Aha - so we've cracked it on a couple of us re: names!

My DS has also gone to bed with a high temperature, he fell asleep almost as soon as I picked him up from nursery at about 4.30 and has been wimpering and dozing since then. Hope he'll wake up well for tomorrow as we are meant to be seeing our resident porn star (sorry MrsMc!!!)

There must be something going round as I'm sure Greedy and Fettle's LO's have been ill with temperatures recently.

Evening all - sorry hear more little ones have this horrible high temp/cold that is going around. My DD had her birthday party this afternoon at nursery and is absolutely shattered, as just volunteered (after we managed to persuade the screaming tantrum train that she'd become to go upstairs), to go straight to bed without any stories!. Hope she's better tomorrow, we're supposed be out buying her a bike for her birthday present - but she's just said she has a bike already (a baby bike) and she doesn't want/need another! Don't want to argue with her, but AAAAHHHHHH!!! Why do I want another one so much?!?!

hope everyone has good weekends ahead of them - my sister is coming down to help celebrate DD's birthday, which should be fun, as long as DD is in a better mood tomorrow and the weather is better again (it was so cold and wet today!).

fettle - to find a mctimoney chiropractor go to this website and search in your area. not sure how close they will be to you but a good friend of mine who i trained with works in salisbury. if that is close enough to you i will tell you which one she is on the site. there is also another one on there who used to be one of my tutors and i think she is pretty good and she works in bradford on avon if that is anywhere near you. hope this helps

Thanks Greedy - I'll have a look at that site. Thankfully, my back seems to have eased up a bit now, so I'm hoping it was just the start of this horrible virus that is going around. Both Salisbury and Bradford aren't unreasonable to get to, but not next door - used to live 20 minutes from Salisbury, until we moved just before Christmas!!

Curry was just what I needed, but I need to undo my skirt now - but I could blame that on minifettle instead!!!

DD was really was really sweet this morning,
my sickness has returned with a frenzy and I had to stop reading to her last night, due to a retching fit and again this morning in the car, I had to quickly find my faithful mint tic-tacs. DD then said, maybe the baby is giggling, Mummy, which is making you feel sick!! Made me feel much better about my nausea, thinking that!!

Hope the lemon chicken and curry was good - I had crunchynut cornflakes - DH is working and I had a big chinese buffet lunch . DS still hasn't stirred so I'm hoping he's going to get a good nights sleep. Take care y'all xxx
