Tiny and very exposed to the road

Addley · 14/07/2017 19:42

Angular.

NapQueen · 14/07/2017 19:42

Itd make an ideal Air BnB for workers in the areas.

MiladyThesaurus · 14/07/2017 19:42

It is quite quirky, tbh.

I think I could cope with the bedroom but the kitchen and lounge just looks like a hallway made into rooms.

Wonky.

HipsterRaccoon · 14/07/2017 19:52

Wow that is... Triangular. If I had to write the listing I think that would be the word I used most Grin

CarbonMint · 14/07/2017 19:53

It would make a cute little holiday let.
It's about the same size as the wedge of cheese house?
Im quite taken with it.

TreaterAnita · 14/07/2017 19:53

A stupid shape for a house.

drspouse · 14/07/2017 19:54

Weird.

00100001 · 14/07/2017 19:57

A property that will be flipping difficult to sell.

BrollyDolly · 14/07/2017 19:57

Not practical

emwithme · 14/07/2017 19:57

I'm a bit too obtuse to buy it but it'd be acute pied a terre for the right angled person.

AnnPerkins · 14/07/2017 19:58

The floor plans are hilarious Grin

ReallyExhaustedLlama · 14/07/2017 20:00

Awkwardly shaped!

Gizlotsmum · 14/07/2017 20:01

Unusual, unique, quirky, individual

Lemonading · 14/07/2017 20:01

Pythagorean.

Or, realistically, a holiday let.

Ditsy1980 · 14/07/2017 20:03

Why are there no hallways?!?

IWantABlueBanana · 14/07/2017 20:06

Its awful, and for 125k? Ouch! Downstairs is like an odd shop/office thingy. Would prob make an interesting airbnb but to live in, no way!

And why is the epr so bad?

Ta1kinPeace · 14/07/2017 20:10

Sorry, but for a single person commuting away I think its absolutely FAB
lots of light
probably a wild history
just needs some clashing colours

NoraCharlesMartiniGlass · 14/07/2017 20:37

It's two floors to go to the loo in the night. It's a house for the Strong Bladdered.

engineersthumb · 14/07/2017 20:47

Was it built like that or has someone greedily split one property into two?
I remember looking at a house one to realise someone had tried to do this. One bedroom was too small for a single mattresses and was occupied Langley by a big box housing the stairs... "but it is a 3 bed"! Of and the final straw the garden was diagonally split in two! I do hope they lost money on the development and learned a lesson.
