How long before Lily is upduffed?

How long before Lily is upduffed?
Shortly after Fallon discovers she is

(Thanks Gasp0de Flowers )

FatRosie · 08/09/2026 19:17

Amber's baby will be the equinox baby, Kirsty's the winter solstice baby, and Behbeh Burns the summer solstice baby.

TottersBlankly · 08/09/2026 19:29

I’d completely forgotten about Kirsty!

HewasH2O · 08/09/2026 20:36

Kirsty was at the Archers at 75 on Sunday in Woking. She looked remarkably slim for this stage of pregnancy

FatRosie · 08/09/2026 20:57

Being pregnant isn't being fat. Smile Was she carrying a very large handbag throughout or standing behind a sofa?

HewasH2O · 09/09/2026 19:36

Not a bump in sight! The baby must be hiding in Pat's cabbage patch

FatRosie · 09/09/2026 21:00

It will be under the gooseberry bush.

“Dirty Harry” Harrison realises his life is becoming too awkward and comes clean -presumably telling Fallon about his sweaty tango kiss with Lily. And perhaps that hinted-at northern undercover affair, too? His confessions infuriate more than Fallon and when he makes a desperate move, it creates even more drama. Meanwhile, Leonard is in his repair café, trying to recruit volunteers - a task he hopes will be easier after a gift from a famous acquaintance. The King has been on The Repair Shop…just putting that out there…

Total TV Guide 12th to 18th September
Harrison’s frenzied plate-spinning of the past few months crashes to a conclusion this week, and when he finally admits the truth, it provokes a furious reaction. Over at the repair café, Leonard has fresh ideas about bringing in new helpers. Convincing everyone won’t be easy - unless a surprise gift proves persuasive. Tony has advice to offer, but will anyone take it? Elsewhere, Carol turns down a generous proposition, and her daughter has a job on her hands changing her mind, although Alan could have another approach. With the clock ticking, Anna needs Usha’s support, Lily gets a few rules to follow, George attempts a truce, and Lynda could be heading off on a rather urgent errand…

TV Times 12th to 18th September
Harrison’s complicated life is imploding this week - after finally revealing the truth, he makes a controversial decision that ramps up the drama even more. Meanwhile, Leonard struggles to get his repair café plan off the ground, and Carol causes some concern when she rejects a generous offer. Also this week, Lily tries to move on, and Lynda may be needed in an emergency.

Thanks @Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g . Hope you are ok.
Brian and Freddie to look forward to.

JudyCoolibar · 12/09/2026 00:45

I really couldn't be less interested in Pip's wedding. I may have to turn off if we are going to be subjected to the actor's attempts to sound stressed about it.

noodlezoodle · 12/09/2026 02:53

I've been thinking of you @Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g. Hoping you're finding some distractions and some peace.

Is Harrison going to move in with Lily?!

TottersBlankly · 12/09/2026 07:16

That would be such a terrible idea the SWs must surely have toyed with it! 😂

DeanElderberry · 12/09/2026 07:52

Mick Fadmoor

a treat in store

Treetreetreetree · 12/09/2026 08:20

Harrisoniving at the Bull is going to come to a crashing end I presume.
If Harrison and Fallon get back together I'm going to be very annoyed.

Treetreetreetree · 12/09/2026 08:20

Harrison living even.

FatRosie · 12/09/2026 13:18

@JudyCoolibar , the only hope I have is that Pip jilts Stella at the altar and buggers off to Canada/Outer Mongolia/Iran with the FatFairchild and stays there.

@Treetreetreetree , Jerlene and Kenny will hit the roof and 'Arrison will go to live in the boat that rocks or The Stables.

@HewasH2O , I've been watching Man About the House on youtube and in one series Jo was wearing smocks and in the next she was in snug flares. There's a soap opera I watch and a character was wearing a big coat or carrying a large bag for many weeks before going away to get hospital treatment. And of course, there was Daphne Moon standing behind the sofa in Frasier.

I have been enjoying MATH - great scripts, great acting, fashions that I just about remember. Smile

They made that into an in-joke on Frasier. When she went on Mat Leave Niles told everyone she had gone to a 'fat farm' to lose weight and later that she had lost 9 and a half pounds - the studio audience cheered.

FatRosie · 12/09/2026 15:59

Grin. I'm picturing Kirsty in a dry-robe standing behind the Rewilding monument.
Frasier was funny.

Natasha throws a spanner in the works - wonder what that's about? I like the Natasha character. When did we last hear Helen?

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 12/09/2026 16:56

Last heard Helen in July, according to the cast lists.

PetulaDark · Yesterday 12:50

I assume Ambers going to pop out George Jr - is Ed’s controversial suggestion that she moves in with them/Emma moves into Will’s to help out? Sounds like she’s going to find it tough…

Treetreetreetree · Yesterday 18:36

@PetulaDark Yes that sounds like a stress filled possibility.

I’m hoping Harrison gets a solicitor and starts to sort this separation properly. Someone will want to buy a cottage full of upcycled tat and it’s own ‘beach’ in the back garden.
He and Lily have been in this ‘relationship’ for almost a week so I expect he will move into the guest wing of Lower Loxley soon.

Gonners · Yesterday 20:08

I did laugh at Carol's reaction to MoanyTony & LaughingLen fixing the watch. Will this be the end of her and will Anna have the courage to thank them for it?

<on edit> I think I mean honesty, not courage.

Ambridge Diary 20-25 September
There's nothing quite like a pregnancy to remind you of The Archers' real-time recording schedule. After an eventful nine months, it looks like Amber will go into labour any day now. With family tensions and money concerns now ironed out, will it be plain sailing for her and George? Pip and Stella's wedding plans hit a snag, as a mix-up involving Natasha sparks delicate family negotiations. Over at the Horrobins, Brad becomes a bone of contention, and when Ruth frets over a friend in needs, Alan has to save the day.
