Anyone else find out they are due in July ? My dates work out to be right at the end of June/July so I thought I'd start a July thread for us seeing as there is a few June ones going.

Anyone else got a + tests lately I got mine yesterday and then another today. Got a few more test to doing over the next week to see if they get darker.

Hope to have some more July ladies join me there is a few of us on the June thread and Facebook group already I'll try to tag you ladies Xxx

@missv556 ah that's a much better price! I'll need to shop around. Although if it's cheap I'll end up wanting to go for them all the time 🙃🙃😂

missv556 · 06/11/2021 10:21

I'd have paid whatever price tbf, I just wanna make sure my alien is doing well in there. I've paid an extra £10 to get some digital images as well for keepsake. Is anyone else keeping their pregnancy tests? 🤣 or am I the only weirdo haha

feliznavidad2 · 06/11/2021 10:38

@ChrissyAero @missv556 it's £49 here, I've booked one for when I'll be 8 weeks. 😬 🤞🏻

feliznavidad2 · 06/11/2021 10:39

Ohh yeah, I kept my pregnancy tests from DS1 for ages. OH told me to get rid of them as they were just sticks with wee on. Blush

missv556 · 06/11/2021 11:18

But those sticks of wee told me my baby exists 😅 I'm keeping them idc lol

CaptainCarp · 06/11/2021 11:20
@camvt that's so strange! Agreed that we know our bodies best!
About a week before I did my test I'd cut down to 1 cup of coffee a day from 2/3 because I "didn't fancy it". I also couldnr get enough fruit! When I took the test it made me wonder if my body knew what I did / didn't need.

CaptainCarp · 06/11/2021 11:22

@Theworkingmama if i go by the NHS due date calculator we have the same due date!

annie1994 · 06/11/2021 12:17

@missv556 I kept my DS pregnancy tests, he’s 14 months now and I’ve put them in his memory box 😂 definitely keeping this kids ones too!

feliznavidad2 · 06/11/2021 12:19

@missv556 @annie1994 definitely! I'll stash mine somewhere 🤫 😛

jadeypies · 06/11/2021 12:46

Hey all, sorry I've been a bit absent!
Welcome to all the newbies 😊
@laurenGame fingers crossed for you!
I'm 7+1 today and yesterday had a light pink bleed for one single wipe. I had a scan this morning and thankfully everything was fine, got to see the heartbeat!
I wasn't sure what you expect as this is my first baby, for those in a similar position the scan was transvaginal and was literally completely painless and not at all uncomfortable.

Elsols93 · 06/11/2021 13:08

@jadeypies happy all went well ❤️il be 7+1 when I have my scan Wednesday was baby heartbeat and stuff easy to find I’m so anxious xxx

jadeypies · 06/11/2021 13:51

@Elsols93 she did an abdominal scan first and saw the sac and then asked if I'd be comfortable with the transvaginal which I agreed to. It is really comfortable and respectful, doesn't go in far (less than a willy! 🤣) I saw the heartbeat straight away with the transvaginal, very easy to spot. Good luck xxx

Theworkingmama · 06/11/2021 14:12

@CaptainCarp eee! I’ve got everything crossed I’m definitely feeling anxious after a CP/MC last month , I’ve had stomach pains today and felt really nauseated this morning but il take all the aches pains and sickness if little peanut will hang in there , my daughter asked me last night if there was a baby in my tummy and I haven’t said anything to her or spoke about it in front of her!

Elsols93 · 06/11/2021 15:20

@jadeypies hahaha that made me laugh😂😂😂 I’m happy to have either or aslong as we get clear shot what did the baby look like a little peanut lol xx

ShellUK09 · 06/11/2021 15:45

Hi all,

Got my bfp today, it's still sinking in and a bit nervous as this is straight after an early mc in September. First pregnancy so not sure what I'm doing, any advice is welcome 🙏🏻

Does anyone know if taking a daily lose dose aspirin in pregnancy as a precaution against mc is a good idea? x

ShellUK09 · 06/11/2021 15:47

Also having sleep issues like a few others have mentioned, I wake up at 4:45am everyday! It's so weird x

CaptainCarp · 06/11/2021 15:57

@Theworkingmama fingers crossed for you!
Kids can be freaky, i sometimes think they have more of a sixth sense. Or shes wanting a sibling Grin

annie1994 · 06/11/2021 16:16

@ShellUK09 personally I wouldn’t take anything that the doctor or midwife hasn’t recommended. With my first child I had to take low dose aspirin from 12 weeks to lower my risk of pre eclampsia but that was because I had a few risk factors and the midwife told me this at my booking appointment to start from 12 weeks Smile

ShellUK09 · 06/11/2021 18:26

@annie1994 thank you for your reply Smileyeah I will wait and see if I am advised fo take aspirin. If you were told from 12 weeks, then right now is definitely too early. My blood pressure is always on the higher end so I will probably end up on it x

Theworkingmama · 06/11/2021 19:50

@CaptainCarp sixth sense is what I said I have my 12 week scan Christmas Eve so if all is well at least I can wrap a scan pic and tell her Christmas Day with all her presents ❤️

Cruz86 · 06/11/2021 20:32

Hi to all the new ladies in here!! Congratulations 😊

Has anyone been experiencing sharp pains at the top of your stomach? I'm thinking it's just indigestion but it really takes my breath away and I've been getting it every night for the past 4 nights x

CaptainCarp · 06/11/2021 21:14

Oh wow that would be a lovely gift Smile 😍

beansprout55 · 06/11/2021 22:38

Not at the top @Cruz86 , but sharp stabbing pains right hand side pelvic area - quite severe tonight! If I hadn't already had an early scan I'd think ectopic 😕 anyone else?

xck1x · 06/11/2021 22:50

Hey everyone! Need to take some time to read through all of this as lots looks so helpful but just wanted to say hi and hopefully gatecrash on here - I am early pregnant with my 1st - due date according to the calculator is 7th of July Smile safe to say I'm totally clueless about everything pregnancy related so hoping to soak up all your wisdom! Xx

Elsols93 · 07/11/2021 05:58

@Cruz86 I was experiencing like a stabbing pain behind my right rib the other day at the top which was weird I asked my midwife and she said anything baby related would be in lower stomach as it’s so early on so hopefully was just indigestion /same for you xxx
