That was it!!! I almost went that day for a good look as only about an hour from me, funny funny funny, nearly wet my pants waiting for the update on it

I suprised myself, combination of BF ds like a demon, lots of walking (9 miles today) and just not eating crap though dd and I have not made any cakes in the last week either!!

i too am doing the 'no crap' thing and i do feel a bit better but not dramatically lighter yet.

thinking of going running with luka in nipper whilst tate at nursery but i have no shoes! need to get some eh?

Im going gym every morning mon-thurs. And im eating less, in small portions. I haven eatehn chocolate or cake for 2 weeks

You should try one of those vibrating plates, they're great. 10 minutes on one of those babies is like an hours aerobics.
