@bez91 dd is going to be synched to his crying for a while, 1.it’s a new house sound 2. Babies are incredibly exciting for little ones, and they don’t see any of the hard work

Franklydear · 15/05/2022 05:16

not too bad sleeping this time with the steroids, I do wake up early, but not up half the night as other times, the difference is I’ve been taking them at 6 in the morning with breakfast, we do get up that early, the antibiotics are not too bad either, starting to get a bit of the constipation, but I started Thursday, I’ve been in mainly a veg and fruit diet though, cos it’s hot weather and I need to lose weight anyway and not snack all day everyday, so maybe the extra fibre has help, doctor weight me the other day but as he was saying how affected I am from covid 6 months on, I think he though twice to tell me to exercise and diet

Minster2012 · 15/05/2022 08:54

Mega catch up!

@feliznavidad2 another GTT? Not ideal but neither is 30th centipede legs & 90th tummy? I think a lot of it is guesswork & the various sonographers

@bez91 what's the next step with the heart pals? And I'm pretty sure that's how much I was dressed, don't forget I had foof out! (Still not healed)

@becarefuloutthere so we are all combo feeding from us recent lot, for various reasons I find that interesting!! It is helping trying to get me & Bronte into a routine which is good

@whatwonder I never got to harvest the colostrum before going in but had to syringe it in hospital instead. I've since frozen a bit of milk for medicinal purposes

@larrythelizard I can't believe how bloody hot it was yesterday!! I looked a right twat in my leggings 😂I was told to continue taking ibruprofen coming out so I hope you can!

@DKDK123 sorry for your loss but I'm so pleased she got to see DD then went peacefully, such a lovely tribute to give DD her middle name

@Lexber I don't wake DH either other than when she's been awake for like 3 hours & won't be put down but I'm trying to curb that! Loving Theo trying to be cheeky with Elsie, can't believe it's a month! Is he the cheeky one?

@Vil10 can I remind you that I was small (My bump was never measured) and B is lovely and perfect size (or she was when she came out) so it's just another chance to see your baby ❤️

@Franklydear so are you feeling better?

DH has appointment tomorrow afternoon for registration! @bez91 Maybe not lots of babies born here or more staff? I only booked it last weds too. Then she'll properly exist 😊🙌🏻 DD will get used to it, X doesn't wake now but did to start with

DH back to work tomorrow but he's going in a bit later then finishing early for birth registration 😬don't want him too, DS with my parents tomorrow so I have Some help then it's terrible Tuesday when he's off all day, I'm contemplating asking my parents to take him to the playgroup we go to & me have my nails done (after they were meant to be taken off the week after she arrived)

Trying to work towards a routine too with feeding & napping so I can then add in dog walking
Pahhhhhaaaahhhaa we'll see how that goes

Franklydear · 15/05/2022 09:14

@Minster2012 ask for help definitely, yes, feeling better i was up quite a lot yesterday, meds side effects not as bad as other times, which helps, and still another week off to finish meds and proper rest, we've got DS first covid jab this morning, not a friend of needles so we'll see how that goes, mean to go to bestie's in the afternoon to celebrate ds birthday, it takes long when you only do individual events

Franklydear · 15/05/2022 09:54

i have a few heart cushion orders, so I’ll be making a few extras, suggestions for colours, please, and of course if you want one....

bez91 · 15/05/2022 14:42

@Minster2012 next step for the heart pals is waiting for hospital to contact me to do a 24hr ECG. Midwife last week also said she'd speak back to their base to see if they could chase too. I feel ok, not great and MIL commented on how pale I look 🤷‍♀️ she did bring me flowers which has got her some bonus points with me. Occasional light headedness. How is your wound healing now? You'll be fine tomorrow without DH and Tuesday, at least you can break yourself in tomorrow with just B then double/quadruple the work Tuesday - just breathe! Next Monday is my d-day with both and DH back at work 😬

InkyPaper · 15/05/2022 17:24

I am so crap at keeping up with the bus these days 🙈 mammoth catch-up incoming...

@BellatrixK I can't believe you're 13 weeks now! I keep forgetting you're only 3 weeks behind me - I can't keep track of anything these days 🙈 is the nausea still causing you issues? Could you get your doctor to give you something perhaps, if it's causing problems?

@Soph0105 hurray! Glad you're having a great time!

