Hi ladies! New to this board just moved over from conception! Cannot quite believe it! I'm panicking as it's been a year (exactly!!) Since my miscarriage, and now I have backache and light cramps! Is that normal at four weeks can anyone put my mind at ease? X

Congrats! I’m also 4 weeks, first baby, and was getting worried about the cramping/dull ache.

I’m having lots of silly worries but I’m glad I’m not the only one!

Blossom428 · 10/12/2020 18:24

I've been- god that was so nerve wracking! Saw the heartbeat 😆 measuring 7+6 so 2 days ahead! Heartbeat was 161.
I can relax a bit now, knowing that no sickness is a blessing 😊

4 weeks today!

AnxiousAnnie86 · 10/12/2020 18:35

Oooo do they @AnxiousAnnie86 .
I feel so relieved now. But now obliviously to get to 12week scan 🙈

Blossom428 · 10/12/2020 18:47

@AnxiousAnnie86 @Redfoot89 did you hear your heart beat on yours?
Mine said you couldn't hear untill 12 weeks.

Redfoot89 · 10/12/2020 18:57

@Blossom428 oh i never asked what the heart rate was and if she said it i must have been in a baby daze and didnt hear it 🤣 def never heard it just seen it

Blossom428 · 12/12/2020 19:39

I just told two of my best friends and it's was sooo nice to finally tell someone else. Makes it all feel a bit more real.
My partner took a picture of us three and just before he took it he said 'one, two, three we're having a baby'. They looked so confused at first 😂 but then started crying 🥰 very cute to have it on video too as he filmed it!
Hope you ladies are having a nice weekend

AnxiousAnnie86 · 13/12/2020 08:43

@Redfoot89 @Blossom428 sorry been absent! I'm living in a world of sickness 🤢

Yeah she played it for us for a few seconds, at my scan with the nhs the other day we didn't hear it we just saw it, they don't seem to have sound on at nhs!

How's everyone feeling? Xx

@AnxiousAnnie86 oh dear i hope you are doing ok.

Ive had a really rough week nausea wise but im having a sea band free weekend as i dont think they are making much difference. Seem to be ok so far. Slept funny again friday night and have shoulder ache again tho, was fine yesterday but seems to have come back again today 🙄

Blossom428 · 13/12/2020 20:45

Ohhh no I feel bad how bad you guys have got things. I feel a con 😂🙈 @Redfoot89 @AnxiousAnnie86

Only thing that's bad with me is bloating and sleep is so bad atm. I'm so tired yet when I go to bed I can't sleep, then when I do sleep I constantly wake up. Then I'm knackered the next day. No winning.

Blossom428 · 13/12/2020 20:46

How's things with you guys? @Klprr93 @Bambi300180

Bambi300180 · 13/12/2020 20:53

Hi @Blossom428 I'm doing good. Eating myself into oblivion lol but yeah all is going well. Looking forward to getting to 12 weeks so I can let my family know. Just seen your scan that's fantastic so happy we have all had our scans. X

Klprr93 · 13/12/2020 21:18

Hey @blossom428 OK I think. My boobs don't feel as sore but they are huge! Lol i have been feeling sooo hungry all the time to point I feel sick but soon as I eat I'm fine. I have a scan next Friday. I just hope there is still a heartbeat, my husband could not be at the last scan so hoping the one time he is there it is a nice experience. How are you?

Redfoot89 · 14/12/2020 08:26

Well ladies 9 weeks today and the actual throwing up has started. 😭
Literally brought my breakfast up 5 min after eating it!!

AnxiousAnnie86 · 14/12/2020 10:38

@Redfoot89 aww boo it's awful! I've had the throwing up since 6 weeks unfortunately, maybe speak to doc I'm on cyclizine which controls the actual throwing up, doesn't do much for the nausea though xx

Reading this I am not sure if looking forward to the morning sickness part or not. Around 5 weeks today and will call my gp to figure out how this whole system in uk works.
A little bit relieved that london will be tier 3 as easier to ask for less shifts at work and hopefully avoid any questions about why moody and not drinking 😂
My boobs are sore as hell though. Had an hour of yesterday when I though yesss they are not sore and it came back triple later. 😂

AnxiousAnnie86 · 14/12/2020 17:14

@tiinab honestly I wouldn't wish this sickness on my worst enemy!!! It's absolutely awful, ruins everything! Plus side I found my boobs got less sore from about 6/7 weeks they aren't that bad at all anymore, I'm 11 weeks today so just realllllly hoping sickness eases soon. Although I know I will start panicking as soon as it does! X

I have had a few spells of sickness in the evenings so if my body could be that I manage to get though work days and then this will happen I will accept it gladly.
Called my GP and they booked me for an appt next Monday with the nurse who does all the blood work and start the process for me and thankfully got the nurse who I absolutely adore there. She is the most cheerful and happy person and hopefully that has not changed during covid times. Just hoping everything goes well. But I think this worry will never end.

Klprr93 · 15/12/2020 11:54

@blossom428 just seen your scan news that great. I am in panic mode again that I don't feel sick lol I am 7 weeks 1 day today. The only thing I get is like severe hunger even thought there is no way I could be hungry. It is like a empty stomach feeling even after I have just eaten.
My little cramps I felt have gone
I'm So scared about Friday. My husband is coming to the scan and I just want It to be good news but i feel I should feel more 'pregnant' now.

tiinab · 15/12/2020 12:53

Due to tier 3 just found out I have at least 2 weeks off from work now! Have to say kinda excited as can focus on resting and taking things easy.
Strangely though I have lost almost all my appetite but no nausea yet!

SS123456 · 15/12/2020 13:37

I'm nervously moving over to the pregnancy boards and saw your name on here @AnxiousAnnie86 😊. I'm so happy to see all is going well for you!

I had a bfp this week following a mc at 5 weeks in October so I'm super anxious. So far my frers seem strong so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

4 weeks today!
AnxiousAnnie86 · 15/12/2020 13:54

@SS123456 ahhhhh congratulations!! So so lovely to see you here 🥺 I'm so sorry about your MC I had one in October last year as you know and it really does make you so so nervous the next time :( hopefully you can take comfort in this thread and we can all help each other through! I still panic everyday and I'm 11 + 1 xx

It definitely 'ruins' part of the excitement and joy of it doesn't it! We were booked to start private fertility tests next week so typically my body decides it wants to give me a bfp this week 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

AnxiousAnnie86 · 15/12/2020 14:14

@SS123456 we were the same, was due to start k. January, and decided to just stop trying snd go with the flow till then and it happened! What a lovely Christmas present for you! How are you feeling? Any symptoms yet? Xx
