Missed yesterday as I was away, but it's easy to drink, doesn't taste of anything, so not disgusting or gloopy, just gritty. I suspect it will be months down the line before I notice any differences. Wish I had had a cholesterol check though, as its supposed to lower it.
I agree with Jynier, life without periods is a blessing, when you get over the hot flushes, no memory, crap hair, droopy bits etc.

themidwife - I am an excellent insomniac. I was awake til 6am with a migraine and was then woken up by very koud building works at 8.30. I have now had so much caffeine and MSG (sweet and sour, mmm) I don't see myself sleeping for some months

Hello all well upshot is she is refusing couniclling sigh plus I have been made out to be a helicopter parent we had much eye rolling which carried on while buying her a school blazer though.did try not to smile when she realised that.a pair of school trousers from new look were aged 12 yrs, shes got growing pains again too but cant have parcetmol could she have ibrupon
