Morning, sunshine here but also lots of clouds.

I do that Nicola, get up and showered etc before dc wake, years of getting up at 6am for work have been great training for the ridiculous hours of children

I'm debating going to Birminham tomorrow with ds as it's my works annual conferernce today and tomorrow. Normally in north wales but as it only 100 miles away feel I may have to go just to show my face. Just tried all my work suits on and I do not look good and almost broke my heck walking in high heels, it's been a while

5inthebed · 12/03/2010 08:54

Raining here today as well. Why oh why did I let DH take the car to work!

Taking DS3 to toddlers this morning, then waiting in for my BJCE . DHL bloke usually comes about 1ish so will be back with plenty of time left to spare.

maxybrown · 12/03/2010 09:00

OOh exciting 5in!!

OP posts:
5inthebed · 12/03/2010 09:02

carrielou2007 · 12/03/2010 09:13

nicolamumof3 · 12/03/2010 09:26

maxy i blame rain on your talk of waterproofs last night !

ooh yes text me hunnie if you can will be over the moon! will get pic of jojo top to you this afternoon as well. now it is in ironing basket!

5inthebed · 12/03/2010 11:24

I'm getting it from Snunkie. Can't wait!

carrielou2007 · 12/03/2010 12:41

Oh dear, I could not find it on Snunkie and somehow ended up ordering a cam liner with blue pears on one side and blue/green apples and pears on the other

I can't tempt you with my George Pig blanket with taggies on it??

Hoping my yummy mummy bag will come today then if I like it I can sell my current one. I try to be one in one out (just not with pushchairs!)

5inthebed · 12/03/2010 12:49

I could quite be tempted with such a blanket. I did look last time when you said it was on Ebay, but couldn't see it. Is it still on Ebay?

I eailed Snunkie and asked if they had George fabric.

BJCE is here Its huuuuuuge but ever so lovely. No raincover though, need to buy one, so will take Nipper out on school run.

basl · 12/03/2010 12:56

5in it is huge and i remember my hubby hit the roof when it arrived. He loved the bjcm and considering that was about the 10th pushchair that i have had for daniel he was shocked when i said i was selling it for the BJCE. It does not fit out my narrow front door without removing the wheel . Considering all that i love it and it's hugeness. It is so light to push and i think looks so classy for a three wheeler of it's size. Ask norma where she got her raincover. She put me onto a cheaper version of the official rain cover and it does the job. I also know that a jane one fits lovely on it.

5inthebed · 12/03/2010 13:09

Yes I think I will ask her. Can't be doing without a rain cover.

Oooo a bit of sunshine, maybe I can take the bjce out after all

carrielou2007 · 12/03/2010 13:14

I can't do links (dd's 15 year old half sister tried to show me but it was all gobbldy-gook to me!!) look under my feedback left for others on ebay - user name is the same or seach for george pig blanket and taggie comes up 1 taggie and then click on completed listings.

Spitting with rain here. I love taking new buggies out, it makes me walk with a sort of spring in my step

nicolamumof3 · 12/03/2010 13:21

sounds like fabrics im choosing for nipper liner. Also like the owls fabric on snunkie site. Strange as i don't normally like birds.

just picked luka up from nursery its beyond me how they can put a coat on a child who has a soaking wet top on [hmmm] he was filthy so just sorted him. He's sat now on our bed all clean and changed warm and dry watching Up on dvd with a big bowl of strawberries!

5inthebed · 12/03/2010 13:28

This one?

DS3 is busy eating spaghetti on toast. One of the only things I know he'll eat quietly. making mince and tatties for tea. I make faces out of them with yorkshire puds as well. The kids love them.

I took Nipper out this morning and felt like I could quite run with it, was walking faster than normal.

basl · 12/03/2010 13:31

Maxy, my parcel has arrived and everything is just perfect. I can see why you like the toby tiger range of tops they are soo soft and lovley fabric. They do look teency compared to the boden tops in same size quite a bit shorter in the body sho i think yes would def need the next size up for james. The arms seem the same length as the boden top but the length of body quite a bit shorter and so fits daniel now where the boden tops will have lots of growing in them.
Nothing better nic than being all cosy after being drenched oh and mmmmmmmmm strawberries.

carrielou2007 · 12/03/2010 13:36

A coat on a wet boy? Twits!!

Not that one, that's just the taggie, wish I could do links!!

My bag has not come, post has just been and not here. Bigger parcels tend to come by a postvan but apples buggysnuggle came yesterday with my normal postlady. Custom bug hood not arrived yet either

nicolamumof3 · 12/03/2010 13:39

oooh i loved that snugle shame i only used it once.

he had a white long sleeved vest on too...looked like it had been dyed pink! my fault i know white no good for nursery. i never care about dirt a bit of vanish is fine but don't like him being wet like that esp when its cold out grrr!

Divatheshopaholic · 12/03/2010 17:52

hi girls
