Hello! I couldn't find a thread, so I'm starting one. I'm due on the 5th. My DPs 40th birthday!

I've been weepy all day... I think it's the hormones doing their job

I’m 5+5 today and I’ve been absolutely horrible to be around today! I know I’m just being unreasonable, stroppy and tired! Hope it’s just a one day thing as I feel so exhausted! Stropped around Morrison’sc stropped around the house and even felt like crying over the housework! Sounds like it’s going to be a fun few weeks! Haha!

Can I very tentatively join?

Took several tests yesterday and think my due date will be around November 10th based on my cycle but we shall see.

I have two boys already, 3 1/2 and just turned 2. I got pregnant last summer but sadly had a miscarriage and have been ttc since (all new to me as got pregnant first month with all three other pregnancies so this has been a confusing time). I actually have an appointment with my obgyn booked for Tuesday which was to start looking into reasons I wasn’t pregnant but now will be to discuss pregnancy.

I’m very nervous given my mc and also the fact I was convinced it wouldn’t happen this month so when we went to Disneyworld a couple of weeks ago I drank cocktails most days and rode rollercoasters so now feeling guilty (looks like baby might be a Disney souvenir)

I’m getting quite a bit of lower back pain which is worrying me a lot. I went through my first two pregnancies naively optimistic about everything and everything went great but the mc has taken away some of that excitement this time around.

@Mathsymummy welcome 😁 I kind of know how you feel about feeling some kind of way, I had a bleed a couple of weeks ago and its left a 'bad taste in my mouth' just keep expecting to see blood when I go to the toilet! But FX we both have healthy babies in oct/nov 🥰

Hi all and congratulations! Can I also tentatively join? Got a BFP today at 4+0 so I make that an EDD of 10th November. So excited for all of our Halloween and Bonfire Night babies :)

I'm feeling so shattered today, I slept for 10 hours last night and have had a snooze on the sofa too. Making the most of it as with DD I had really bad insomnia in the first trimester.

Hoping I'll potentially hear from the MW this week as I'm a bit concerned that I'll be away on holiday between 12-14 weeks for the first scan. If they don't book me in before I think I'll pay for a private scan just for peace of mind before I go.

Urgh I take back what I said about symptoms. Having Hot flashes and headaches 😂

@TrashKitten10 thats how thick I am at the mo I didn't even realise it was halloween and bonfire night 😂

Still not had any symptoms, yet which is slightly worrying me. I keep POAS to make sure that I am actually pregnant 🙈 I know when the symptoms start I'll wish they were gone!

I did the same with POAS. I still do 😂. My boobs are unbearably painful though so that's a good symptom I suppose. Week 5 for me tomorrow- wonder if the bad morning sickness will kick in soon!

@thumper59 you are lucky. I've had morning sickness or more all day nausea since week 4 and the bloating is unbearable. I've been a little crampy over the past few days but nothing too bad- I'm sure a lot of it is trapped wind from the progesterone pessaries I'm having to do.

Hi everyone, can I please join too?

I’m currently 5+6 with number 2, feeling quite anxious but will be relieved to hit 6 weeks tomorrow. I’m planning on booking an early scan tomorrow so hope I’ll feel a little safer in a few weeks. Due date is 28th Oct but I felt too far behind the Oct thread.

@MrsPMT23 I've had insomnia all week, really hope it doesn't continue all through the first trimester! Didn't realise it could even be a pregnancy symptom.

@HJWT haha, well technically not all Halloween or Bonfire Night babies but I reckon we will manage a few :)

@LokiCat @thumper59 I know it's lovely to see your names! Hoping we will have more TTCers join us soon. It's still not sunk in, had it for you two?

@LokiCat @thumper happy to hear you are also still POAS, I keep doing it every morning 😂 DH thinks I'm crazy! I just like to see the line getting darker.

It hasn't sunk in for me, either, especially with the lack of symptoms. A part of me doesn't completely believe it

@brighteye3986 I'm dreading the morning sickness quite a lot.. I don't do well with throwing up 🙈 so, I'm sorting hoping for symptoms yet don't want them at the same time!

@LauraPalmersBodybag welcome and congrats 😊 I was debating booking an early private scan, as well. Not sure if it's worth it, or what people's thoughts on it are? It would be nice to have some reassurance cos it's a little while till the first NHS scan..

@MrsPMT23 I'm saving my last FRER for tomorrow morning as that's when AF was supposed to be due! DH thinks I'm a bit obsessive, as well but it's the only way I can reassure myself 🙈

Hi everyone I've been a bit quiet last few days just been so busy.

Not really had many more symptoms little bit of nausea coming and going and breasts being sore every other day but been quiet on baby front for me. 5+3 now got first midwife appointment 5th April.

This one sided pain is really getting to me now. I just keep thinking ECTOPIC coz I see them so much. I'll be happy to have this scan on Sunday just to put my mind at rest!

@brighteye3986 yeah the bloating isn't ideal! I've had that. I've had on and off nausea but not to bad and mainly just before I need to eat! The boob pain is mad though!

@TrashKitten10 no it hasn't! I keep panicking every time I feel slightly wet 😫. All good so far though. I guess the extremley sore boobs are good? We're at the midwife on the 26th and we're going to have a private scan on the 30th so hopefully it'll feel real then! I told my best friend yesterday (only me,my OH and her know!) and it was such a relief!

@MrsPMT23 yeah the last one I did was super dark it was a spare FRER. Keep debating buying more to just to watch the line but if one is slightly lighter I'll only worry!

Hi everyone! Hopefully its fine just to join this thread. I tested way before my period was due and got a very very faint Bfp. The lines got darker and darker as this week has gone on. Af was due tomorrow. But my two lines are definitely there so she want be showing her face. This pregnancy is a bit of a shock to me and isn't planned. I only tested when I did as I had symptoms so similar to my last pregnancy that I just knew.

My son is only 11 months old so this pregnancy is deffo a shocker. I'll be due 10th of November.

@thumper59 tell me about the sore boobs! I thought going through stinks on IVF was bad with boob pain but I'm pretty much back to the same level!

When did you arrange for antenatal care? I did mine on Wednesday after I told my clinic so was just wondering when to expect to hear from them.

@brighteye3986 I just to get slightly sore boobs pre AF, then when I came off the pill (granted it wasn't long) I didn't get sore boobs at all, before after during! Then they've just started this week and got so big! Well for me I've only got little boobs usually! I did my referral on the 24th and believe my green book came on Wednesday so very quick really!

@ally62442 congrats and welcome! It's so nice that we are all so close together. What a nice suprise! I'm sure it'll be fine it'll be so nice to have 2 close together growing up! That's what I intend to do if I am lucky enough to get pregnant again after this one!
