Due June 2020...

Can't quite believe it but I've just taken a test this morning... Baby no.2 is on the way! According to the NHS due date calculator, I'm due on 1st June 2020.

We're both a bit surprised as we'd only just started "trying not trying" (very lucky, I know) and our first TTC journey was a bit of a rollercoaster. But yeah... Here we go! DD will have just turned 2 when they arrive. Terrifying but we're both very excited!

Anyone else also found out the same today?

Hi @pollysproggle and @farfromthe usual congrats on your pregnancies 😁 It's my 30th birthday in June too! June is already an expensive month for family birthdays so I guess it was inevitable we'd end up with a baby due in June 😂

One major upside to being pregnant is my new augmented boobs! 🤣🤣🤣 I'm so happy! I'm usually such a flat chested person ha ha.

@vio112 i am so flat chested usually but i actually have boobs now! DH keeps saying "wow you actually have boobs" 🤣

@anny27 I would feel more sexy except I'm really bloated and keep burping 🤣🤣🤣 I'm not sure my boyfriend prefers the new me... Plus acne!! Ahhgh 😬😔

@mrssunshinexxx it really does. I did one on Wednesday that said not pregnant so at least I know hcg is rising! 😁

@pollysproggle wow 12lbs!!!! When I gave birth there was an 11lb on my ward and he was big lol! Mine was 8lb 15oz and I thought he was till I saw him 🤣🤣. Nausea is slowly creeping its way in yesterday and evening and today!! But nothing gag worthy so all good so far lol 😂

Hope everyone is doing well? Im 5+3 today and was so sick this morning had a really hard time hiding it at work all morning, it's only just subsiding now. Also glad im not the only crazy doing tests still, just got my 3+ on clearblue digital so that made me happy. 6 days until my first midwife appointment too!

Hope this doesn't sound weird...do any of you have days/times where you feel 'more pregnant' than others? I'm 39 with a history of recurrent mc so really hard not to go into panic mode! I'm 7+4 by my dates, first mw appt not until 8th Nov and still waiting for a scan date.

I always think June is a great birthday. Right in the middle of the year and no other holidays close to it, plus the weather is normally decent.

@MsChatterbox 12lbs 8oz actually- a whopper! I do love a chunky baby but my goodness I cannot do that again. My first was 10lbs so if they leave me to go overdue this time round I'm confident I'll give birth to a 4 year old!
I don't have any nausea yet which I find weird as it was a first sign for me in last two pregnancies before I even got my bfp. Would be great not to get any this time but then again I do find strong symptoms quite comforting in the early weeks

@mrsc1987 I am 5+4 today... I did a second clear blue last Friday (4+4) and mine had gone from 2-3 the previous week to 3+ .... I read that could mean high hcg levels which I also read could mean twins 😬 my cycle is regular and ovulation was when I expected as did an ovulation test to check!

Has anyone else experienced this??

@Smiffette blimey twins would be a shock wouldn't it? I dont know much about hcg levels regarding twins though so cant really comment on that. We are having an early scan in a couple of weeks im really excited for it but also nervous, i did think to myself earlier omg imagine if theres more than one baby lol

I've been sick yesterday and today , hoping it is the start of more symptoms as I don't feel very pregnant yet! Can't wait until my midwife appointment and scan at the end of the month x

Had a scan and pleased to report so far all is well. Still doesn't seem any more real, though I'm not sure it ever will! Anyone else? Still feels like a bad case of illness with no end in sight!

I have been lurking for a few weeks but I am so excited to be expecting our first baby due 1st June
We found out 2 weeks ago and since then I have been trying not to get too excited just in case but my first midwife appointment is next week!
Symptoms wise I am feeling better but was really tired, no sickness but major nausea especially on the commute! Is it too early for cravings?
I look forward to this journey with you all!

@smiffette yes I have! My previous pregnancy I had 2-3 weeks before AF was even late. I never did another one after that though! Only had one baby 😁

Thank you all for your advice. I have noticed it escalates when i drive. Must be the motion. Like you said eating when you are hungry really helps, although Im also getting stuck in thw crisps. Now I want pickled onion monster munch. Is it too early to blame it on cravings?

I had my first scan today at 6+1 and we seen the heart beat. It was so cool. My OH was so worried it would be bad news again, but he didn't show it until after. We were tempted to tell someone but it almost feels bad telling one and not the rest so we may just wait. Anything can happen at any stage butIm going to focus on positivity now Ive had this little boost. They have confirmed 6 weeks and a due date of 12th June.
Sure I don't need to tell anyone when I have you all to talk to.

@thosethreewords earlier at playgroup a sibling was playing peekaboo with their baby sister. I had to hold back the tears. I'm only 4 weeks. I'm in for it 😂😂😂

@Howie11 can I ask was your early scan internal or external? I keep reading online about them being internal? X
