Just catching up on all the posts ladies & wow @MrsC87 that scan is amazing thank you for sharing! I have a private scan booked for the 23rd I’ll be around 7w4d so I was worrying Incase i wouldn’t be able to see something if all goes well until then!

I’m the same with the insomnia I can’t seem to drift off & was so excited for my lie in on Sunday I woke at 7.30 😩.

My skin is awful at the moment dry around my forehead but lots of spots all around the bottom of my face.
I’ve just started taking pregnacare was taking folic acid before hand, what vitamins are you all taking?

Moonchild23 · 04/12/2018 22:56

Hey ladies can I join :) got my bfp on Sunday and estimated due date is 10th August. Currently laying in bed can’t sleep, think I’m too excited and minds whirring. Loving reading all your posts, makes me realise I’m not imagining symptoms lol

SullyWifey · 04/12/2018 23:00

Congrats @Moonchild23 glad to share this journey with you xx

I was just randomly sick before going to bed. Felt fine all day then hit me like a ton of bricks. 5 mins later totally fine and back in bed.

Urgh. No to not sleep for hours. Fun!

Kileah18 · 04/12/2018 23:01

Welcome @Moonchild23 & congratulations! My estimated due date is 7th August & found out last Thursday 😊

Kileah18 · 04/12/2018 23:03

I can’t sleep either @SullyWifey embarrassed to say I seem to have become fascinated with the pregnancy apps can’t wait for it to change to 5 weeks come 12am to see all the new info 🙈😂

Moonchild23 · 04/12/2018 23:23

Thank youuu @sullywifey @kileah18 :) congratulations to you both too!
I know I should try and sleep but I just feel too excited haha.
Only symptoms I’m having so far are boobs are massive and killing, creamy CM, cramps making me feel peaky and a weird spaced out feeling. Cbd said 1-2 weeks yesterday though so still mega early.
Hope you get some sleep @sullywifey and no more boffing tonight

Kileah18 · 04/12/2018 23:31

@Moonchild23 only thing I’ve got so far is the creamy CM, nauseous after eating & my skin is gross😂 boobs are fine so far, & I feel tired but can’t sleep. Your only a few days behind me I’m about 5 weeks tomorrow. Really want the “scary” weeks to hurry up n go fast!!

Chocolate89 · 04/12/2018 23:43

Congratulations @moonchild23 and welcome to the thread! They sound like some good symptoms, hopefully a sign that you have a sticky little bean!

I feel like this week is crawling! Could be the tiredness... don't know how to face 3 Christmas parties this weekend! 😴😴

Hi, I'm new to the forum sorry if this goes on a bit too long, i found out on the 30th that i am expecting. This will be my 3rd pregnancy and hopefully 2nd child.

Feeling quite nervous even though my miscarriage was a long time ago, not sure on due dates as i have been having various abdominal issues and irregular cycles some 26 days some 28 and even a 31 day cycle lasting between 2-6 days.

My last bleed was 31st Oct and was a little heavier than spotting, there one day nothing the next and then back. I was due to go to the gp in just over a week to discuss possible endometriosis as its the only thing that has not been ruled out yet.

Over the past few weeks the pain i was experiencing has increased and is now constant but now i am getting more sharper pains and with the shock of a baby am now considerably worried.

I am concerned about things not working out but my gp doesnt seem bothered and just made me a routine midwife appt as they are taking the 31st as LMP but im wondering if it could be earlier due to strange period.

Has anyone had similar experiences? (sorry for long post, can never tend to shrink things down lol)

Crossfitgirl · 05/12/2018 06:18

Wow @mrsc87 I totally missed that pic you put up - it didn't show up the first time I read!
@senorasurf I'm going to wait too. Ah thats poo about your mat pay! Have you got a savings plan? Lots of people even on the dole get by ok, hehe. Keep an eye out for freebies and deals, there's a baby club you can join online and get sent offers and freebies etc... Have a google :-)
@stylix1981 lots of ladies on here including me have had lots of cramping, mine were painful. It's meant to be normal but if its constant and you are worried I'd go back to the GP and ask for blood tests. The worry can't be doing you any good. Good luck 😘

@ninunina so glad it's gone up! I've done another FRER this morning and it's loads darker. It's so reassuring isn't it :-)

@calmercomber mine have got a teeny big bigger and feel more squashy. They are small anyway so I can't wait for them to grow 😂

@everythingnow @sunshine1987 thank you! Might have a google of those companies!

@mrsof20118 is that ovia? It's good isn't it! Good luck with your scan! Let us know how it goes!

@bakingabean @autumnflowers I'd highly recommend the app Calm for good night's sleep! It has lovely calming images, music, meditations and even bedtime stories and yoga stuff on it. I'm currently on a 7 day free trial but I'm definitely going to pay for it after xx

@sunshine1987 I feel even less pregnant than I did a few days ago! I retested my FRER and got much darker line so feel lots better. Glad it's not just me with minimal symptoms. I'm 4+3 so plenty time though.

@kileah18 I'm still taking my pre conception vitamins. I went to boots and compared the labels of the conception and pregnancy ones. They are pretty much exactly the same! I have 3 packets left so not gonna waste them x

Crossfitgirl · 05/12/2018 06:23

Congratulations @moonchild23 I'm due 11th August so not far off you!!
@kileah18 totally with you on the apps, I've got ovia and pregnancy +, think I prefer ovia as I like to track my symptoms but keeping both!

