So the test yesterday was completely clear, no faint line at all?

Is it possible that the hcg levels have been dropping ever since the end of February when you had the irregular bleeding?

“In some cases, the hCG levels can return to the normal level within just a few days after a miscarriage. In some other cases, the hCG levels may take a few weeks to return to the normal level after a miscarriage.“

I know you feel unsupported by your doctors and I understand, but I think it is important to go and tell them what you have told us.

Is it possible you may need some medical intervention if there was a miscarriage but the placenta tissue is not coming away naturally?

Sounds silly but try and keep busy so hopefully it will go abit faster , it could of been an implantation bleed I had that in middle of March thought it was my period and then on the 16th of April I got my first BFP so took a long while to get the positive and I had sickness before I even got the positive.

Got everything crossed for you

So there’s something triggering that. Do you have another dipstick? The test line doesn’t even seem that confident on there.

brewsandbooks · 21/03/2018 14:18

I can definitely see a line

NotTakenUsername · 21/03/2018 14:25

I definitely see one too, sorry I should have been more explicit.

I just think with the journey op has already been on to this point, it is sensitive to tread carefully until things are established a bit more.

Do u really think so

OP posts:
ClangerTwanger · 23/03/2018 22:23

Absolutely. My lines were fainter than that at first and I’m 25 weeks now. If you’re getting lines on a. Pregnancy test you’re pregnant woman, put down the tests and book in with a midwife! Xx congratulations Flowers

Rebecca of course you are scared you have been on such a confusing journey.

Try to be patient and test again on Sunday morning, then Tuesday... you should hopefully start seeing a reassuring depth in the colour/clarity of the line. Those hormones levels are meant to double about every 48hours.

I don’t think there is any point in booking in via your doctors just yet (because they sound useless!) as midwife will not see you until 10-12weeks. Give it a chance to establish (maybe another week) and then go and tell the doctor you need to book in with the midwife. Do try to explain once more what has happened, but at least once you get to see a midwife they will (hopefully!) be more supportive.

I have everything crossed for you that this is the one. Flowers
