Evening all. As you were.

OP posts:
ike1 · 17/02/2013 12:45

In fairness to Torso Rubber he was good on the contact...sigh ...but no we were like oil and water no good...

JulietteMontague · 17/02/2013 12:45

Snape the nameless one is a model of wonderfulness and we cannot even consider anything else.

I wonder where nomore is Was hers the model man?

ike1 · 17/02/2013 12:46

I think I will go for a walk with a hot choc and hunk of Soreen wrapped in grease proof paper...

KinNora · 17/02/2013 12:47

Hello everyone, why oh why oh why do men do that not contacting you when you expect thing ? It's enough to drive the most insouciant to frantic Soreen scoffing, although obviously I'm not currently burdened with that particular problem being as no-one loves me I'm not seeing anyone.

I'm on the train heading back to my lovely home city, where people talk proper and you can get a chip barm, marvellous. Thinking about emailing Mr Software and Weird Coincidence Man as I require some flirting.

Snapespeare · 17/02/2013 12:49

Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

All is well. He was wiped out by my good lovin'. Blush I replied that I was also (still) tired, because he has ruined me, but I like it. Wink

JulietteMontague · 17/02/2013 12:51

Snape take a bow Thanks. You broke him Grin

Snapespeare · 17/02/2013 12:55

I was being particularly kind and gentle as well. Goodness only knows what would happen if I actually tried Blush

I am sitting on my sofa with chocolate digestives, coffee & the Keira knightly 'pride and prejudice' oh, mister darcy Grin

JulietteMontague · 17/02/2013 12:57

Sitting.in.a.treeeeeee Grin

OhWesternWind · 17/02/2013 13:06

All is well here too ...

Nora enjoy the trip home! I love living up north again, I missed it so badly when I was away. Dcs are starting to talk proper now too. Which side of the Pennines are you?

ike1 · 17/02/2013 13:11

Alls good then Snape. Had a looooong message from Mr Scorp...who has not been on line for a while. His star sign is Scorpio, same as Torso's. I always seem to attract this Starsign and (yes I know) I find them to be very intense and sexual ... but seem be very 'all or nothing' too (which he has just admitted to)I am not like this at all oh well. My slightly detatched approach seems to drive them a bit loopy.

KinNora · 17/02/2013 13:18

OWW tempted to answer 'the right side' but I don't want to start Dating Thread Fight -episode III, Flat Cap Wars.

I'm mad fer it and doing my impressive simian walk, whilst wearing my anorak and ridiculously baggy jeans.

Did you leave the poor lad with some Lucozade and multi-vitamins, Snape ?

Movingforward123 · 17/02/2013 13:20

Snape GrinGrinGrin I'm glad for you

lubeybooby · 17/02/2013 13:22

Snape :o

ike1 · 17/02/2013 13:29

Now den kin I see there is to be a new biopic of The Stone Roses from the director of This is England....enjoy being 'up north' ...

ike1 · 17/02/2013 13:31

Which reminds me ...I might have a look for that Mark E Smith autobiog on e-bay laters....

KinNora · 17/02/2013 13:37

I believe Mad Mark lives very near my parents', possibly accounts for quite a lot.

ike1 · 17/02/2013 13:38

Yep Renegade. Bought it. Was gonna borrow it from TR before we split up. He used to live in Manchester...but as a soft southern shite and recent Brightonian he found Manchester a very tough city to live in....not enough ladies enamoured of his Primal Scream hairdo..

ike1 · 17/02/2013 13:39

Right off with Soreen in hand laters everyone...

KinNora · 17/02/2013 13:42

Really, Ike ? Honestly these days it's all giant f-off cakes at Patisserie Valerie, cocktails at The Hilton and sniffing the Marc Jacobs handbags in Harvey Nick.

JulietteMontague · 17/02/2013 13:54

I've had one of those who emails normally, then asked me out, I said yes and now is just lurking rather than set a date. That was on Friday. Would it be so, so bad to mail him straight with a pithy remark? Although I realised mailing in a fit of pique doesn't really go with pithy.

KinNora · 17/02/2013 13:56

Nope, Juliette, it would be entirely appropriate.

JulietteMontague · 17/02/2013 14:01

Pissed off because he was actually ok looking and only a few years younger. I would have.

JulietteMontague · 17/02/2013 14:02

If anyone can summon up their inner snark, all suggestions welcome.

Scrazy · 17/02/2013 14:10

Urghhh! Was up really late with neighbour and more wine and feel awful today, might have to go back to bed.

Sorely tempted to text the ex about something trivial, I need closure, please tell me the pro's and con's of this before I do it!

KinNora · 17/02/2013 14:17

I'm trying to come up with something but failing, Juliette. Possibly something on the lines that if his sexual behaviour is as unsatisfactory as his communication style, it's just as well that you don't meet.

Scrazy, do not text the ex ! I say this despite giving in for the first time in months and watching Spud on YouTube - it just makes you feel baaaaaaaaaaaad