I'm wishing time away but it's going soooo slow....
5 weeks on Sunday! Come oooonnn.
So glad I did my other test today as I feel loads better. I thought my symptoms were disappearing but it's great to see the line so much stronger x

dragonmummy17 · 05/12/2018 07:11

Hello @moonchild23 and @stylix1981 sorry things have been a bit stressful stylix
@Crossfitgirl great lines!

Anyone not getting sore boobs? Mine still look like saggy fried eggs!!
Also I woke up with a sore hip this morning... isn't it too early for this?! I had spd quite badly last time but not this early!

Crossfitgirl · 05/12/2018 07:26

@dragonmummy17 my symptoms are literally going away. My boobs aren't sore, I've just got sensitive nipples (which isn't unusual for me anyway at certain times of month, and they aren't even as bad as that!)

I also had a sore back yesterday. but I think it was just from being sat on my arse too long cos it's ok today 😂 and relaxin is released straight away so no it's not too early xx

MrsH1990 · 05/12/2018 07:39

Hey guys,

I've been feeling nauseous constantly for past 5 days 😩 it's literally putting me off everything!
I said I wasn't going to do another test but done a clear blue digi and it came up pregnant 3+ weeks. I'm over the moon!

I just need this scary period to do one and then I can enjoy being pregnant xxx

Bakingabean · 05/12/2018 07:52

@Lazysundays18 I do like a bit of yoga, but at the moment I'm in an orthopaedic boot so mobility isn't my strong point. I think I could only do a few things lying down! I might give it a go though.

@autumnflowers thanks, I'll have a lot ok at that one. I tried one last night but I found a lot of the speakers had irritating voices so I spent ages trying to find a meditation that had a good voice!

I think the rescue remedy might have helped too as I did sleep a bit better than the night before. Only tossed and turned from 4 am instead of all night!

Oh and the sore boobs really don't help!

6 weeks today. Only 34 more to go!

Bakingabean · 05/12/2018 08:05

@moonchild23 congrats! I totally know that spaced out feeling. It's not like dizziness just feeling like I'm in a bubble? Makes it really hard to concentrate at work!

@crossgitgirl Thanks! I'll have a look at the Calm app too.

I've got cold Chinese left over... do we think it's safe to eat today? Normally I wouldn't think twice and would stuff it down. But now I'm thinking I should be more careful? (Pork dumplings and crispy chilli beef- probably wont eat the rice!)

Lemon1 · 05/12/2018 10:19

Hello lovelies! Please can I join! I got my BFP this morning! I Can’t stop smiling!

This is my 2nd pregnancy as sadly lost my first at 11weeks in July. I am keeping everything crossed that this one grows strong and healthy!
My due date is 14th August!

I have had a strong blood taste in my mouth since Thursday and a few little niggles in lower left groin area! Not sure if this is normal!

How is everyone feeling? Any symptoms yet? Xxxx

Lemon1 · 05/12/2018 10:21

Just caught up in the convo! Yes my boobs are super sore too! They aren’t very big so are starting to look a little plumper! Haha x

clairelee17 · 05/12/2018 10:25

Hi @Lemon1, welcome! I'm like you, on my second pregnancy, which sadly ended in miscarriage in September at 9 weeks. Due 7th August, so just hoping and praying for a successful outcome this time!

I have insomnia, but tiredness at the same time (!), pulling feeling in my uterus, heavy, sore boobs, acid reflux and a lot of belching! I've also felt nauseous on and off, but as I'm only 5 weeks, I'm expecting this to arrive next week, if it does at all!

Sending sticky wishes your way! xxx

Lemon1 · 05/12/2018 10:29

@clairelee17 sorry for your loss also! It really is heartbreaking! I’m keeping everything crossed for us this time around! We have got this! 😍

I think I am able to get an early scan this Time? Have you spoken to your doctor yet? They mention on my EPRC that next time I could have an 8 week one! Xx

Mammyofasuperbaby · 05/12/2018 10:32

Hi ladies, can I join.
I found out I'm expecting my second child on the 4th Dec and was diagnosed with pcos on the same day ( very happy day)
I'm due somewhere around 8th to 15th of August and this is a high risk pregnancy.
I'll just note what went wrong last time;
Sudden onset pre eclampsia,
Premature baby (33 weeks)
Igur,
Failing placenta,
No amniotic fluid,
Feotal distress,
Minor organ damage to me.
So I'm feeling very nervous about everything at the moment.

clairelee17 · 05/12/2018 10:36

Aww thank you @Lemon1! Hopefully, we've got this!! :)

I went to my doctor on Monday and he referred me, obviously with all my previous history. Although he didn't mention I could go for an early scan this/next time. My miscarriage happened at home, with no medical or hospital intervention, so I had no advice from a professional afterwards, so I'm a bit misguided. I'm just hoping that they pick up I've had one recently on my notes and invite me for an early scan. If not, I'll book one around the 8 week mark. Unfortunately that falls on Christmas Day, so might try and get one before then. Hoepfully you'll manage to get an early scan and put your mind at ease! xxx

sunshine1987 · 05/12/2018 11:03

@crossfitgirl yeah I had to do another digital to make sure the weeks were going up as I literally feel normal except my boobs are sore when trying to get to sleep. I mean I don’t want to wish for symptoms but......have been told it all kicks in week 6, 5+2 today xx

UnicornDust17 · 05/12/2018 11:22

@Mammyofasuperbaby congrats! Fingers firmly crossed for you here. My first was a premmie too (30 weeks), sounds really tough for you x

UnicornDust17 · 05/12/2018 12:34

Congrats @Moonchild23 @stylix1981 and @lemon1 (just catching up on the thread)
