BFP 12 dpo

[1992EM]

I am not quite ready to join the October group yet . I found out I was pregnant at 10dpo and confirmed with a frer 11dpo and 12dpo. No symptoms so far bar feeling really tired. Anyone else want to join me ? This is my first pregnancy so hoping all goes smoothly ❤

Morning all, my bloods come back this morning. All good ☺️ they've gone from 1072 to 2926 in 48 hours, so they've more than doubled. Put my mind at ease for the time being haha xx

@Mammabear92 Oh I can imagine with a wee one it must be so hard. I am having to nap when I get in from work 🤣 the constant need to pee is my biggest thing just now. I also had really strange heart burn today in work which wasn't pleasant but passed quite quickly x

Thanks ladies, definitely been able to relax more today! Now just got to wait for my scan in 2 weeks, going to be counting down the seconds haha. How are we all? Xx

@lockdownbabyx ahh exciting. Mine seems like a lifetime away . It actually works out to be 12 and a half weeks 🙈. My first appointment is a phone consultation which I was a bit confused at, as I know someone else who only live 20 mins away and they had a normal appointment. I just think that is a long time to not be seen by someone, especially your first . Maybe I am expecting too much 🤣. I am good. Waves of nausea tonight but nothing extreme and pass quickly . Think I am just overly tired after a full on week at work . How are you?

@1992EM is that your first midwife appointment you mean? I haven't booked mine yet, I wasn't able too until I am 6 weeks. I know what you mean, meeting your midwife in person just makes it all that more real! Maybe suggest FaceTime? 😂. Yes same here, nothing major. Tiredness comes and goes! The only thing that's been constant is my sore boobs. I keep googling prams and Moses baskets etc, I should stop as it's still early days. But I can't help myself 😂 xx

@lockdownbabyx I assume it is with a midwife. It is the booking in appointment where I assumed they did bloods but obviously not 🤣 I just don't no what to expect or what they will ask etc. I also don't no if that then means my 12 weeks scan will be longer as they will need to do all these things then . I am hoping they send out some sort of information with appointments etc. I was obsessed with looking at baby stuff but have stopped myself now 🙈

I have a scan when I'm 6 weeks but it's sooo far away. I'm just hoping I don't miscarry before it. Gahhhhhhhh I am so anxious. There's a constant knot in my chest. Time feels like it's stopped!

@1992EM in my area they are now doing bloods at the time of your 12 weeks scan and booking in appts are on the phone so I don't think that is unusual. Booking in is just then asking you 50million questions anyway - they don't really do much else apart from weight and previously did bloods too. Exciting though.

@treesall Thank you❤ that makes me feel a bit better . I think I just need some medical person to actually confirm all is fine 🤣. 12 weeks seems like a lifetime away. When will you be 6 weeks? x

I understand. Early pregnancy is just the longest / most nerve wracking time ever!

Not until a week Tuesday. It's sooooo far away. I was very nervous with my first pregnancy, but I needn't have been because all went perfectly. But having had 3 losses in a row I am an absolute mess this time!

@treesall I can imagine how hard that must be. Hopefully this one is smooth sailing. I did so much research into concieving and now have no clue what to expect now it has happened 🤣🤣. x

Evening ladies! Sorry been quiet but reading all your posts 😊 tried to stay off google was getting very anxious and nervous this week with it being my first and only 5 weeks. Makes me feel a bit more normal seeing that everyone else feels the same.

I’m booked in with the midwife a week on Tuesday, I’ll be over 6 weeks at that point. Didn’t no what to expect but I’m guessing it’ll just be lots of questions.

How’s everyone feeling? I was terrible yesterday with tiredness, 10hrs sleep later and I’m feeling so much better today! Like a new women 😂 boobs are the main pain today!

Going to try my last digital tomorrow hopefully get that 3+ 🤞🏻

Has anyone else not got sore boobs? Mine were v tender with my successful pregnancy but this time I have nothing again... ahhhhhhhhh

I don't @treesall but I never have that so not much insight/help!

I'm so jealous of 10 hours sleep @NW2021, it would take me two nights to get that and it's still broken with about 4 wakes 😂 We do not make children that sleep well unfortunately!

I feel fine, absolutely fine, only consistent symptom is no period. Very strange, but it's fine as after mmc I'm basically assuming I'm not pregnant until I eventually got for scan around 9 weeks, will make gp appt for around 8 weeks all going well.
