I'm afraid I wouldn't like the extreme slope of the ceilings upstairs. OH is 6ft 2, it makes it tough on furniture placement, plus I think they trap heat.
I also intensely dislike skylights (can make rooms too hot / pigeon shit / not easy to clean). You have a lot of skylights.

Hold on! You listed it for 1.1 million. That's a 120% increase since 2014.
Nationwide says it's worth £734,003 and houseprices io says £751,000. Where does the extra 350k in value come from?
You listed it with one agent in May and then a different agent in June? That's a bit soon to be changing agents and buyers notice this.

Edit: I see people posting that they know the area and you could do better than that price. Crazy! NW and io are not always accurate.
So it's just the skylights and ceiling heights for me.
