Just went to post on my other thread but it's full already!

I'll attempt to link it but I'm on my phone so probably won't work.

Excuse the cheesy title, my brain won't work. Just going to read last few replies on old thread.

Thinking of you. Look after yourself today. Be kind - you've been through a huge amount in the last year, never mind the last few weeks. You aren't to blame for any of it. I'm glad he remembered the date though, a lot of men wouldn't (including my dh).

cjel · 11/05/2013 09:00

thinking of you today. glad he at least didnt forget what day it was. lighting a candle and remembering sounds good. How are you?

ohforfoxsake · 11/05/2013 09:44

Another sending kind thoughts to you. Be gentle with yourself today.

BistoBear · 11/05/2013 10:30

I'm also thinking of you today. You have been through so much and you've handled it all with such decorum. Look after yourself today Flowers

Thinking of you today

JollyGolightly · 11/05/2013 13:11

Thinking of you today. To mark the due dates of the babies I lost, I planted things in the garden and went for a walk somewhere beautiful. Being in nature helped; life in all things and continuity of life- if that isnt too drippy hippy! I hope it is a peaceful day, whatever you choose to do.

LoserNoMore · 11/05/2013 15:46

Thank you Thanks

I didn't get up until 1pm! Just been pottering about but don't seem to have got anything done. I just feel drained, can't even be arsed getting ready but need some things from the shop. Hope you're all enjoying the weekend.

LoserNoMore · 11/05/2013 16:09

Deal :)

I spend all week counting down the days until the weekend then it's a big letdown,

I used to come home friday nights and ball my eyes out at the thought of everyone else having lovely family weekend!!! (got over that quickly though)

Fluffycloudland77 · 11/05/2013 18:03

Yes, I always plan picnics and long walks or bike rides in my mind. Then dh goes shooting and I do laundry.

swallowedAfly · 11/05/2013 20:02

i've spent most of the day in bed in tracky bottoms and a big cardi. have gotten up to make food and drinks and help ds get his bike in and out of the garden but that's about it. absolutely shattered this week.

no one dies from an unproductive day and it is sometimes really needed.

LoserNoMore · 11/05/2013 20:30

I always feel bad lying in bed. Hope the rest done you good SAF. I'm totally bored and restless. Cant concentrate on anything on the TV.

I'm actually feeling angry that I can't have dd's here every weekend. Another way I have to suffer because he's a lying cheating scumbag.

Believe it or not one day when you're feeling better and have a hot new man you'll enjoy having time to yourself. I know that seems poor consolation at the moment Thanks

LoserNoMore · 11/05/2013 22:06

Yeah you're probably right. Just feeling sorry for mysel.

I got a lodger and she was 30 and single. she taught meit was ok to stay in bed after 7am and we used to sit in jammas till 11 or 12. I felt like a student It was sooo relaxing!!

LittleEsme · 11/05/2013 22:23

I have a candle burning for you here LNM, right now, just to mark the day.
Am still holding your hand but you're on your own with the wall papering even though I've been a bit AWOL.
Agree with everyone re your H. At least, at the very least, he knows he's fucked up. Good. Let him live with his conscience.
You on the other hand, are doing well. You are.
Am thinking positive things about the interview, so fingers crossed with that.

The skipathon is still in the pipeline, so LNM, and all the ladies, get your sports bra's, trainers and tena pads at the ready. I'm back to work on monday cos my manky lungs are now healthy once more. Get those ropes ready!!!

LoserNoMore · 11/05/2013 22:48

Cjel, it is relaxing but I always have a little niggling feeling in the back of my head telling me it's a waste of a day!

LittleEsme, thank you. Glad you're on the mend. Everytime I catch a glimpse of my skipping rope I think of you. Was wondering where you were.

cjel · 11/05/2013 22:52

that'll be the mother in you!

CabbageLeaves · 11/05/2013 23:19

You get used to being indulgent LNM. I used to be 24/7 full on multi tasking. I sometimes spend weekends doing very little but value that in itself as much as I value 'doing' (but doing things I have planned and enjoy)

Ah forgot I NC'd. That was me!

LoserNoMore · 12/05/2013 00:00

I was just about to ask if you'd name changed Grin trying to confuse me!

If anyone deserved a wee gin its you. Sounds like its been a hellish time. I'm getting back on my health kick on Monday. My friend was tellingly about the 5:2 diet? You basically starve yourself for 2 days, well 500 calories and eat as normal for 5 or something like that. Not sure it sounds too healthy though.

OP posts:
CabbageLeaves · 12/05/2013 08:04

I'm feeling a little in need of a diet before the summer

I love food though

Dilemma.
