yes the more sweet things I eat the more it fuels my craving and I end up on a 2 week sugar bender (as I am now) will need a few days of being strict then I am detoxed.. as soon as I have sugary stuff again it all starts again

cafe is that why if you blow your nose is can suppress the cough for a bit? Any explanation for the vicks on the feet thing? mine is a dry tickle at the back of my soft pallet.

goodness me kitty- I never knew that!! seems like it works (don't know why, have a number of hypotheses) probably it's just the same way as vicks usually would work.. but I kinda want to find out now

montelukast, afaik blocks the action of leukotrienes at the receptor level. In essence it works like krill oil works. (it's the precursor step to the arachidonic acids) so it blocks the inflammatory process at these receptor sites.. (I think, but it's late and I might be wrong) so it's useful in asthma and allergic rhinitis because of the inflammatory mediating effects (hayfever-type symptoms)

kalidanger- sometimes I stay awake because I don't want the next day to come (sounds a bit silly but staying up somehow is less bad than going to bed knowing when you wake up you'll be there at the next day already)

my above post was nonsense mrsshrek - but in essence it works by blocking leukotriene production/action and they are a big player in terms of inflammation and smooth muscle contraction, it's a drug called an antagonist that works at receptors (an agonist essentially increases the action, an antagonist inhibits) there are lots of different types of leukotrienes. does DD have asthma or any allergies?

how did everyone else get on? my daughter has just woken (well at 6) for the first time since midnight. she was soaking wet, nappy, jarmie top and bottoms, and sleeping bag . Always feels so cold and uncomfortable when that happens. hoping she will go off again like yesterday.

I had a horrible dream about rape . Don't know where that came from.
