A minor update from Digiguide but updates still seem v hit and miss now. Maybe when the new editor is established...

16 Justin has an ulterior motive, and reality hits for Pip.

18 Feb. Pat proves to be a friend indeed, and Joe struggles to let go.
19 Feb. Justin makes an unexpected offer, while Susan is delighted.
20 Feb. Jennifer finds herself the talk of the town, and Pip needs reassurance.
21 Feb. Brian goes too far, and Shula attempts to ignite a spark.
22 Feb. Peggy's loyalty is misplaced, and there is a shock for Will.
23 Feb. Grundys face a long night, and Toby offers support.

25 Feb. The village is in shock, and Jennifer has a dilemma.
26 Feb. Tony offers the benefit of his experience, and Pip has a change of heart.
27 Feb. Alice feels guilty, and Neil needs a solution.

Alice/Matt??? Confession, I mean.

Disaster doesn't sound bodyrelated; perhaps the billion £ kitchen falls down. With Peggy either providing casseroles or lending her own kitchen.

Glad to see Neil still living.

Thanks!

There's a Dr Ranasinghe in the cast list for next week.

Ominous Gump. I fear for Joe.

MiddleClassProblem · 15/02/2018 00:48

I think Will might find Joe in a very poorly state

MrsArthurShappey · 15/02/2018 16:56

Ooh I'm a little bit excited! Several storylines going with several characters, I like it.

Mootsie · 16/02/2018 10:34

Yes! The next two weeks look promising.

Gumpendorf · 16/02/2018 19:33

Doesn't look like it's Joe (see 9 March]

Kate?

Shock

Kate??

What???

MiddleClassProblem · 16/02/2018 19:38

Eddie? Maybe it’s not a death?

Gruach · 16/02/2018 19:43

Oh.

I don't see Ed's name anywhere. (Nor Eddie's, as you say.) That can't happen ...

BoreOfWhabylon · 16/02/2018 20:01

Still think it could be Nic. Probably not dead though.

Mootsie · 16/02/2018 21:01

Maybe it's the texels keeping them up all night. Surely they must be lambing after all that money that was spent on the whateveryoucallit.

LightofaSilveryMoon · 16/02/2018 22:58

"Shula attempts to ignite a spark." Has me gagging a bit.
I mean, Shula and Alistair? Really?
Bit of a non-starter, but you never know (well, possibly, you do know).
Or would this be the comely Dr Locke?

Still, though.

GnotherGnu · 17/02/2018 00:14

I'd suspect Shula's attempts to ignite a spark relate to Phil. It'll be toe-curlingly embarrassing.

Gruach · 17/02/2018 06:28

Oh definitely Philip. (Unless it's a really lame pun ...)

But they certainly have dropped the ball with Doc Locke. It's inconceivable that he could have been living in the village all this time and have given no cause whatsoever to find his name mentioned. No invitations? No quick drinks at the Bull? No socialising with anyone in the village? Where was he when Matt was laid up at GG? Why hasn't Sasha (?) been introduced to any of the local teens when she visits? Hmm

This is what comes of swapping Editor every other month - no-one's on top of things. Pip's pregnant and Carol has nothing to say? Not even a report of her having any conversation with Jill about it. (Wasn't there a coach trip or something? Really weak effort.)

It's no wonder that the standard of acting has plummeted - must be incredibly hard for the actors to discover any rationale for their stories.

MikeUniformMike · 17/02/2018 09:05

I think the Alice thing might be a red herring.

Bekabeech · 17/02/2018 21:16

Alice is just going to get drunk or something - or find the farriers dinner is teetotal.

MiddleClassProblem · 17/02/2018 23:53

Or wake up on a bank surrounded by dead fish

Gruach · 18/02/2018 19:16

Oh God ...

Public health warning about sepsis?

Gruach · 18/02/2018 19:29

Bore ... Shock

ADarkandStormyKnight · 18/02/2018 19:39

Or tetanus?

Bekabeech · 18/02/2018 19:48

Who caught the rusty nail?
They did Tetanus in the past with Tony - after a few days the fairy came.

BoreOfWhabylon · 18/02/2018 19:49

Gruach What? What did I say?!? What have I missed?!?

Gruach · 18/02/2018 19:51

Nic ...
