I felt a bit post viral today but had to make chicken jalfrezi so ate a whole slab of chocolate to get me through.Then ate another in bed tonight

We are downstairs in our dressing gowns taking toys from the living room, toddling through the house and finding homes for them in the dining room and chatting chatting chatting. durr durr durr dadada blabbu blabbu squeal etc.

the good wife, really reminds me of my old job, so I love it, but it makes me a little wistful as its actually so close to what my old firm was like (I am Alicia, of course)
it was green & blacks almond milk chocolate kitty, mmmm..
now scoffing muffins I really must stop my junk munching or it will soon catch up with me. Have decided to be good, as of tmorrow, and detox from sugar for a week.

summerdad me too - really struggled to even get up today, then felt really zombied out- left the house with no bank cards, went across London, had to go all the way back, missed an appointment, and did no work I also missed my pilates class. I intended to do 2 classes tomorrow as well as see the ex in laws.
BUT I have not cleaned my flat and I am beyond grumpy and morose right now, so I have emailed them saying I'm ill (which I am a bit, kinda run down)
no doubt they will pretend to have not seen the email, and turn up anyway first thing would rather slob about at home, do no exercise classes, and catch up with some work because I am in a lab on monday and totally unprepared

cafe how do you manage so much stuff Compared to you, my life is a lot simpler 9-5 work, few hours with my son in the evening till he goes to bed and then on my own.

Well my daughter woke just as I laid down to sleep. I've settled her once and after a good faff on mumsnet waiting a while to make sure she had gone off properly she called out to me again as soon as my head hit the pillow. She was pointing at her wardrobe and saying "durr durr". I'm sure she sees things that I can't see . Let's not go down that route while I sit in the dark

So far tonight I haven't eaten any crap or sweet things. However, if I'm not allowed to sleep soon I might have to succumb

well, it's past midnight and I am still eating junk and watching dr christian on more 4. it's educational, right? so much for having no tv..
got some good tv ideas actually- maybe I will be the next dr pixie
also, so much for sugar detox. am serious this time though - no more junk, tonight is IT. can someone remind me of this tomorrow please. thank you
hope you get some sleep kitty! thanks for coffee tip. I hope they have been put off til next weekend, by which time my apartment will be SPOTLESS and wafting of fabulous coffee with some miraculously not dead beautiful flowers dotted about the place
(PS I think young babies and children have supersenses... sure DS used to talk to a 'friend' when he was a baby who I could not see...and I remember weird things from my own early childhood)
