Was just having another look at the sky; still haven't seen any of the Lyrids!

My secret talents are:-

1. I can yodel!
2. I play the spoons (although not up to my beloved younger brother's skill - he could play two sets at once on the same hand!)
3. I have almost perfected The Haka (in honour of my GD2 who I will be meeting for the first time in less than 4 weeks when my DD1 and her H return to the UK from NZ)!

it is alright jynier thanks for being there at this hour. It was a moment like this when I started the first thread.

Believe me, if I could go back with my X, I would be in bed by 8.00 every night! Used to love curling up with him; we sometimes used to stay in bed all day!

Morning all - I'm a pathetic excuse for a member if this thread at the moment. I'm in total zombie mode - yawning at 9pm & going up to bed. Asleep by 10 & dead to the world until DD wakes at 7am!

Morning all been up since 6am as flaked out at 8:30pm last night has spent the afternoon with dp drinking beer and talking to nice neigbour
his kids were visting had waterballoons

had to tell dp he had to come in for tea or he would be grounded tommorrow dp knocks on neighbours door and asks if dave is playing out !!

Amyway am staving so for breakfast was going to a full english but dp doesnt want one yet so am eating a sara lee choclate gatqeux that had been deforsting in fridge dp thinks i have to share it so ...

Had a lovely day at our local independent hilly record shop for Record Store Day buying vinyl Bowie, Kate Bush & Sigur Ros. Feelings of massive regret at selling all my original vinyl in the early noughties

Then clearing out & painting & cleaning DS1's room who is definitely dropping out of Uni & have moved him into the office in the garage so he doesn't get too cosy!! Moving DD1 into DS1's room & DD2 into DD1's room because her room is literally 5"x6"!!

Then I can move toys upstairs & enjoy my living room! Knackered!!

Really needed that chocolate cake. Thanks Mrs! Or was it mini?