@Franklydear wooooooooooooooop! Sounds like your DS is doing brilliantly! 🎉🎉 Great report from parents evening 😄

@DKDK123 I'm so sorry for your loss ❤️ it's wonderful that your Gran was able to see Emily and recognise her before she passed ❤️ your birth story sounded very dramatic! I would've totally watched too - thanks for the tip about the reflective light! Glad you're all home together now, it's so lovely you're honouring your Gran with the name

@whatwonder I was surprised they were going by my BMI but both midwives I've seen now have given me the same lecture. If it comes up again, I'm definitely going to shut it down because it's just ridiculous 🙈 Sounds like the midwife you saw was awful!! So much extra stress you don't need at 36 weeks

@feliznavidad2 It's good they're getting things checked out but the measurements on scans seem so imprecise. One of my mates was told she'd have an absolutely massive baby and when her DS was born he was tiny!

@bez91 have the heart palpitations eased up any? Hope the hospital come through with the 24 monitoring soon ❤️

@Vil10 sounds like a stressful way to end your holiday! Hope the scan goes well on Monday, I'm sure everything will be fine, try not to worry ❤️

@Minster2012 I'm with @Franklydear definitely ask for help! How's your wound doing?

Definitely starting to get more uncomfortable on a night, so I've ordered a pregnancy pillow to see if it helps. Lower back is killing me today but I think I've overdone it with cleaning 🤦‍♀️ hope everyone is having a great Sunday!

BellatrixK · 16/05/2022 08:02

Sorry ladies, I’ve been hectic this weekend. I disappeared!

@InkyPaper the nausea is getting a lot better now, I’m mostly just really tired. Having to remember that it is okay to slow down!

@Franklydear DS has done so well with all of those changes at school, you must be so proud of his achievements with that and his academics. Glad to hear that you’re getting a bit better. Rest is a magic healer. Also, I loved Willow when I was younger!

@Minster2012 it sounds like you are achieving so much to me. Brontë is doing so well to have recovered so much of her weight… super mama there! But definitely ask for the help as much as you can. These early days will take a lot of readjusting, you will find your rhythm soon.

@DKDK123 I’m so sorry too hear of your loss. Your grandma was a warrior, holding on to hear about Emily. It was really emotional to read her reaction to you both being so close by. She will have known. And it’s lovely to have her name honoured as a middle name.
Also, your birth story was fascinating to me! I cannot believe that your womb was outside of your body!! I’m so very glad that all was smooth and calm though, the team really did make the difference there I’m sure.

@Vil10 glad to hear that the house is finally, finally progressing! Perfect timing for two weeks if you’re off!

@Lexber no way are the twins a month old! That seems like minutes so!

@bez91 glad that you are being well monitored. And glad that DD loves her like brother so much… less so on the not sleeping, but I’m sure it’ll settle soon. Routines are so hard to build at the beginning when everyone is excited.

@larrythelizard another one in awe of your gym visits. I’m having to drag myself in dog walks at the moment!

I am officially tired… on Monday morning! We told most of our friends this weekend at a party on Saturday night (which I really didn’t want to go to and be sober). We ended up there until we’ll after midnight because it turns out I can enjoy a party sober! But I’m still tired now! Had a busy weekend sitting out a new car (possibly) and beginning to sort out stuff for our holiday in 2 weeks. Lots much fun though. And it was lovely to have everyone know. Exams officially start in school today, so there’s lots of nerves (staff and students!). I think I’m just looking forward to the quieter end of the term!

Juno231 · 16/05/2022 10:32

Hi ladies, another big gap in me posting - I do apologise! Still finding life a bit overwhelming atm.

Last Monday I had a niggling feeling I was either getting thrush or a UTI - hoped it was the former and slapped on some canesten but on Friday I woke up with such pain when weeing and a need to wee all morning to help with the pain so I sucked it up and called the GP for more antibiotics. The wee has been sent to a lab again so will be interesting to know if it's still group b strep causing it?

Last week was hectic as I'm working late hours at work but also had the whole house to pack up with Saturday being the big moving day. All moved in to the new place (it's actually way nicer than the dump of a house we've been living in for the past 18 months!) and the build should start this week on our house! I keep beaming thinking that this is where I'll have my baby now so I can finally start a bit of prep/nesting.

