And so it continues. We still have one long-term prediction from the start of the last thread that has not yet come to pass - the burning down of Lower Loxley.

But there is still time...

RT 11-17 Feb

There must be something in the water because there's a lot of bad feeling in the village at the mo. Communication between Tom & Kirsty is under more strain than ever, while emotions are running high at Bridge Farm when Pat loses her rag with Clarrie.

Vet Anisha is facing flak from a client who complains about her. Despite Alistair's encouragement, Anisha starts to fret that she won't be able to make their partnership work. And Brian is left aghast when he sees the price of the caterers that Jennifer has in mind to prove to Miranda Elliott that Home Farm is more than capable of throwing a sophisticated dinner party. Can the Aldridges impress without breaking the bank?

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 07/02/2017 23:29

8 Feb. Jennifer wants to put an end to the rumours, and Fallon thinks outside the box.
9 Feb. Kirsty receives an unexpected gift, and Peggy does some investigating.
10 Feb Lilian is keen to enjoy herself, and Pat wonders if her family needs more support.

12 Feb Roy and Helen have a nervous wait, and Jennifer raises her game.
13 Feb Tom struggles to accept the truth, and Eddie and Clarrie lock horns.
14 Feb Anisha has a difficult day at the office, and Miranda presents her case.
15 Feb Harrison hatches a plan, and Alistair faces a dilemma.
16 Feb Emotions run high at Bridge Farm, and Freddie has a lot on his mind.
17 Feb Jazzer dishes out some tough love, and Lilian sails close to the wind.

19 Feb Jennifer wants to strike the right note, and Ruth enlists Carol's help.
20 Feb Eddie goes a step too far, and Harrison tries to drum up support.
21 Feb Roy is taken by surprise, and Lilian uses her contacts.
22 Feb Kenton enacts his scheme, and Harrison has his work cut out.
23 Feb Helen is told to stop worrying, and Joe is having doubts.
24 Feb Justin is over the moon, and Jennifer cannot believe her eyes.

FWIW, Pip and Toby are not in the credits for that last week.

Gruach · 09/02/2017 17:25

Is something actually a spoiler if a CA says it?

Listened at lunchtime and the CA said more of Rob's dastardly plan would be revealed tonight ...

Megatherium · 09/02/2017 19:33

Bit naughty on the CA's part (or whoever tells them what to say). I know it may have been a revelation to Helen, but it wasn't to us - and I doubt that telling Henwee that he wasn't his father was part of a dastardly plan.

Live from the Academic Archers conference.

Radio Times
19 - 24 February

Jennifer is in a whirl that as she tries to get the tone of her upcoming party exactly right. The trouble is that Fallon and Emma are left stumped when it comes to interpreting her ideas for catering. With only a week to go, is the evening destined to be a disaster?

Kirsty returns to Ambridge and seeks out Tom, who is looking dreadful on very little sleep. How will Kirsty react when he remarks that she's always been the stronger of the two of them?

Plus Harrison faces opposition to his plan to recruit women to the cricket team. But if they don't vote to accept female players, there is a risk that this could be the end of average cricket altogether…

Gruach · 17/02/2017 19:19

Thanks Gump

Secretly hopes you're cold and miserable and everyone is unfriendly.

The very late RT summary. Apologies, things are a bit fraught atm

*Radio Times
26 Feb to 3 March *
*
Kirsty returns to work at Grey Gables, but she's irritated by people's attempts to be supportive. Snapping at Linda when she tries to warn her not to push herself , Kirsty insists she's fine and just wants to get on with her life.

Tom enthusiasm for his Nuffield scholarship has all but disappeared. Tony tries to encourage his son to remain positive but to no avail– the only person Tom thinks will understand how he is feeling is Kirsty.

Elsewhere, it's time for the Home Farm party with the Mayor of Felpersham among Jennifer's guests. With so much going on at the soirée, Jennifer struggles to maintain control. She'd better hope that Lillian is on her best behaviour ...*

Gumpendorf · 27/02/2017 08:59

Lynda not LindaConfused

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 27/02/2017 15:20

Thanks, Gump! I hope things are a bit less fraught now.

BoreOfWhabylon · 27/02/2017 15:30

This had droped off my Threads I'm On! Thnaks everyone for keeping it going.

Do we think Lilian and Justin will be exposed at JD's party and Peggy will be Not Amused?

Gumpendorf · 27/02/2017 21:09

Radio Times
5th March to 10th March

Kirsty's behaviour is fast becoming a cause for concern: she's raising eyebrows at Grey Gables over her attitude towards the guests, and let's her rage boil over during the public showdown with Fallon in the tea room.

Pip has a cow-related mishap when the Brookfield herd gets mixed up with the Anguses at Bridge farm, thanks to a section of broken fencing that she was supposed to be mending. Can she trust Ed to keep quiet after he spots the escapees?

And Miranda surprises Lillian by giving her both barrels while out on a ride. It seems she knows all about Lillian and Justin's affair – but it now appears that the Elliotts won't be in the village much longer...

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 27/02/2017 21:24

Goodness! Lots of rows coming up. Too much to hope, I suppose, that the bad news at Brookfield is that Pip has been trampled to death by a herd of disgruntled cows.

Thanks, Gump!

Gruach · 28/02/2017 07:09

Oh wow! New Editor getting rid of Justin and Miranda? 'Bout time ...

Pleased to see that we may actually hear from Usha - doing something other than nodding while Ruth moans.

Poor Kirsty ...

TheAntiBoop · 28/02/2017 22:18

Kirsty stifling her grief and it coming out as anger is very in character

Megatherium · 02/03/2017 09:53

No guesses as to how Pip is going to react to that crisis. When confronted, she'll proclaim loudly that she just can't cope with it and strop off.

Oh no, looks like a Pip'n'Toby-heavy week. I may not bother to switch on.

Gumpendorf · 06/03/2017 20:00

Radio Times
12-17 March

Money is the main talking point of the week: Kirsty has some but isn't sure she should keep it. Pip has none but can't admit to where it's gone.

In the light of her miscarriage, Kirsty wants to return the cheque that Peggy gave her. But Peggy is shocked that Kirsty saw her gift as the down payment on another great grandchild.

Exciting stuff.... Confused

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 06/03/2017 20:56

Thanks, Gump! I quite like the idea of Peggy and Kirsty having a heart to heart. There's no nonsense about Peggy and she knows what Helen and the BF Archers owe her. I'm rather hoping she'll hear about Justin and Lilian and give L a piece of her mind...
