@pregnancydiaries I'm feeling okay today. Still vomiting but definitely on the up compared with last week! 😅 How are you feeling?

DH is in kitchen (accompanied by much swearing) frantically banging out a roast chicken dinner because I mentioned yesterday that I fancied one....

I don't have the heart to tell him that I can't even stand the thought of one today.

HWka · 02/11/2021 18:06

Just been to the toilet and I’m bleeding 😔I’m on hold to 111 takes about 10 years. This is what happened last time I’m really gutted 😢😢😢

PeeAche · 02/11/2021 18:08

Hey @HWka I'm sorry about your bleeding. I know from experience how terrifying this feels. Try to remain calm. Have you got cramping as well? Is someone with you?xxx

Imhereforthecake · 02/11/2021 18:15

@HWka how far are you? Is it much? Thanks

HWka · 02/11/2021 18:25

Yea my partners here, I’m just over 7 weeks. We’ve got an appointment at 7pm. I had a little cramping earlier which I thought was because I needed the toilet. Just a small amount of pink in my pants and when I wipe, no clots xxxx

pregnancydiaries · 02/11/2021 18:26

@PeeAche good to hear you are even the slightest bit better, it sounds like we are in for a long run here. Is this your first? For me the pills have helped with the sickness but the nausea is now a million times worse as don’t get that 10 mins relief after being sick...😫

LOL about the roast chicken dinner, my partner is the exact same I mention one thing and then he’s giving it to me 10 times a day...at least they are trying 😂

pregnancydiaries · 02/11/2021 18:27

@HWka I know from experience how hard it is not to panic but having an appointment so quickly is really reassuring and you are far enough along for them to tell you either way. Fingers crossed for you, please let us know how you get on we will all be thinking of you xxx

PeeAche · 02/11/2021 18:29

I have cramping all day long @HWka and pink streaks is not the worst news. Especially if you're clot free. Try to keep positive. (I'm not one for getting hopes up unnecessarily but I really think this sounds as though it could go either way)
Good luck at your appointment. Keep us posted, will you?xxx ThanksThanksThanks

My DH is fretting about my water intake. It's doing my head in. But he does care.

This will hopefully be my first child. But my third pregnancy as I've had a couple of miscarriages. This is the furthest along I've ever made it though so the HG is a revelation - I didn't get far enough to experience it before.

Unarosaes · 02/11/2021 19:31

I'm feeling a bit like an a**hole today. A friend just announced she is just over two months pregnant and I am jealous that she is excited and hopeful after a positive early scan instead of dreading to tell anyone and correcting every time my DP or my mum talk about the potential future child as a given.

@HWka I have all my fingers and toe crossed that the appointment goes well.

HWka · 02/11/2021 19:40

Thanks everyone I’m just waiting in the room they said there’s a wait and they can do things like bloods but wouldn’t be able to scan until tomorrow. Been to the toilet and more bleeding it’s more red and brown now so not feeling very hopeful but thanks for all your kind words Flowers

pregnancydiaries · 02/11/2021 19:44

@PeeAche exact same situation as me, feeling positive for us this time 🤞🏼 Xx

pregnancydiaries · 02/11/2021 19:45

@HWka sending lots of love xx

HWka · 02/11/2021 19:47

Not going to lie been sat next to drug addicts in a and e talking about their parole officer isn’t exactly helping Hmm

Seabreeze2 · 02/11/2021 20:00

@HWka keeping everything crossed for some positive news for you ❤️

pregnancydiaries · 02/11/2021 20:14

@HWka when this happened to me it was peak COVID and I said to the receptionist at a&e and she was able to get me a room that my partner and I could sit in, I know you probably don’t want to talk to anyone right now but might be worth a try. Worst she can say is no...xx

CurryandSnuggle · 02/11/2021 20:16

@HWka Good luck lovely, thinking of you Flowers

@Prema112 how long have you been told to take the cyclogest and the aspirin?

rathernotshare · 02/11/2021 20:55

Bloods came back and not good news. I'm definitely pregnant but perhaps have something more sinister going on alongside. Urgent 2 week gynae referral and heavy monitoring on the cyst, maybe even surgery. I've waited so long for this pregnancy, why can't it be straightforward ☹️

Prema112 · 02/11/2021 21:09

@rathernotshare ergh, so sorry to hear that 😔 I'm praying the cyst can be treated and the baby will be fine. So sorry you are going through this

Prema112 · 02/11/2021 21:10

@Clomid1 I'm taking 2 Cyclogest a day until 12 weeks then wean off for a week. Not taking aspirin. I finish my progesterone injections tmw 🤩

CurryandSnuggle · 02/11/2021 21:15

@rathernotshare oh my gosh, so sorry to read that, what a nightmare for you. Keep us updated, I’ll be thinking of you Flowers hope you are ok xx

So sorry @rathernotshare, that sounds really scary. I hope they're able to give you a bit more clarity soon.

PeeAche · 02/11/2021 22:43

My DH on childbirth: "At least you won't ever have to have open heart surgery. Which I probably will. Because I'm a man."

RoseValleyRambles · 02/11/2021 23:45

Oh dear. Let me get out my tiny violin. :D