Speaking of baby - she's been very quiet since yesterday midday, to the point where I'm tempted to call the midwife at noon if she doesn't wake up soon.

@Minster2012 I want to shake your shoulders a bit - paternity leave was to help with your recovery, not for outings to the beach! I'm so pleased Bronte is recovering her lost weight though, you've been such a breastfeeding trooper.

@feliznavidad2 boo on the GTT but hopefully it comes back all clear?

@DKDK123 what on earth is that birth story?! I had to read the part to my husband where you tried not to vomit cause it made blood squirt out of your abdomen 😱😱 you're such a warrior! And I'm so pleased your granny became lucid when seeing Emily, I'm so sorry for your loss though ❤️

@vil10 the measurements are such a load of mumbo jumbo, I'm sure there's no reason to worry and your baby sounds like it's doing fab ❤️

There are so many more things I wanted to comment on but my brain is a sieve...

@min

paintfairy · 16/05/2022 10:53

@larrythelizard not everyone can BF. I intend to but if it really doesnt work then i will bottle feed. My only annoyance with that is it'll cost more. 😂
@InkyPaper its ok saying your bmi is high and you need to lose weight but you do put weight on when pregnant and you are meant to. Its hardly the time for dieting. And actually its not that high at all since you were under the threshold for NHS IVF.
@Minster2012 i'm not surprised that needle hurt if they put it in your arm! It hurt me a bit. But no way was that going in my arm. Ridiculous people. And i dont know how people manage babies and toddlers. So i fully get the concern on how you can feed Bronte and watch X whilst out. As for the giant bike... 😱Vitamin D drops? Really? So much you just dont know. And you think wearing leggings was bad - i'm still wearing jeans in the warm weather?! 🤔
@2020mission i dont think people look when you are breast feeding either. I actually find it awkward and try not to look that way at all in case they think i'm looking when i'm not. 😆Agree about the nursing tops. A bit extra fabric yes but they are bigger than my maternity tops.
@bez91 not good on the nipples, or the tiredness. DD will probably get used to Zac crying and sleep through it but initially its all new! Not helpful though when you are all tired. I hope the hospital pull their finger out with the heart stuff.
@Soph0105 Glad you are enjoying your time away!
@Franklydear excellent results with DS.
@DKDK123 the hospital explanation as to why the baby shouldnt go in seems more reasonable once explained. Otherwise that would have been cruel. I'm really pleased she got to see Emily via video though and briefly knew what was happening. Bless her. I'm glad she held on for you. Thanks for the birth story. I will focus on the fact it all turned out well in the end. 😂
@whatwonder the extra scans were because the IVF people said i had a heart shaped womb. And i mentioned this at my booking in appointment with the midwife. Part of me wishes i'd never said anything. And the last one they werent happy with (28 weeks) but had i not had one no one would have been any of the wiser! The whole midwife scenario sounded stressful! God. Nothing like support. I'm glad everything looked ok though.
@feliznavidad2 their measurements are all over so hopefully everything is secretly ok! It wont be a giant baby or an unproportioned one. But i think this with mine - DH and i both have small heads and my legs are (annoyingly) longer in the thigh than the calf. People just arent the same shape.
@Vil10 i get pains all the time and walking makes it worse. I think its normal sadly and will likely get worse! Mine comes and goes. The fundal height measurement is nonsense so dont worry about that. I'm sure the scan will show everything is fine. People arent always the same size and shape! Its a bizarre thing to even measure really.
@Lexber a month?! wow. Love seeing your photos though. Ridiculous on the registration appointment.
@BellatrixK a sober party? Noooooo. 😂
@Juno231 i honestly cant imagine moving house right now. But if its better day to day then hopefully thats a good thing! My brain is just fried with all the stuff to think about and everything being upside down. No relaxing here.

