The first one started by a bloke?

Iron man 3 was good. Buffy was just less attractive and funny. Strange how you find someone less physically attractive when they've pissed you off.

Got my keys back. Amicably. Not sure if I'll see her again or not.

Snapespeare · 01/05/2013 18:06

I think part of that though bant is cemented if the other person doesn't get that they've pissed you off, or doesn't care that they've pissed you off - then the attractiveness wanes as they're not taking account of your feelings... But then you and buffy weren't about 'the feels' as you were vacancy-filling with regards to cool/hot friend you can shag with no question of emotional intimacy or longevity (which is obv fine)

how does that make you feel?

Bant · 01/05/2013 18:10

I really want some Kentucky fried chicken

KinNora · 01/05/2013 18:11

I bloody love being cooked for, ex Mr Nora was incapable of cooking anything - the fuckwit.

I did mean to say very well done Lubey on giving up the tags and especially on losing the weight, you really are one kick ass woman.

Showbiz is picking me up on Sunday and then we're going to some pub in Cambridgeshire and staying the night but not in the same room. I'm trying not to panic.

KinNora · 01/05/2013 18:12

Oh ffs Bant why did you have to say that ? I'm on a freaking fast day again.

OhWesternWind · 01/05/2013 18:21

Yes, great stuff Lubey. Amazing life-changing stuff you're doing there.

Nora oooooh so you are being whisked away to a country retreat by your very own suave and sophisticated bearded gentleman? Much potential for a lovely dirty weekend ... Is it proper panic (cancel) or just nerves (do it)?

Glad you enjoyed the fillum Bant

JulietteMontague · 01/05/2013 18:21

I am currently being cooked for, whilst sitting at a dining table looking out of a picture window at Hollandia farming country.

Dutch is absolutely lovely, there has been kissing in his garden with tongues and everything (real garden, clean your acts up), it's sunny and he is a seriously cool.

Smitten Grin

I'm on his laptop as my phone won't connect so updates may be scarce for now.

Snapespeare · 01/05/2013 18:21

Oh god KFC!

KinNora · 01/05/2013 18:34

That sounds like perfection Juliette I'm so Grin for you.

OWW I'm concentrating vair much on the nice place, good food and excellent snoggage aspects of the evening as opposed to the 'I'm going to hyperventilate if I so much as think about clothes shedding' aspects.

Snapespeare · 01/05/2013 18:39

Too busy lusting after chicken to even notice juliettes update. Very lad it's going well! :)

OhWesternWind · 01/05/2013 18:52

Oh Juliette swoon!!! Hope it just gets better and better ...

MirandaWest · 01/05/2013 18:53

That is excellent Juliette :) am very happy you are having a lovely time :) and that mr Dutch let you use his laptop as otherwise we wouldn't have had an update Grin

WarmFuzzyFun · 01/05/2013 18:57

SmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmile@ 'Jules'

Bant · 01/05/2013 19:13

Juliette - I'd just like to second Miranda. We are all happy that Dutch has let you use his laptop...

HeyBeenTryingToMeetYou · 01/05/2013 19:51

Juliette swoon, have a wonderful time Smile

Bant Buffy sounds like bloody hard work now and a bit of a tit tbh, I would call it a day if twere me. Shame it's all gone a bit pantseque at the end, but helpful too I spose.

Keep going Lubey, life is so much better without the evil faaaaags

News from me, I have my first ever on line date tomorrow! EEEEEEEEEEEEK!

Feel weirdly relaxed about it, I shall call him MrGoodChat, because he gives most excellent chat. I'm sure I'll be terrified tomorrow. But thanks all for your encouragement, to post my pic and go on POF, coz without you I would not be doing this, so Flowers

splishsplosh · 01/05/2013 20:31

Juliette - that is fab news

Lubey - am envious of the weight loss, I can't seem to stop eating at the moment!

I had a date yesterday - was OK,thought of you Kin because he had an Irish accent, but he told me a wee bit too much about his medical history and wasn't very smiley. He wanted to knowif we'd meet again - why do they put you on the spot like that there and then?

Why did he tell you about his medical history Splish ? It really is most offputting and only worth doing if they've had something really interesting

Wine he sounds dreadful, avoid like the bloody plague. That kind of dreadful rollercoaster nonsense is very wearing. You're hoping he changes his mind because you're a nice person and it could be great, if he wasn't completely fucked up

Snapespeare · 01/05/2013 20:47

wine kick that fucker to the curb. This has DOOM! DOOM! DOOM! Written all over it like 12 foot tall letters on a motorway siding.

You deserve so much better than this! 'I don't have any hard feelings towards you' Hmm thanks! Hmm anyway...

T's not meant to be anywhere near as difficult as that. It's meant to be swimmy and dizzy and sweet as. What you've described sounds like crystal maze head fuck where there are no winners.

Wine blooming heck I think you've had a narrow escape there. Deeply screwed up bloke on many levels and you're best out of it. It sounds awful though and I hope you're okay.

Splish I only like interesting ailments and not too much of those either. The not smiling bit is worse. Did you say no?

Hey excellent stuff. First date is the worst and after that it's a breeze. Well, not quite, but if I can do it, and I'm very shy, then anyone can. Where are you meeting?
