With both Jess and Helen he's found that they become obsessed with entertaining so he allows them to stress out with salmon then makes sure it's all a wasted effort.
I sometimes wonder why he focussed on Helen when richer Lizzie was available. Maybe he identified Helen as a natural victim.

As for Rotaroy, either Hayley is going to find out or Lizzie is going to sack him. Maybe both - because Hayley is not going to accept him being sacked without asking some uncomfortable questions. Actually, come to think about it, Lizzie is trapped. She can't sack him without really nasty consequences.
But he is behaving obnoxiously and maybe she should instruct him to inspect the roof........

Also, if Peggy is so desperate to see Helen married before she SOTMC she'd better start asking questions about the divorce unless she's prepared to turn a blind eye to bigamy.

From what Jennifer and Peggy were saying outside guru it sounded like they are just assuming that all is proceeding with his divorce, or that it's going to come through imminently.

Why on earth would church correct to guru?

If this were a male boss with a female employee the boss would be getting a lot more heat than lizzie is. Whilst rotaboy is married and acting like a dick I actually think lizzies behaviour has been despicable and totally unprofessional

I don't know, Roy could have tucked her into his tent then retreated to hers, but he didn't. She was very drunk, she didn't hold him down and rip his clothes off. I doubt she'd have been able to if he'd had the sense to resist her advances.
