I don't think Elasta is on FB? not on mine anyway

Beaut, it's Mily (later SparklyMily after the proposal!) who got married.

Snape, I think it could be going in the right direction. Though it's hard to tell. Do his choice of celebrity shags give any positive hints?

Lubey, I think you've given me the excuse to buy something new Grin thank god for late night opening on thursdays!

Zanywany · 20/10/2011 12:52

Good text Lubey straight to the point, have you heard back from him yet?

Grin at wearing awful pants Watch step away from the rum as it might give you beer goggles.

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 13:00

hatesponge yaaaay get shopping :o

Zany nope, nothing yet. Unusual for him he normally replies dead quick so really think this one has stumped him. Very telling... if he really has to think about it that much. Jeez. Be interesting to see what the reply is though if it ever comes!

Snapespeare · 20/10/2011 13:09

positive hints? no. they're all willowy & exceptionally beautiful. but i think i can up my recessive goth gene. :)

Zanywany · 20/10/2011 13:18

Ah but are your celebrity shags anything like Mr Doctor Grin

Definately look at boo hoo, they can deliver the next day and their clotes seem really unusual but reasonable.

Tried to have a look at eharmony, answered all the questions, uploaded a pix so that I could see my match's only to finally get on their and you can't see their pix unless you pay for membership, ahhhh.

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 13:20

Still nothing. ffs

Sweepstake open - how long before I get a reply and will it be positive or twatty?

I'm going for 8pm tonight. twatty.

I think non commitave (is that a word) will possibly avoid question or gloss over it by 6.30pm

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 13:26

Hahaha good one zany yes that is very possible. Very.

Zanywany · 20/10/2011 13:29

My time in a relationship with a narcassist taught me well Grin. Not that I mean that he is like that

TimeForMeIsFree · 20/10/2011 13:32

Hi everyone!

lubey I love that dress! Alas, too expensive for my budget. May take a leaf out of snapes book though and see if I can find similar on Ebay. Pleased, you text BoR and do hope he gets back to you soon so you can get back to it put the whole thing to bed. One way or another.

Thanks watch I will have a look out for discount codes. Good luck with the date tonight!!

snape I used to lurk on a thread where a poster had a thing for a guy on the train, I followed the thread mainly to see if they ever got it on. Was that you?? I was dying to jump in and suggest you turn on the bluetooth on your phone to see if it picked up his, so you send him a message but I felt I might be intruding Grin

Nothing happening here but tbh I'm not that bothered at the moment. Well, maybe a little bit but not enough to get all worked up about it. It's too cold to be turning out at night anyway Wink

Only two more sleeps and I go pick my cat!!

watchoutforthatsnail · 20/10/2011 13:46

lubey - i think if hes interested in you he will reply, and if he isnt, then he just might not at all. Either way you will know, and have said how you felt, so thats a good thing.

Snape - sounds good to me... and a bit like it might lead into some seriously saucy texts ( not that i swapped anything of the kind with S a few days ago... and not that that all got started by top 3's :) )

im all of a jitter now in any case. I never know if i like pre date nerves or not.

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 13:51

Good luck Watch! What time are you meeting?

OP posts:
watchoutforthatsnail · 20/10/2011 13:55

7.45.

im not worried about it going well, i think it will do. You know the thing im most worried about? that looks wise hes not my usual type at all.
Hes got blonde hair. and wears trainers and things from bench and shaves.
( realises i am shallow)

I know it doesnt matter really, and my ex husband didnt look anything like my type at all, but it would just be rubbish if i really liked him but just didnt fancy him... because of blonde hair fgs.

Snapespeare · 20/10/2011 14:30

I may have tailored my 'top 3 celebrity shags' to be slightly doctor-like...

time Blush i hope not! I hope that there is also another pathetic example of a shy, retiring woman who lusts after the spikey-haired guy on the 7.53 to Victoria . He was verrrrrrrrry good looking.

snail go and have fun! :) you know the script - report back with all details! :)

Zanywany · 20/10/2011 14:35

I hate the pre date nerves.

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 14:41

Whens your date Zany? I'm getting lost again oh dear

OP posts:
Zanywany · 20/10/2011 14:43

Should be one on Sunday with hot looking guy but he has gone all quiet on me since Tuesday night although he looked at my profile last night Confused. Should have another on Tuesday too

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 15:43

He just replied "I'm so sorry babe if I caused you any upset, I'm not racist honestly"

So just a bit thick and ignorant then. I can work with that! The apology was the important bit for me so I will talk to him properly next time I see him :)

OP posts:
Snapespeare · 20/10/2011 15:54

he called you babe!?

leave him! Wink

a bit thick and ignorant is certainly better than racist. think how much the lucky man will learn from you! :)

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 15:56

I like babe and baby Blush

Yes he has much to learn. I will slowly educate him in the ways of the modern world. the sex is worth it

OP posts:
Snapespeare · 20/10/2011 16:06

at least it wasn't 'hun'! Wink

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 16:06

Oh nooooooo not hun. If he 'huns' me he's toast.

OP posts:
stayforappledunking · 20/10/2011 16:35

Hello, hello, hello!

Lubey - The problem for me about racist BoR is that he can make sure he doesnt use those words around you, but does he even understand why they are wrong?! It would bother me that he thinks like that, whether he uses the words or not.

Watch - Hope your date goes well tonight! No rum or shagging...you can do it! I have faith in you Grin

Hate - good luck with your date on saturday. What on earth happened to the guy if he has a black eye and bruises?

Whats wrong with hun? I dont mind hun. Not really keen on babe or baby. Mostly because its the most commonly used. ARGH pet names. I like them but they are all corny!

lubeybooby · 20/10/2011 16:40

Stay yes that's why I will be after educating him a bit.

That he hasn't replied with "PC gorn mad, rubbish" or other bollocks like that shows there's something to work with at least. He's still on very thin ice til we've talked properly but at least replying to me with an apology hints at the possibility of educating him a bit and the sex is worth it yes I know I already said that but it's worth saying again

OP posts:
stayforappledunking · 20/10/2011 16:44

Yes the apology is good...he could have just turned around and said to do one I suppose. but the sex is worth it?!

I think you should definitely educate shag him and make sure it doesnt go in one ear and out the other.
