I don't want to scare you but I would be asking to have your hormone levels tested. I had an ectopic pregnancy which started off quite similarly. Particularly with the bleeding and the inconsistent pregnancy tests.

There is no pain though xx

I didn't see your last update so I am probably wrong. If you keep getting positive tests go and get checked. I had no pain with my ectopic.
