Today we’re announcing that people self-isolating will get Statutory Sick Pay from the first day off work.
Shame that Government did not say that they would pay the SSP. Statutory Sick Pay is a cost to the employer, not to the Government (Percentage Threshold Scheme (PTS) was abolished in April 2014).

Talking of Scotland. I think, unlike the rest of the UK, they've declared it a notifiable disease. I'm sure I saw someone post about it on one of the CV threads.

ITV news has just said we are expecting a significant jump in cases today.

@ofwarren That metal tin is the best.. Long while ago when no one didn’t even bother buying them, I found out that a spray of it can erase address labels on cardboard boxes. How times have have changed now .. if I had known it by then I would have bought more 😃
