The first one has great land but not many pics of the interior - especially upstairs. It says it has 5 bedrooms and yet you only have a photo of one and nine of 16 photos are outside.
Also seems to have been on the market since MAy last year - which doesn;t mean its bad, but does mean there is room for a cheeky offer IMO.
I prefer the second - also price dropped recently so looks better value.
