Solidstart · 21/01/2026 09:26

I’m jumping on too.

I’m seriously so tired today. Had thought my energy levels were improving but no and bam the fatigue hits again. I’m also really craving some quiet time but will be a week or so until I get some as have family visiting.

Elephantscantjump · 21/01/2026 10:00

Just checking in for the new thread. 14+1 today and still exhausted with terrible skin 😂 , luckily nausea has eased a tiny bit though so will take that as a win!

Allsigns · 21/01/2026 12:43

@Elephantscantjump oh the baby brain is strong this time!! Couldn't even tell you where I'm at, I think it's week 16 at some point this week.

Also no glow here, I feel like I aged 10 years overnight.

Hi, joining the new thread also.

I am 14 +5 today, I am also still exhausted and slightly nauseous all the time, hoping it will go away soon. I did not have any sickness when I was pregnant with my two year old, so this is all new to me.

Lets hope we all start feeling better now as we get further into trimester two.

Gryffindoratheart · 21/01/2026 13:17

16 weeks tomorrow and FINALLY not feeling sick in the mornings! Just need to get rid of the bloat now and I’m sure the glow will come 😂

Oooh this is what I like to hear 😂 fingers crossed for next week!

JennyTig · 21/01/2026 13:37

Commenting to rejoin the thread.. also waiting each day for that glow to appear 😅

Nausea and fatigue has certainly improved over the last week but is still hanging on.

Hello! First time joiner here. I’m 13+3 with an IVF pregnancy. Does anyone else have insomnia and know anything that helps it?! I’m on steroids which I know is the cause but I’m wake most nights 1.30am-4.30am ish and I’m losing my mind! I already take magnesium and do all the sleep hygiene stuff but it’s really taking a toll now!

xx

Hotchocolateandmarsh · 21/01/2026 14:10

I feel so rough today, not hungry at all and just want to sleep. I don’t feel ill just feel off. I’ve tried to reduce my antisickness tablets slightly and while I don’t feel sick I have no appetite. Just wanted a little moan!

Some people I know have really found yoga/swimming in the evening helpful. Or gentle exercise.

Urgh at the moment I am on annoying pattern of one night’s good sleep, one night waking up - almost to the minute - at 3:45am and struggling to get back to sleep for an hour or two. I am desperate to get back off asap before the hunger pangs start and I need food to prevent nausea that I still get first thing (but which fortunately a bowl of cereal curbs). This is embarrassing but I either listen to an audiobook about cats, or a sleep podcast called Dead Sleep which is true crime but without really horrific details.

Thanks! It’s tough isn’t it. I wasn’t a great sleeper before but this is something else. Love both those ideas - will look up the podcast. I also get the night hunger haha.

Just checking in to the new thread. Symptoms are mostly gone now at almost 14 weeks. We're trying to decide if we'll do a private gender scan at 16 weeks...we didn't bother last time round but 20 weeks feels so long away and I'm itching to get sorting through all the old baby clothes!

Willen20 · 22/01/2026 15:16

Hola ladies. Had my 12 well scan yesterday at 13+2. But apparently i was a few days behind and today I am 14 weeks! How long has it taken people to get their low risk NIPT results through the post (i know i’ll get a call if its high).

thanks!

I had my scan on 5th Jan and results came through post 8 days later!

MamaagainJuly2026 · 22/01/2026 16:21

Hey everyone!

Currently 14+5 and ABSOLUTELY no glow here. Nausea is still there and have no energy.

2nd child for me.

Hope everyone is doing well and that anyone still feeling pants feels better asap

Iwishyoutoknow · 22/01/2026 16:41

Jumping on! 16+5 today and starting to feel movement which is lovely and reassuring.

At my 16 week midwife appointment they found glucose in my urine so I’ve got a Glucose Test booked for March. I have PCOS so was expecting the test but I avoided gestational diabetes in my first pregnancy, I’ll be gutted if it happens in this one!

scottishGirl · 22/01/2026 18:23

Hello
Just commenting so I'm here on the new thread. I'm now 14 + 4 ☺️
