I didn't know there was a legal sense to Good Samaritan in the UK, though I was aware of it in North America, but it seems there's something in England & Wales called the Social Action, Responsibility and Heroism Act 2015 (approximately 300 words long) which has never actually been tested in court.
I'm not sure it would work too well as a defence if you were pissed as a newt and consequently did more harm than good, so let's hope for Alice's sake that she doesn't attempt to resuscitate anyone. Of perhaps, for everyone else's sake (apart from the resuscitee - a word I have just made up) we should hope that she does?
