Due September 2022

Hello everyone!

I have just had my BFP this morning, and based on dates I am due on the 1st September! I’m only just late on my period so hopefully there will be a few more of us over the next few weeks. Last pregnancy my date was pushed back a few days and DS ended up being a full 12 days late after that so I’m not too wedded to the 1st September!

@sleepy86 thank you, I'm not 100 percent sure what day I ovulated I could be 11/12/13 dpo so thank you 😊 I'll do another digital on Tuesday and hope it shows 1-2 weeks, here's my FRER lines and I can see improvement there so hopefully it's just my urine was diluted and it was a bit early to test 🤞🏻

Hi ladies I got a positive test today 6 days late wasn’t trying so very shocked but very happy. From my dates I am 5 weeks today and due 3rd September I have 3 children my youngest being nearly 7 I feel it’s been a life time since I was last pregnant. X

Having a bit of a stress meltdown I stupidly on a 2 hour hold after 2 bottles of water and 2 orange juice dipped a digital weeks indicator and it came up not pregnant! I've taken another early digital and it says pregnant plus another FRER a clearblue early and a cheapie I'll post pics below, you think this means I'm not pregnant or is it too early I can't go through another loss, I've got symptoms but I'm talking myself out of things I'm 12/13dpo and AF would be due anytime from Tuesday - Saturday, help ladies. ( the FRER with no writing on is the one I just took )

They all look positive to me - but I think you should try and relax the testing, I think it will stress you out more x x

Your CB one isn't a weeks indicator, it's just a pregnant/ not pregnant one lovely x x

Hello, I got my BFP yesterday after having my baby girl in March. I was in a Facebook page during the pregnancy which was amazing. Is there one for all of the ladies on here? If not I could make one. Congratulations to everyone getting their BFP 💕

@surprised12 I'm definitely going to relax the testing I think I'm so scared I'm going to miscarry I'm overthinking things, aww I know I think I worded the post strangely the test in the pic was a normal digital and that came up positive but the weeks indicator I did said not pregnant I didn't take a pic of that. I definitely feel pregnant anyway my boobs feel heavy and have twinges in the nipples now and then and I'm exhausted!

Don't panic - it might be implantation bleeding. I had some and my husband reminded me it will just be 'nestling in'

Might be worth ringing your doctor - I did and then got me to do a urine sample which they sent away - came back positive so I'm taking that as official.
I've done 1 test per week on a Friday morning so that I could see the weeks change on the CB digital :)

@surprised12 I definitely will when they open on Tuesday I'm going to ask them to do bloods I think they will as I have to scanned early on due to complications in my last pregnancy. 🤞🏻 yes I'm going to take the next clearblue Wednesday I think and test weekly from there if they say pregnant 1-2 etc

@arianasky I’m the same, definitely overthinking things. I did a test yesterday and this morning and really wish I hadn’t as the lines are so much fainter than when I last did them a week ago. I’m trying not to panic as still have the same symptoms but obviously your brain jumps to the worst conclusions 🥺

@mgah90 I'm the same I'm comparing each test and working myself up, when I know I am pregnant it's horrible, I'm going to be kinder on myself from tomorrow and just go with the flow and not be a crazy tester 😂 easy for me to say but try not to panic there's so many reasons behind it I'm sure we'll be fine 🙏🏻

Can I ask, when you all are saying how far along you are, are you taking it by the first day of your last period?

I ovulated on cd21, so technically I'm 5 weeks based on last period. Im now 14 dpo and tested positive on 12 dpo. So given I only ovulated 2 weeks ago, it seems strange to say I'm 5 weeks.

Just trying to get my head around it all! First time being pregnant so I feel a bit clueless :-)

@cantbelieveit2022 the 40 weeks always includes the two weeks we aren't actually pregnant, it's weird, but easier than trying to track pregnancies from ovulation as there is no way of knowing exactly when someone has ovulated

@cantbelieveit2022 congratulations! I’m also baffled by this. My luteal was 10 days and I had a 31 day cycle so the usual maths doesn’t apply (I think) based on period date I’m 5+5, but from ovulation I’m 5 exactly. The predicted date per the Internet calculators is either 2 or 4 sep though, so I’m really confused! I feel more like 5, based off my symptoms with my DD. I saw a doctor last week for blood work and they wouldn’t even consider my ovulation date, and asked me to come in 2 weeks time for a scan to date the pregnancy. Kind of odd as I might be 6+5 at that time and I’m not sure there will be much to see.

Essentially they use your period dates and then adjust it based on measurements at your 12 week scan. So with DS by period dates my due date was 4th July but I knew when I’d ovulated so reckoned due date was more like 1st July and scan agreed. And he was actually born on that date but only 5% babies are so it doesn’t really matter! They don’t even give you a due date innFrance, just a due month! With this pregnancy it’s IVF so I’m very confident on dates but I’ve had friends with IVF pregnancies who’ve still had their dates adjusted at 12 week scan!

@Aspidistra1 same here, I went by the day I had ovulation pain as we weren't trying at that point, scan dated me ahead with a due date of 27th May, but going by my ovulation pain I had a due date of 1st June which is when my DD arrived :)

@becky239 FB group would be great, but can we make sure it's private and by invitation only with a random name (we can change it later)?? A bit too early to announce it to all my Facebook friends! Lol
