Hello.
Been doing more packing, trip to tesco, library, and made a fish pie which always takes ages. I am the only one who likes it too so it's wasted effort. I just hope they all grow up and decide that mum's fish pie is scrummy.
Also made a fruit cake, Nigel Slater recipe, which is cooling in it's tin ready for tomorrow. I have the remains of the cheesecake to keep me going till then.
House is sooooo chaotic it does make me fed up but won't be for long.
Nicola Glad you had a fabby time.
Maidstone was a change at Tonbridge, 50 min wait there [bad planning]. Took about an hour or so travelling time altogether each way I guess. Just missed a train to Twells coming back so a 25 min wait then. So annoying when you haul 3 DDs and pushchair over the walkway and down the stairs, arrive at the driver end of the train and push the door button and 20 secs later the train pulls out without letting you on. Grrrrrrrr!

nicolamumof3 · 09/05/2010 18:47

grrr. i wonder how long bus takes to maidstone?!

5inthebed · 09/05/2010 19:11

Oh Dunoon, fish pie, yummy! My kids love fish pie, it's their favourite. DS2 would eat it every day if he could.

Fastfold is going to be 2nd pram . Thought I'd have two buggys for a change. Micralite for walking and quest for car . Would just have Micralite, but DS3 still likes to have a sleep when we're out for a while, so quest would be good for that.

Divatheshopaholic · 09/05/2010 19:31

FMTD, sounds yummy cake, could i have virtual slice?
5in, is the brakes on butchers stripe? My friend got butchers stripe and she said her brakes rattle, too. One of my brakes was one all the time
Nicola, thats great idea, why i never thought of that. I could sell the Triumph as BNIB, then add extra and buy new Quest. You are GENIUS I need to cancell MW order, and wait for AD to send me Triumph.
I asked for coffee brown. They ahd pink and red, which i was not keen on.
I would like Zodiac quest now

Yes Diva, on butcher stripe. Maybe it's a fault with that design?

nicolamumof3 · 09/05/2010 20:08

those brakes are pretty notorious thats why the changed them i think. bloody pita.

yep you should be able to sell triumph £85/90 i reckon?

nicolamumof3 · 09/05/2010 20:12

have you seen apples quest on boards diva..£65 del?

FlyMeToDunoon · 09/05/2010 20:43

Virtual cake all round. Very low fat
I just ordered a 10 minute tummy work out dvd from amazon
I have been told that bus to Maidstone from Twells takes about an hour Nicola so maybe 35-40 mins from you? We got the train because DD1 gets travel sick and is nervous about travelling on buses although an ordinary bus is usually fine. Coaches cause her to go green straight off. That will be fabulous on her school trip eh.
Stop talking about apples quest. The black and red one I have is soooo common here

nicolamumof3 · 09/05/2010 20:45

i must admit i have always preferred the mods to the sports for quest. Anyway i am currently lusting after a black xt...again!!

5inthebed · 09/05/2010 21:09

No Nicola!

FlyMeToDunoon · 09/05/2010 21:22

I have day at bluewater today with my mum...lovely!

EnchantedWithGordon · 10/05/2010 08:55

DIVA, have you please got that £30 off code you were talking about recently?

FlyMeToDunoon · 10/05/2010 09:32

Morning. Packing here today I reckon with a little light housework for contrast.

basl · 10/05/2010 09:57

Flyme Good luck, make sure you treat yourself to a little coffee and cake at regular intervals.
Have you been to Ikea lately? I am looking for a nice fabric for stone/black. No idea what will go with that for a liner.
Nipper goes back today and when funds come back in i am going to get the classic.

Enjoy your shopping nicola

EnchantedWithGordon · 10/05/2010 10:04

Arghhh,

Can't get a code to work anywhere!!

I wanted to buy Obaby stroller for hols, need to get it today for it to arrive but don't want to pay £70 when I could pay £40 with a £30 off code

FlyMeToDunoon · 10/05/2010 10:14

No ikea recently but you can view some of their textiles online for inspiration.
I will have to go soon as realised that all of my bookshelves here are built in and we have masses of books and nowhere in new house to put them. We need Billy
Not started packing yet as you can see.

basl · 10/05/2010 10:18

Just have a coffee and think about billy. I take it that is the name of a book shelf lol

FlyMeToDunoon · 10/05/2010 10:46

Yep
Right MUST get off backside.

Divatheshopaholic · 10/05/2010 10:46

Code is the same code ZQ974, had email yesterday offer is extended till 15th May.