So - not so quick catch up. Very busy weekend and i'm shattered. And fed up of endless jobs. I also went in circles a lot. But we now have a new car. This we were meant to get on saturday but it was a wasted trip because DHs bank wouldnt release the money (i did warn him as hes had issues before with them - HSBC) but no men never listen. So ended up having to go back yesterday. We collected wallpaper saturday from Dunelm and i also ended up going back yesterday for more of the same because my plan to do 2 things wasnt working as we couldnt get anything to match it. So it'll all just be the same. Prior to that i painted all the walls white to seal the filler etc DH had done. And DH had painted the ceiling. Painting killed me - mostly because sitting on the floor gives me cramp in my feet. 😠DH has mist coated the hall and that now just needs the ceiling painting properly. Then we have a living room wall to do where the radiator was removed and i hope thats the end of painting for now! Cant sort hall properly until we get another joiner. I also bought some furniture from FB and collected it saturday evening. A 3 piece mamas and papas set! The wardrobe and drawers are currently in my living room 🙈as the bedroom my mum is currently wallpapering. The cotbed has gone to mums for now, as we wont be needing it for a while. I need to buy a mattress but can worry about that much later. But the furniture was a bargain at £200 and is in pretty good condition, the people were nice. And i'm pleased i can tick it off my list - even if it is in my living room. My list is getting more and more ticked and i dont have too much pressing stuff left to get now. Just all the baby clothes etc to wash once i have somewhere to put them and also all my big stuff to fetch from mums (next2me crib, pram, car seat) once i have space. I need to write a hospital list............

I also want to go away somewhere. But we are running out of time. I was looking at devon but by the time we can realistically go it'll be another 3 weeks. And i'll be 33 weeks. Is that too late? I cant decide if i will still be able to walk. 😂I have looked and there is a hospital with maternity 25 minutes away. Not that i want to give birth there. But it is a concern that it could happen? So i'm not sure if to risk it. I just need a break though............

larrythelizard · 16/05/2022 11:19

Hope scan goes ok today @Vil10

Hope DD is getting used to the baby noise @bez91 - if not have you thought about white noise or one of those Yoto/Tonies players?

You got terrible Tuesday @Minster2012 - and deffo rope in help for some or all of the day, all will be easier when your C-Section wound is healed.

Pleased you're feeling better @InkyPaper but the relaxin hormone will be starting to kick in so go a bit steady with activity/cleaning (I avoid this by not doing any cleaning!!)

Great news that you're not feeling sick any more and can still enjoy a party @BellatrixK!

Hooray for moving and boo for the UTI @Juno231. Now you can get settled and start prepping for baba.

Sounds a very busy weekend @paintfairy. Fully aware re BF - I was unable to with DS and am unsure how much I'll try this time round. I would absolutely go to Devon at 33w - went to Cornwall last time round at 32w and did plenty of the coastal path and plenty of eating!

The lack of paragraphs on MN is doing my head in, so hard to read!

OP posts:
bez91 · 16/05/2022 11:35

@Juno231 moving house when pregnant is no fun but at least you’ll be more comfortable in your temporary home!

@InkyPaper heart pals eased up slightly but still there. Bloods come back abnormal but no appointments available to discuss, it just says low Haemoglobin concentration and low Haematocrit whatever they mean 🤷‍♀️ they have asked me to go back for more bloods Saturday, sorry you’re starting to feel more uncomfortable. I loved my pregnancy pillow so hopefully that will help, turning over in bed becomes an epic too. Take it easy on the cleaning

@BellatrixK lovely you’ve told everyone, was that your video on IG telling grandparents? 🥰 it’s almost like I sigh of relief when everyone knows - enjoy it!

@paintfairy argggh of course you knew best about the money! I’ve had the exact conversation with DH before! I definitely think you should get a break in though before baby, even if it means more work when you’re home, it’s nice to have that time away as a couple before things get turned on their head with a baby

@larrythelizard she has a White noise dream sheep which she’s had from birth and still uses it now at 4.5 but it’s just the nights waking and her wanting one of us (well DH) to stay with her, it’s not a problem now but when DH back at work and on call will be a nightmare! The paragraphs are p^ssing me right off! It’s so so hard to follow 🤬 it's been ages too it's been like this.

I have found Vinted - I know some of you ladies mentioned before! I’ve just stopped myself spending loads 😆 I’ve got loads of stuff to get rid of inc all DDs baby clothes which I won’t be needing now so it’ll give me plenty to do on mat leave

Franklydear · 16/05/2022 13:51

Procrastination master class kinda day, I have so many things planned, pre-prepared even, eating ice cream instead in my 4th episode of this Netflix thing.....oh well, there’s always tomorrow

Minster2012 · 16/05/2022 14:14

Catching up after nap 😴

Don't worry I've asked for some help tomorrow, my parents gonna take X to soft play for a few hours

@bez91 you def need to push to get the testing, to just say abnormal then nothing really isn't helpful! having the kids on your own won't be great for heart palpitations I fear 😂my wound is healing though seeped a bit yesterday after some of the scab came off, it's still mega hot & hard & red though which hurts still & seems to not be the way it should be 😬

@InkyPaper hopefully the pillow will help, I went through stages of loving mine & hating it 😂if it makes you feel better I seem to be losing weight by doing nothing after birth 😝so that's good (don't think it will continue mind you!)

