute or the privacy to readjust so bare it is.
