i may manage to get my shopping in two trailers and dd in the third, but will have to take reins just incase, the last time i took one of my wagons in the supermarket i got lots of stares as they are not quiet Blush but they are handy and good fun for the dc's. trying to convince dp to do the shopping tomorrow night after work, but he has other places to go as well Hmm
lol suzie, hope it don't take too long Smile

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 30/10/2011 18:03

ooh id love an indie....

last night i spent hours trying to order a bee+,our CC kept playing up and refusing to verifiy every transaction,so we called them today,
and they have verifyed TWO of them Shock
we have had no conformation email, nothing, but the payment is pending...
they couldnt even tell us which store it had worked with so i had to re trace my steps via 'history'....it took a long time...

i think i'll be phoning the shop in the morning to make sure they only process ONE order

Tiggywunkle · 30/10/2011 18:38

Oh gosh....I sooo would like the Indie - it would go well with our buggysnuggles but OH says it's too like the Valco :( I will ponder...

Frigg - what on earth!!!??? I hope you sort it!

Daisybell1 · 30/10/2011 18:45

I PROMISE I'll catch up properly soon BUT....

OH says we can have a BJCM - so, mini or micro???????? I don't understand the differences, can someone help?

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 30/10/2011 18:47

mini!
micros are crap! Grin

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 30/10/2011 18:48

minis are amazing btw...you wont regret it!

aswellasyou · 30/10/2011 18:57

From what I've read on here, the Micro has/is:
Smaller hood
Longer back
Heavier
Much smaller recline
Smaller wheels

Tiggywunkle · 30/10/2011 19:04

Definitely the Mini. If you want to use a car seat then get the four wheel version.

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 30/10/2011 20:11

right what do you guys reckon....is this too girly for DS?
DP reckons its alright,i LOVE the pattern,but,but,but....

here

suzie38 · 30/10/2011 20:50

It's lovely but the inside is rather light colored!!! It's more girlish than boyish but would be fine for a young toddler boy...Someone on a birthboard bought a 'Life is Roses' Maclaren Quest even though she's got 2 boys...Though she's now expecting a boy.

so,the payment was rejected...because of some incorrect info,i must have typed something wrong...but the worst part is the guy on the end of the phone say's there are NO bee+'s anywhere, until mid november....unless they are faulty models.

so it's 2nd hand,or none at all.

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 31/10/2011 09:33

does anyone know what the procedure is for faulty models? do you have to send it back?

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 31/10/2011 09:37

whaen is the icandy strawberry out?
or the BJ verso?

WHY are ALL the buggys i need either not made yet,or blummin faulty?!!

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 31/10/2011 09:41

okay,im looking at the babystyle oyster....

HauntedPramsScreamsGalore · 31/10/2011 09:54

lots of people don't like their oyster wheels as they buckle, that would drive me mad going down kerbs

HauntedPramsScreamsGalore · 31/10/2011 09:57

the faulty bees, for the wheels, i have read, is that bugaboo are sending out repair packs, depending on what the wheel issue is, so no you don't have to send pushchair back, but i think the wheel kits are taking a while to come out. i would not buy a bee at the moment, its just asking for trouble. could you not buy a cheap micralite to see you through until they come back on sale

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 31/10/2011 10:02

grrrrrrr,no,i dont want another micralite.

am sulking now.

HauntedPramsScreamsGalore · 31/10/2011 10:07

what about a cameleon, they are lovely to push and the fold is not too bad, i have one again and i have to say i do like it. suzie has just got a lovely all black one, mine was second hand, but it looks new, i think people do tend to look after them.

Tiggywunkle · 31/10/2011 10:11

You wouldn't get a Strawberry. They were delayed and the first batches when they arrive will all be preorders (I think it's mid Dec now for them). The Versa is a looonnng way off. I suspect next summer.
How about an iCandy Peach if you have Bee money to spend. I honestly think its one of the best - if not the best - pushchair around.
My second choice is a Chameleon as well but I think the Peach is better on lots of counts.

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 31/10/2011 10:13

is it a one piece fold?

is there anything-sizewise- you can compare the vista too?i cant get it out of my head that it is massiveConfused

HauntedPramsScreamsGalore · 31/10/2011 10:17

when i saw the vista, i thought it looked quite small, for that type of pushchair. To be honest, i was expecting it to be bigger. Hmm i like the peaches as well Smile and if it was a choice between the bee and the peach i know which one i would choose, the peach!! although i would choose the vista over a bee as well.

Tiggywunkle · 31/10/2011 10:20

No it's not :( The Vista isn't that huge. And it folds with the seat on.
Are the photos live on www.bestbuggy.co.uk? I think there are some either as a single or with the Rumble seat? If so, compare where the height comes on the front door - it's not a precise science because I don't always line them up the same but the idea is that it should give a gauge of size. Pull up some Verve ones next to it. I wouldnt be surprised if it's smaller than the Verve. I am going to have a look.

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 31/10/2011 10:24

ive just done a compare pushchairs on BB,i think the icandy looks smaller (the chassis)
i did a comparison with the vista and verve, and they look almost exactly the same...

Tiggywunkle · 31/10/2011 10:25

How about a Sola Hmm? I have the Urbo that I can't wait to try.

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 31/10/2011 10:25

the problem with the peach though is that i NEED to had a buggyboard for DD...