@paintfairy yes if breastfed (or having under 500ml of formula per day) then baby needs vitamin D drops. Also recommended to have extra vit D for you. You've had a staggeringly busy but good weekend of stuff being ticked off!! Well done! I love our nursery set (Also mamas and papas), my sciatica kicked in at 32 weeks so I was struggling to walk but most ppl would be fine!

@larrythelizard @bez91 I turned the white noise the other night, as she just wouldn't settle & it helped Bronte, on that note we have a Tonie box for X & it's a good shout for giving to DD @bez91 to listen to when she wakes instead of having company? (On that note though I had Bronte listening to it earlier to try keep her awake!)

@Vil10 when is then scan?? And you are such a darling tank you so much ❤️

@Juno231 have you called the midwife over movements? thats brilliant about the house, I know you'll get it sorted and can properly nest!! I know i know the paternity isn't for that but it is also to spend time as a family bonding and also for DH to bond with her and it's that which was missing a bit as he was being pulled around by X & I was basically just feeding B. That's the annoyance 🙄he has been super helpful

I think this week will be the last for BF for me, she's just not opening her mouth for it now and I can't force her, yet she then opens it for a bottle so it's not from lack of hunger. I'm ok with that & hoping on next weigh in on Thursday she'll be over birth weight & we can relax on the feeding a bit

Minster2012 · 16/05/2022 14:15

@Franklydear what Netflix thing?? I'm still binging Jane the virgin

Vil10 · 16/05/2022 14:31

Just a quick check in and I'll catch up properly later! But baby is looking perfect, weighing about 2lb 3oz, they said it's just a smidge under the middle line but baby is looking healthy and both me and my OH were small babies so maybe our baby will just be naturally small, but nothing to worry about and everything looking good! Said baby is breech with their bum in my pelvis and legs stretched right up my left side, but they still have plenty of time to move so they were happy with that and liquid, blood flow etc and baby wouldn't stop moving, looked like they were suckling with their mouth🥺

Minster's 8th Side Car - Best not let the men see our post-partum bodies eh?!
BellatrixK · 16/05/2022 14:35

@bez91 it was! They are honestly the cutest people ever. My grandma really suffers with dementia, so it was lovely to see her fully engaged and be excited. Definitely keep asking for the tests: they definitely need to support you through this. It feels quite strange that people know. I told a few work people today and I still feel uncertain about so many people knowing. I’m sure it’ll feel normal soon!

@InkyPaper I might be joining you soon in a pregnancy pillow. I’m not really sure I need it quite yet, but I’m sure I will soon and I might as well get use out of it ASAP. Where did you get yours?

@Minster2012 definitely good about the help. Totally makes sense on BF: happy baby and mama is always best. My lovely SIL actually sourced me a free bottle prep machine on some online group swap. I’m planning to breast feed, but would never stress about it, so I’ll take a free one!

@Juno231 brilliant news about the house! I bet you feel so much more relaxed. Try not to overdo things at work (I am hugely guilty of this), and maybe ask for support if the long hours continue?

Haha @paintfairy and @larrythelizard the sober party was actually great- there were a few sober drivers and everyone was in such a good mood, i honestly didn’t feel like I was missing out too much!

@paintfairy I have no idea about walking at 33 weeks, but I think any time for relaxation has got to be good?

Right, ladies, it’s a while before I will get big things, but I need advice. I’m planning on getting a second hand Snuzpod and travel system. But, I think I need to get a new mattress for the Snuzpod - can I get that online? Also, do you need a new mattress in the bassinet bit of the travel system? And a new car seat is recommended, right?

It’s an absolute minefield! My lovely SIL is searching for me (she is an expert after having 2 under 2 and buying most second hand), but I’m trying to be patient!

BellatrixK · 16/05/2022 14:36

Brilliant news @Vil10 and a gorgeous photo!

