Well I am as nervous as hell on earth!

DC's wound me up this afternoon and XH just picked them up as moody as anything si I feel all stressed.

Mr Body mentioned he has a date a while ago but that she had a drinking problem, does this mean I can't gulp sip my wine too quickly as a way of scaring the nerves away.

Wearing red skirt with white top and my heals because that swhat I'm comfy in, can't do flats.

I like to think I don't look mine (although I felt every year and more this morning when suffering evil wine hangover!). In the summer I met a lovely young soldier (25!) who thought I was 27. I couldn't bring myself to tell him my real age after that

I've just had a quick check of Smooch and OKCupid. On Smooch I've had a couple of emails, one from someone age 50, too old. The second may be a possibility, will have to read his profile more indepth. On OKCupid I've been contacted by someone who hasn't filled out his profile/no photo. He did apologise for this and said he'd only just joined so I'll wait and see what happens before dismissing him.

Go Zany! What I do is have lots of water, so alternate water and wine, to stop the gulping....

Time thank you I will be 40 in May, though I'm in denial about it and still think I'm in my early 30s!

I wore different shoes in the end time, that fit better but are more daring. They are purple patent stilletoes I LOVE them but was chickening out of wearing them... just went for it in the end and they were fab :o

As for men, well, if they weren't interested in you in the first place they wouldn't be asking you out. We give them far too much credit for intelligence and we put them on far too higher pedestal. Putting them on the toilet is a great leveller

Purple suits me so I have many purple things, and I have a purple bedroom. It has special significance due to a friend who sadly died very young from breast cancer too, she was even more mad about it than me so I always wear it and think of her.

The ones I was going to wear are also lovely, black velvet peep toe heels but the slipping thing was annoying me and I felt like being daring to gee myself up a bit. Glad I went for the purple, their first wear and they are GORGEOUS :o

And if anything good happens with Mr last Night they will forever be my lucky shoes :o

Awh, that's a lovely tribute lubey Purple bedroom sounds great, very seductive. Mine is good old magnolia at the moment, only moved in last year and money was tight so everything got painted magnolia cos it's cheap! I would love a gorgeous bedroom though.

Shame about the other shoes, they sound lovely too. My suggestion of tissue in the toes wouldn't have looked good though would it, with them being peep toes

Have you thought of contacting Mr No Tele yourself? It is allowed you know You don't have to write him off all together, even if there is no romance he could turn out to be a pretty good friend.
