Oh shit just stumbled across 'Boots.co.uk' and they have £60 off orient zapp, £25 off footmuff and I found a 10% code, so

BN orient zapp and footmuff for £103 delivered!

Argh!!

Disenchanted3 · 30/04/2010 19:24

and £10 on your advantage card in points too!

BexieID · 30/04/2010 19:25

Zapp deal sounds good dis

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 19:28

lol Dis ok, I'll wear my hat just look for the shortest person - bound to be me!

That is a good deal!

nicolamumof3 · 30/04/2010 19:56

where you going?

good deal on zap i lurve orient if i had a girl. but no recline? Tate slept happily in zapp at 3yo.

we went for walk as sun came out after dinner was nice bit windy. Bumped into a lady i used to go to music group with and she had a lovely new baby in a shiny new p&t with her other 'baby' who is now 2yr 4m! n the doubles seat on top. Couldn't believe last time i saw them her oldest was just walking.

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 20:01

Oh to a cleaning thingy test session for flash or something at a hotel in Manchester -was a thing on here, you get lunch and to create your own frargrance and a goody bag! Oh and a creche they supply too on election day and they pay your travel expenses - thought I may as well!?

It's just brightened up here too, I have had awful headaches again sure it is the weather!

nicolamumof3 · 30/04/2010 20:07

oh maxy hope you're feeling better for tomorrow its probably the thought of your inlaws!!

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 20:16

urgh, probably

I might get my glasses out, not worn them in years

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 20:16

did you bid on that Boden hat?

nicolamumof3 · 30/04/2010 20:19

yep i did went too much tho for me.. i didn't want it that much!! did you?

what volo did you order? you know they are on offer at m/care? then an extra 10pc off?

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 20:23

No - went too high for me too!

Stripey one - will see what it's like! I wanted a black wheeled one. Saw Mothercare but got for £55 with discount. I quite like this

nicolamumof3 · 30/04/2010 20:32

i wish i could get a discount to work

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 20:35

wonder why they are only working for certain people? what did you want?

nicolamumof3 · 30/04/2010 20:46

was just going to get some sandals. nothing important like stuff for the boys

can't get infantasia link to open.

roastedfox · 30/04/2010 21:15

maxy the jl tees came today & are lovely thanx

Disenchanted3 · 30/04/2010 21:40

I bought the zapp

I know theres no recline but its not her main buggy.

Ohh 2 brand new pretty buggies coming!

I have to go now Maxy, now I know you are reluctant too, lol.

nicolamumof3 · 30/04/2010 21:51

supose it depends where/how long you are going on hols for doesn't it dis? the sunshade on zapp is no good from the hood as i found out. but as it was really for Tate primarily it didn't bother me think i'd have another zapp just love the colours!

Disenchanted3 · 30/04/2010 21:55

we're only caravaning nr blackpool so no problem there!

I thought the zapps came with the transport bags?!

boots say they are an acessory now to be bought seperatly, damn!

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 22:00

Sorry been scrubbing house am stood in the kitchen in my bra and jeans - I am so hot and the sight is definitely NOT pretty!

Nicola

Infantasia link was just the volo seat covers - they are £9.99! Nice swirly spotty things

Yes Dis - you do!!! It is only a couple of mins walk from piccadilly train station - the posh new hotel! I have thought about asking my Mum to have James (she would love to) but then he would poss enjoy being with other children - though never left him - not bothered about it but if he kicks off I'll have him with me the whole time then

Disenchanted3 · 30/04/2010 22:05

I'm leaving mine with their dad. I haven't left Rorie yet apart to go shopping once and am a bit about leaving her but will hate leaving her in the creche even more!

Once I get the £50 cleaning products then I'll have no exuse not to do my sprng clean!

I wonder if it will be alot to carry home?

£50 worth of cleaning stuff sounds bulky, unless its one tub of summat expensive, lol.

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 22:14

I wonder

I have never left James but he is 2yrs 7 months so needs it now lol! A little nervous about an unknown creche mind......having worked in many

nicolamumof3 · 30/04/2010 22:18

ooh you going to get loads! i did product testing last year for practical parenting magaizine and had two huge bags of stuff to carry home!

i think the seat liners are old ones on infantasia? i wouldn't bother i like my volo better now without liner. its a back to basics stroller after all! maybe in the summer when its hot will be nice to have something cotton on it? but i've got hungry caterpillar one i can use.

sorry im rambling to myself!

James may enjoy creche?

Disenchanted3 · 30/04/2010 22:19

Oh god yea, same here, well nursery I worked in.

I'm sure they'll be fine but I'm manic about that sort of thing.

maxybrown · 30/04/2010 22:23

I think he will Nicola.

I know but I like the colours! Have no liners at all you see - never had them but would like one this year.....besides, may be sending it back yet lol

From what other people have said about the goody bag I don't think you get that much actually

basl · 30/04/2010 22:33

Evening, Maxy how is your sore head? Do you always feel hot. (now why does that sound funny) I am always boiling and a certain somebody tells me it's because i am overweight but i think there is more to it. I am going for repeat blood tests as it showed very iregular hormone levels so maybe something to do with that. My mum had early menapause at 39 so how knows. Just remember you saying always hot when abroad and i am exactly the same.
If you did not look swedish with that blonde hair we could be twins with the walking like crabs and hot flushes. oh and i don't like cleaning
