Primary school allocation countdown- Thursday 16th April...

Is anyone else dying to find out which school they have been allocated?

This is for my PFB which makes it extra difficult for me :(

I can't talk about it in real life as it starts off as a nice casual conversation ending with some delusions of grandeur PFB nonsense

What makes it worse is on my Council's website it says "Late evening on 16 April 2015"... What the hell am I going to do during the day?!?

I haven't even checked time please don't tell me they torture us all day too

Yeah I'm good, trying to keep busy, have got dh off work this week along with the kids so it's kind of hectic instead of peaceful lol. Oh and on our council website it says we will get the emails at 8am so that's something I suppose. But can't help feel I should prepare myself for a huge disapointment??

I've just looked, ours says emails sent at 11.00 we can log on from.2

That being said, for Secondary allocations it said "Late evening on 2 March 2015" but my cousin found out by email early afternoon so maybe they mean by the evening at the latest.

I'm sure it was in the afternoon when I did it first time round.

I remember literally pacing the front room I couldn't concentrate all day

so 11 is an improvement but still torturous

I doubt I'll sleep the night before :(

I am in Scotland so slightly different process and waiting to hear if my pfb dd got into the nearest secondary school, she is automatically given a place in the catchment school but its quite far away, we dont have a date though we are just told "start of April" we are 6 days in and I am very impatient!!
