So what was for detox tea in the hippy hills?

Basically I've been eating fish & salad & green veg all day! I had sea bream, asparagus, green beans & sprouting broccoli tonight. With olive oil & fennel & lemon juice. Was still hungry so had a couple of my friend's local eggs a bit later. Plus lots & lots of peppermint tea! I'm starving!

My favourite is his mutton (goat) curry with rice and pea and his mum's spicy but almost caramelized pork belly Also his friend's ox tail in a fabulously piquant 'gravy'...Slurpio

I think I've nailed the belly but I tried to make the ox tail and it was a throw away disaster The chef won't tell me how to make it bit has said he will show me but it hasn't happened yet. Must push for that

He's useless! Asked me why I was there - gee whizz!!! He TOLD me to go back and see him after I had finished the course of antibiotics for the chest infection . He didn't check my chest at all!

Morning all poor starlet still shellshocked but dp is taking her to see a school today and got a go app the counicl here was than useless asked if they could tell me the schools that had places to starlet could then choose her choices got told no sigh

but one of the local ones said they did etc dont want to put choices in then be told no places and get given the one that just behind us that i know she wont settle in.

Most have blazers here and she not keen who wouldnt want a blk blazer with red pipeing around it !!

Starlet went to a youth club last night that a friend runs in the next town and dp who took her said she enjoyed it

She not wanting to start sch till sept but am worried that she keep looking at her old town with rose tinted glasses all her friends seem to be saying miss you etc these are the ones that were awful to her a few weeks ago hoping she give our town a chance any thpughts on is as feel out of my saftey zone with this

Kitty starlet is ok ish didnt like the first school as they told her she would repeat the year and the uniform involues a kilt ! Shes off to see another one tommorow and another one on monday her bf is visting in a few weeks for a week so shes happy about that i asked how shes feeling she said ok just the schools flapping so much shes gonna settle
