Basl, I was doing weightwatchers, and managed to lose 11lbs in 4 weeks, but lapsed and put 2lbs on. Decided I'd had enough of being hugely obese, so I'm now on the Cambridge diet, which is shakes/soups and porridge, plus I have a small 200cal meal in the evening. Finding it easy so far, have lost 15lbs in two weeks! I thought this would be the best option for me, cutting out food almost completely. I can see loads of my flaws s well, eating the kids' leftovers, having crisps when ds3 has his naps etc, really opened my eyes.

Next UV suits are 50+ as are Boots, I had both, very good, Boots slighlty better quality I would say.

I took back dd's waterproof trousers as she hasn't used them but then I can always go in the car. Playgroup is 30 min walk so don't want her getting wet and then grumpy. She has a ski jacket (was fab in the snow!) and a breathable/wind resist etc coat too like me, Mountain warehouse being the walkers that we are. I do like regatta ones and North Face too.

Evening all - I am so out of touch with you all I can't keep up. The kids are watching Wallace and Gromitt - ds is laughing his head off - cute. DD had her assembly today - they did the giant turnip. F looked lovely as a canary - yellow top curtesy of diva - thanks again. How are you all?...am off to the doctors tomorrow as I keep getting this wierd palpatations - can't spell. It is really uncomfortable and I feel short of breathe - think I am really stressed and my body is telling me I need to slow down (fat chance)..hope its nothing else - there is a history of heart disease in my family, but trying not to get carried away with worrying

Have been aware that I am stressed for a while and it has really been effecting my mood. Dp and me just seem to be chasing our tails - he is overworking and gets home late and goes straight on the computer - we barely see each other - he is off out tonight with a friend so hope he manages to unwind a bit. I think I must see if I can go away for a weekend with a friend - not spent a night away from ds but feel he can cope at 2.3

Yeah life can be a bit like that. DH is always so tired that once he has finished work we are in bed and then the morning comes again. Good job we don't want to try for another baby that grind stone feeling is awful though.

Janx i expect it is just stress. I had a delayed breakdown after my marriage ended and i had awful panic attacks was so scary.

Thanks you both - at least ds has stopped waking up at 4.30/5...6 is his new time (had to move dd back in our room) so I am marginally less tired.
Of course I will get you some stuff Diva...as long as you invite me to dinner ...seriously email me.

We are actully staying with y friends in Horley/Red Hill but will be doing the touristy stuff in London. DH has never been to London.

Havn't had a chance to get Luka's feet measured Nicola - but I think they will be too big so don't wait for me - thanks for asking though
