Thank you, Bore! I'd forgotten until I looked back just now that you started the first two or three spoilers threads. We owe you a great debt.

Radio Times Ambridge Diary March 22-27
Pip and Josh want to cheer Ben up following his disappointing 18th birthday party, but a night out in Felpersham fails to go to plan. First, the car breaks down. Help comes in the form of an unexpected guardian angel, but when the evening takes another surprising turn and Ruth’s suspicions are aroused, the siblings are forced to stage a cover-up.
Josh is still struggling after his trouble with the police, but is pleased when Brian puts an opportunity at Home Farm his way. Whether Adam will be in agreement is another matter …
Kirsty tries to reassure Philip and hastily takes matters into her own hands - but might she make everything worse?

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 19/03/2020 14:53

Thanks, Asking! And we're off ...

Devastating confession: Roy finally admits there's something wrong?

JudyCoolibar · 19/03/2020 15:02

Maybe someone will admit to turning on the grill just before the explosion?

BoreOfWhabylon · 19/03/2020 15:05

I think the devastating confession will be that Gavin told Blake to use the petrol.

Motoko · 19/03/2020 16:01

Thanks Gasp0de and Asking.

SurpriseSparDay · 19/03/2020 16:43

Oooh, a new thread! Glorious!

Thank you Gasp0verlord. Please accept the gratitude and genuflections of this humble and unworthy poster. Flowers

Longing to see what miracles have been wrought - re Harrison’s tweet ...

SurpriseSparDay · 19/03/2020 16:44

Oh yes, and thank you, Asking! Flowers

Madcats · 19/03/2020 17:15

I can't see how much of this can happen.

Brian and Josh collaborating will be fun. I wondered whether Adam might be persuaded to give a bit of work to Will.

MikeUniformMike · 19/03/2020 17:38

Ooh. A new thread. Thanks Gasp.

TherapistInATabard · 19/03/2020 17:52

Blake will speak!

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 19/03/2020 17:58

If he has any sense he will be claiming he can't remember a thing.

WobblyLondoner · 20/03/2020 19:21

Good god, what do people think of that last exchange between Gavin and Philip? That their team is more gang labour than employees?

Madcats · 20/03/2020 19:30

WobblyLondoner yes it was weird, wasn't it? I know there was idle speculation that Philip was involved with Timotei somehow.

I wonder what they could be doing to arouse Harrison's suspicion, rather than the National Crime Agency.

I'm sure he was presented to us a a fairly nice one-man band builder of extensions when he first arrived, not some underworld gangmaster!

Blake appears in the cast shortly, doesn't he.

MikeUniformMike · 20/03/2020 19:46

Blimey!

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 20/03/2020 19:59

Any time now an aeroplane is going to crash on The Bull....

echt · 21/03/2020 02:39

I'm sure he was presented to us a a fairly nice one-man band builder of extensions when he first arrived, not some underworld gangmaster

Is he the very much smaller scale Ambridge version of the cockle pickers gang masters?

Kirsty tries to reassure Philip and hastily takes matters into her own hands - but might she make everything worse?

This on the Radio Times summary suddenly seems more interesting!

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 21/03/2020 14:45

Here's the Mail too:

Daily Mail Weekend Magazine Archers Update March 22-27
Fire investigators peer into the ruins of the Grey Gables kitchen and staff room, looking for the cause of the catastrophe that has brought such woe to Ambridge. Health and safety personnel will be setting up home in the village for the next few weeks, where they will find much to keep them busy.
While everyone tries to get used to life after the explosion, along with all that it brought in its wake, the police have questions for Josh. An unexpected helping hand from Brian, a man who also steers close to the wind when it comes to business, helps to lighten the dodgy youth’s gloom.
Meanwhile, Peggy tries to bring some hope to the village, Robert makes an unexpected gesture, and one Ambridger makes a heartbreaking confession.

BoreOfWhabylon · 22/03/2020 19:31

I think the heartbreaking confession, whatever it is, is likely to come from Joy.

AskingQuestionsAllTheTime · 22/03/2020 22:49

Might it be Philip to Kirsty? That would be devastating for her.

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 23/03/2020 08:04

Thanks, Asking! Your guess seems the most likely to me, but who knows. It might be someone saying 'Hey, I found a thing called a radio and switched it on, and guess what's happening outside the perspex dome at the moment?'

Hunger Games, Gasp0? Or?

(Binge watching atm. Pt 3 so dull and slow but I’m addicted now.)
