Just saw this and came to share, guess I've been beaten to it...

The torygraph page didn't really catch my eye but it was on the Today programme. I would like Elizabeth to meet someone nice and decent and I feel all the Fairbrother stuff is a bit far fetched.
Anthony Head should be good though.

I never watched Buffy. I know him primarily from Cabin Pressure, where he was excellent (like everyone else). What a voice. I'm very susceptible to voices and if I were in Elizabeth's shoes I'd succumb the instant he opened his mouth.

However, I’m fairly sure I heard the word ‘brief’ in relation to Mr Head’s Ambridge appearance. So maybe he won’t get to be Frilly’s stepdad.

I think there's nothing for Friday 27th because it's the day Robin actually shows up. It will be the cliff hanger. Not sure why they couldn't use a generic 'Susan gets annoyed and Pip is surprised' like they did for the week after stabgate but hey ho....

Thanks, Gumpendorf (that autocompletes on my phone ). Odd they're holding that back but releasing to the press that Anthony Head is joining the cast as Robin.

I think it's timing, Gasp0 . The mini spoilers are released ahead of time for the website, digiguide etc. The press release was timed for Saturday to coincide with this week's episodes- the baby's arrival and the fallout.

I'm still thinking it will be called Grace just because the programme likes the symmetry of these relationships.

Soapland weddings are traditionally cursed, so it’s no surprise that the run-up to Harrison and Fallon’s nuptials features no end of drama. First we have the groom making a shock confession about his past to best man Chris. Then comes a stag night that will prove life changing for one particular Ambridge residence.

There’s also upset at Lower Loxley as Shula is forced to impart some sad news, but the Pargetter family are determined to look on the bright side. Later in the week, though, an unforeseen tragedy leaves Shula desperate – will anyone come to her aid? Finally, with stress mounting, Alistair makes a mistake that has dire consequences, while a new arrival at Brookfield causes a stir.

Wow! Thanks, Gump. Life-changing injuries is a phrase used on the news as code for 'may require an amputation'. I wonder if we're finally going to get a resolution to the Alice drinking story and either she has an awful accident or she causes one for somebody else. Or maybe Freddie hands round drugs at the stag do and somebody dies. Or maybe one of the pickers dies from taking Freddie's drugs.
