Hi ladies! New to this board just moved over from conception! Cannot quite believe it! I'm panicking as it's been a year (exactly!!) Since my miscarriage, and now I have backache and light cramps! Is that normal at four weeks can anyone put my mind at ease? X

@Blossom428 theres a new season of money heist coming next year 😍 also. Dexter is really good but i can't think where you could watch it as i can't remember, i have the box set. Its amazing though if you can find it.

Yeah i think im just worried about sharing too soon and my dh is the same about it. Will see how the next month or so goes

Morning, ended up having an early night last night because of my headache.

How long did it take for your tests to go very dark?
Top was friday, bottom today- but I don't see much difference. Bloody Frer's didn't turn up yesterday either, annoyingly!

@Blossom428 I didn't start testing until 14dpo but by 17/18 they still weren't as dark as control line x

@Blossom428 morning! To be honest im not 100% sure when i ovulated this month, my cycle tends to vary between 28-33 days so going by the app i use my average is 31, i tested what would have been 4 days before af going from my app and my frers were super dark, i also got 2-3 on cbd. I think i ovulated way earlier than i thought though so ive no idea what dpo it would have been!

Everyone is different so don't worry about it and maybe you ovulated later than you think? Take one again in a couple of days as the levels go up and you should see the progression 😊

Ahh yeah you didn't did you @AnxiousAnnie86 - okay well I'll see how it goes. Hopefully the FRER come on Monday and I can try one of those.
@Redfoot89 I remember you saying actually. I do think my ovulation date is right though because of peak opk and bbt rise.
Yeah I'll take again in a day or so and see what happens.
No sign of spotting at all again so that's a good sign.
So glad I've got you guys who are slightly ahead for reassurance 😊

@AnxiousAnnie86 yes I hope I don't get sickness too!! Atm it's just a very heavy headache head which is really annoying. Are you having things with ginger in them, to try help it?

My frer's will come tomorrow so hopefully I can see that the line will have gone darker 🤞🏽
I've still got a digital that tells you how many weeks so may do that later this week

@AnxiousAnnie86 im the same, i feel sick constantly all day everyday too 🙃 my boobs are aching aswel 😫

@Redfoot89 have you found anything to help, it doesn't ease with anything ginger, teas, stem, biscuits, tried water biscuits constantly wearing sickness bands! I can't cope with it x

@AnxiousAnnie86 it seems to come and go in waves, if im hungry it seems to be worse. Random smells set it off too, went for lunch yesterday and the restaurant must have some sort of xmas spice candle 😩 had to do quite a bit of deep breathing 🤣 ive tried ginger biscuits so far but totally doesnt help, sometimes i just need to sit still for a minute and slowly breathe in and out super deep breaths. im just hoping it doesn't turn into actual physical sickness as i work in a nursery looking after children. Ive been drinking peppermint tea before bed at night aswel as i keep getting trapped wind (sorry tmi) that does help though.

My headache just won't go away. Really going to struggle concentrating in work today.
Can I take paracetamol? I'm just a little reluctant to start taking tablets so early on, wouldn't want it to affect anything.

I'm in full throws of morning sickness I can't do anything it's so consuming.... 😫

Ahh good good. Don't know how I'll get through the day with out it. It's making it so difficult to sleep.

I really hope I don't get sickness, nothing worse. But I guess it's inevitably going to arrive at some point.
When did it first hit you?

Hi ladies hope you are all well. I have no sickness but just the very tender boobs and a bit of indigestion. Hope you all had a nice relaxing weekend. I tried my best to relax and not stress x

I was 10 minutes late for work this morning thinking i was going to be sick before i left the house 🤣😩 im only 5 weeks today so i don't have high hopes for how im going to feel come next week 👀.

Been drinking peppermint tea every night for last few days and that seems to be helping my gut at least.

Has anyone told any family yet? My dh randomly said to me yesterday that he wanted to tell his mum 😩 thankfully he re-thought it and changed his mind because i don't feel ready yet...

I know, I want to tell my mum as I've been talking to her throughout TTC. I ended up lying to her and said my period was due end of this week. She asked me on the phone though so I'm not exactly going to tell her over the phone haha. So awful to lie to her. But then I've got it in my head to have a scan about 7weeks, then another at 9 weeks just before Christmas and then tell them on Christmas Day (or the day we decide to do Christmas due to split up family).
I guess all depends with lockdown too though, as if I get invited on like a girls Christmas Day, is rather tell my parents first then my friends.
So hard to know what to do isn't it!

I completed the online referral form this morning, so it said I should receive an appointment in the next 5-7days.

@Blossom428 im the same as you id like to have an early scan and tell my family at christmas. Christmas is the friday and all going well i should be 10 weeks the monday of that week so i feel like its a nice time to share the news. Noone in our family has any idea that we have even been ttc so its easier for us to hide it i suppose 🤣

Yes i did my form friday (i think i already said so sorry if im repeating myself 🤣) i wont hear til between 7 and 9 weeks for my appointment as the midwive will call me to arrange.
