Just snorted my tea all over my desk at nubbin! Sounds like something off embarrassing bodies! (Do you ever wonder what people are thinking of when they go on that show? I presume they must get paid a kings fortune - surely no one would associate their face & mind bendingly grim condition for free?)

watchoutforthatsnail · 11/05/2012 12:41

:)

NicholasTeakozy · 11/05/2012 12:54

Bloody hell Watch, he sounds like a prize nobber.

Proper snorted a 'nubbin' Snape :o

SPsFanjoHarboursDeadCats · 11/05/2012 12:56

I have just seen the best domestic between a couple in a long. Included wearing under wear in the rain and a Tesco for life bag Grin

Makes me glad I'm not in a relationship

Snapespeare · 11/05/2012 15:05

watchoutforthatsnail · 11/05/2012 15:34

Lol, have a lovely evening :)

Snapespeare · 11/05/2012 15:36

we will. we've been texting about porn. I'm a bit riled up. Blush

SPsFanjoHarboursDeadCats · 11/05/2012 15:39

I have just been called shallow for telling a man he is too old for me!

Snapespeare · 11/05/2012 15:43

SP - how old was he? (guessing mid sixties!)

SPsFanjoHarboursDeadCats · 11/05/2012 15:44

He was 41. I'm 21. He is a year older then my dad and 2 year older then my mum!

Snapespeare · 11/05/2012 16:34

sleazy sleazy old bugger!

SPsFanjoHarboursDeadCats · 11/05/2012 16:51

I told him he was older then my parents and he says "age is just a number baby"

MyLittleMiracles · 11/05/2012 17:03

I get that too SP I am 23 and get men in their 40s messaging, one even started with, well I know I am too old for you bit......he was 51 I mean come on.

Hope all is okay watch
snape you really shouldn't talk about porn, says she who has never discusses it or told just friends about the home made one, we were in the middle of a sexual conversation though

MsCellophane · 11/05/2012 17:07

Question fellow daters...

I've joined okcupid, the question thing iritates me! I don't mind answering questions, it's the only accept answers if people have agreed with me box I don't get. It's pointless as all my questions get answered as irrelevant - who thought up this stupid thing??? Think I'll leave that site, getting iritated before even looking at the men

I'm ok mlm. Headachy and exhausted, but ok..
Put tonights plans on hold because I don't feel like being bubbly with new people today. Will definatley make the next event though.

Mrs cello, you don't have to use that bit really. You can just seach and message without it :)

MyLittleMiracles · 11/05/2012 17:27

Glad to hear your okay watch I understand not wanting to go out after a long day, hence no dates this week, that and the fact I keep feeling/being sick and belly ache. No I am not pregnant either. Impossible.

Snapespeare · 11/05/2012 18:24

Hope you feel better soon watch. No opening your front door though..... Wink

ChaoticismyLife · 11/05/2012 19:18

MsCellophane watch is right, you don't have to answer the questions. I've answered some of them and either put irrelevant or how important it is for the other person to have ticked the answer(s) I'll accept. You can tick more than one answer for the 'answers I'll accept' bit.

watch hope you're feeling a bit better.

I've been internet dating on and off for a year or so but I guess we all hope that we could meet someone through normal life. Anyway, went to a charity do a couple of weeks ago and had a bit of an "eyes across the room" moment with a guy. Seems like the same thing happened to him and we got chatting later on and had a great time doing silly dancing and have a right old laugh. Anyway, we exchanged numbers and have been chatting, emailing and texting since. I've found out he lost his job a while back through being ill and he isn't working now. My initial reaction was that I wouldn't date someone that isn't working (although I haven't told him that) but having spoken to my daughters', they have said I'm being a bit silly as there is obviously an attraction between us. He seems to be a lovely, intelligent, slightyly shy and genuine bloke. What would you do?

MirandaWest · 11/05/2012 21:42

I'd keep dating him. But am quite a novice at all this :)

datingadviceagain · 11/05/2012 21:54

We also have an agre difference - 9 years my junior but he's two years older than my last long term partner so not too bad, eh?

MyLittleMiracles · 11/05/2012 22:06

What's there to consider? You fancy each other, you get on well, and you have a toy boy. So long as he isn't spongeing money off you, enjoy.....

notsurewhyohwhy · 11/05/2012 22:19

On a date with mr tall, nice guy, bigger built then I thought which is a good thing Wink hmmm

MyLittleMiracles · 11/05/2012 22:42