Vil10 · 16/05/2022 14:39

Just realised I said liquid instead of fluid🤦🏽‍♀️😂 I'm sure you all know what I meant😂😂

Franklydear · 16/05/2022 15:14

@Minster2012 I am watching working mums, it's bonkers but real, very relatable
@Vil10 lovely scan, plenty of time to move
@BellatrixK don't obsess about stuff, it will all work out

paintfairy · 16/05/2022 19:14

Omg. Why has the message reply disappeared from my mobile site?
I'm trying the app but it's rubbish.....
I've not had the paragraph issue though?

I'm glad people are saying we should go away. I feel I really need it and we aren't going to get again this year realistically. I'm sure it'll be fine but I guess I just take stuff with me, in case it's not!

@bez91 Men just never listen. Drives me crackers! Prime example today- I said I wasn't hungry. DH starts moaning what have I been eating all day. I'm like nothing? I had cereal for breakfast and 2 slices of toast for lunch. That's it? Not sure how many times I need to tell him I appear to have no room for food any more! 🙄
Vinted is amazing! Although you do have to watch you don't overpay with the add on costs. I've not tried selling though and I need to try.
@vil10 I knew the scan would be ok! And the middle line isn't 'normal'. Anywhere between the top and bottom lines is normal. The middle line is just the average. I've been at the lower end throughout too. But then people do that and then give birth to massive babies. 🤣
@minster2012 I'm shattered still. But I feel better for getting things done.

God, DH and blindgate now. Back later.....

InkyPaper · 16/05/2022 19:30

This website is so broken 😂 for some reason I couldn't add a message unless I went back to the first page of the chat to do it 🙈

For everyone talking about paragraph issues - I think it may just be the app? On the web I can everyone's paragraphs just fine. This site is hanging on by a thread, I swear 😂

@BellatrixK glad the nausea is easing! Yes, definitely take the time to chill out a bit more - you are growing an entire person after all 😄 haha join me with the pillow! I got mine from Bellamoon - the reviews seemed good and they stalked me with Instagram ads 😂 should be arriving Wednesday, I think

@Juno231 not surprised you've found things a bit overwhelming - moving house is stressful enough on its own, never mind doing it while pregnant! Did baby start moving more again?

@paintfairy I know, it's so bloody irritating! I'm not surprised you're shattered, I'm tired just reading all that - you got through so much!! I vote yes for taking a holiday while you still can 😄

@larrythelizard haha omg I would to do no cleaning!! I think I'm gonna have to start breaking it out over a couple of days instead, doing it all in one hit is knackering 🙈

@bez91 well that's crap! How're you supposed to know what to do next if they don't talk anything through with you?! Hopefully when your blood tests are back they'll give you an appointment to talk things through 🤞🏻

@Minster2012 that does make me feel better! 😄 Glad you've got your parents coming to help tomorrow. You've done amazing with the breastfeeding, but you're totally right, no point in forcing it if she's just not taking to it.

@Vil10 awww cute! Glad the scan went well!

paintfairy · 16/05/2022 19:35

Men. 🤬

@BellatrixK I bought a 2nd hand snuzpod 4 from fb. I just kept looking (would have happily had a 3) until a good deal came up. Mattress wise you can buy them directly from the snuz website (other places sell them though) and I went all out and got the air one. 🤣 But there's loads of great 2nd hand stuff if you are willing to keep looking and wait on it. That's what I did. Just wrote a list. I have no idea what's even in my bassinet bit of the pram (haven't looked and it's at mums). But I'm not sure I'd worry about that as it'll be pretty thin with no issue with being not supportive enough. Neither will they be in it hours like they are at night in the snuzpod. Car seat they only say not second hand in case it's been in an accident. But if you can get one you trust then it doesn't matter. Mine is 2nd hand but I bought it from someone that didn't have a car. 🤣 They just had the seat for baby coming home from hospital and emergencies or trips in family members cars. It doesn't even look used at all. Its a maxi cosi pebble pro and only useful for 6 months anyway. I'll then probably buy a brand new 360 spin type one. So it's about being sensible really?

As for pregnancy pillows- I bought mine quite early really (again 2nd hand) @Inkypaper as I struggle with my back and hips anyway. It is useful. I don't really know if they are for your bumps as I still don't use it for that? More for my hips. I got a bbghugme.
