Hey ladies, I wonder if anyone would like to join me, I'm 4 weeks pregnant and am terrified! I lost a baby in June at 12 weeks and had to have surgical management, I'm so so anxious now!

Would anyone else like to join me on our journey! X

@GemmaJen my skins okay this time, but in my last pregnancy with DD it was awful, but that only lasted first 12 weeks xx

@bubble55 I've totally stopped testing now as don't think there is anything else to gain from it, but I tested so much. just be careful with still testing, with my daughter I got the hook effect, when it gets to a certain point the test actually starts to get lighter! X

I'm feeling sick with nerves today.

Couldn't feel less pregnant if I tried I feel completely normal. Scan is at 7 weeks on Monday. I'm terrified 😢

With my son I had all the symptoms by this stage. Even with my miscarriages I had symptoms by now!

Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 09:18

@blueberry23 I wish I could fast forward time for you, I'm feeling sick now, not been sick just feel travel sick all the time, my sickness with my daughter hasn't kicked in at your point yet, I was 7 weeks on the dot when that happened and I literally woke up with it.

Are you feeling tired at all? Up until two days ago I didn't feel anything

Is the scan Monday private? X

Hi @Moosh18

I have had tiny waves of nausea at weird times of day maybe once or twice, but nothing for two days now.

Scan is at EPU due to previous losses!

I am a bit tired by the evening. Also still got cramps maybe once/twice a day the same as I remember from my successful pregnancy. I'm a bit constipated (sorry TMI) and bloated and quite thirsty and hungry.

No sore boobs but I only stopped BF about 3 months ago so apparently this is normal to not have sore boobs if you've recently stopped BF.

No bleeding so surely that's a good sign.

It just feels like time has stood still!

Hope you're doing ok x

Positivethoughts92 · 27/10/2022 09:39

@blueberry23 my scan is Monday too and I am petrified at the thought of it but just want to know everything is ok. This has been the slowest few weeks of my life!! X

Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 10:42

@blueberry23 they all sound like symptoms to me! I don't have sore boobs as also finished bf six months ago, I had waves of sickness last week then nothing for days then it's kind of constant now, but still on and off, you may not get any sickness in this pregnancy, my mum had it really really bad with me, but none at all with my sister! I also still get. Cramps a couple times a day,

As long as there is no bleeding take that as positive news all is going well x

Honestly how bad is first 12 weeks! I feel like I've had to do this too many times! When a Mc takes you back to square one to have to go through it all again it's so unfair x

Did anybody else have bad period type pain at 4 weeks? I feel so crampy and sickly, all in my back too and like a lot of pressure down below? Almost like I need a poo 😳🫣 sorry tmi. I’m terrified every time I go to the loo that I’m going to have come on my period??

Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 11:33

@bubble55 I haven't in this pregnancy as such but 💯 I did with DD! Absolutely no doubt, I had awful backache for at least 10 weeks x

So 6 weeks today and the nausea started this morning walking around the sealife centre with my 3 year old 🤢 also my appetite had gone a little, eating little and often is key for me.
Tiredness also there! Seems so long until my 8 week scan and then the 12 week nhs one.

Mayfield87 · 27/10/2022 14:16

And yes I did @bubble55, it was definitely implantation pains for me. They have gone now but at 4 weeks I definitely had them.

Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 14:35

@Mayfield87 I was going to wait till 8 weeks, but I'm off work all next week and think we are going to do the Friday and then hopefully get some lunch after if all is well. I will be 7 weeks then hopefully it won't be too early x

@Moosh18 7 weeks is a good time, I had one at 7+1 and saw a little heartbeat. I just chose 8 weeks as wanted to avoid an internal scan this time. Plus I felt 4 weeks might be less time to wait until the 12 week one lol.

Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 15:04

@Mayfield87 haha, I think my nhs one will only be like 3/4 weeks after as they are dating me 2 weeks ahead of where I know I am, they did this last time called me for 12 week scan at 10+4 then I had to go back at 12+4 was good as I got two 😂

Positivethoughts92 · 27/10/2022 15:09

@Moosh18 ohh I wondered how this worked. My LMP would make me over 7 weeks but I know I ovulated later and am only 6 weeks today and have been worrying that my nhs 12 week scan will be too early and they won’t get to check everything? Do they bring you back if you aren’t 12weeks then they check you? X

Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 15:11

@Positivethoughts92 yep! So just go when they tell you and if they can't get everything they need from the scan, they'll just rebook you there and then for like a week or so later! X

OP posts:
Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 15:12

It doesn't have to be exact, like mine was 10 so it was too early but if I'd been between 11-13 weeks it's fine xx

I feel really nauseous this evening, thought I'd be sick walking the dog 🥳 also very specific craving for pizza even though we have a fridge full of healthy food!

This wait is the worst.

Let's hope we all get to that 12 week mark unscathed and can relax a bit x

Moosh18 · 27/10/2022 17:59

@blueberry23 I was craving pizza yest even though we had the weeks meals planned! So I went and bought one 😂

I'm sure I'm over thinking it, but has anybody had tenderness or pain on one side of their abdomen? Obviously my mind us catastrophising and thinking ectopic, but it is mild at the moment. It's on my right side just above my c section scar, could it just be the stretching of the scar tissue? I think it's too low to be fallopian tube, but I can't tell, I'm definitely over thinking it 😬

3ToB · 28/10/2022 21:30

Hi, just jumping in late to the party. Congratulations to everyone on their pregnancies and I'm very sorry to be reading about losses. Sending love.
I've just come back from a family week away - fully expecting AF to arrive 3/4 days towards the end - so tested today and hey presto 👀
Not even told DP yet. According to my app that I use to track ovulation to kind of avoid pregnancy I'm 4+5 today 😄

Moosh18 · 28/10/2022 22:45

@GemmaJen hey! Mines the same place but right in middle, where my c section scar is, like a sharp scratch pain x

Moosh18 · 29/10/2022 06:33

My sickness is in full swing, I've already been sick this morning, has anyone found anything that helps? X
