Hi guys in September I found out I had a missed miscarriage. I have just found out I’m pregnant again and am so nervous, I’m terrified the same thing will happen again. I have an early scan booked but it’s not until the start of March. How did you guys cope with the anxieties of pregnancy after miscarriage

@January0901 thankyou!

Everyones birth is so different, you'll know what the right choice is when it comes down to it. 🤍

I ended up having an episiotomy and then teared further. It's super painful and a little traumatic but I would do it all again to have our baby boy.

Everyday I feel a little bit better and I'm doing more. I was super nervous at having a birth that ended up in this way, but it's very common and know that no two births are the same.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy, you're almost at the finish line, the snuggles are definitely worth it all xxx

I’ve just read this whole post and it’s filled me with so much hope. I found out I was pregnant in August (with twins) but unfortunately miscarried 3 weeks ago, we have already started ttc but I’m so nervous and finding it all consuming, constantly thinking are we dtd enough or at the right time or is my body even going to work yet etc.
I am really hoping your positive stories are the way mine is going to go and holding out hope.

congratulations on all of your new babies!!

Hi everyone.

I have been reading some of your messages. I had a miscarriage in November last year and I just had a BFP. Mixed feelings to be honest. How do you manage to cope?

@gadea I'm so sorry about your loss. I also have been reading this thread and like you I'm 5 weeks 2 days following a miscarriage at 11 weeks in January. I feel relief to read that I'm not alone, I'm really struggling with the anxiety and as much as I can keep busy it's so hard not to wonder if I'm still pregnant or not. I'm hoping for all the baby dust!
