I have discovered that the key to not feeling horribly nauseous is eating pretty much constantly.

Today i have had:

2 pieces toast with marmite
Yogurt
Handful Ritz crackers
2 cheese crispy pancakes (which i thought would be nicer than they tasted)

Fancy quiche and jacket potato for tea. And some mint poppets. Hmm...poppets...

Happy to be of some help MrsM, if only in the "it's nice to know it's not just me" sense. Sure we'll cross paths again somewhere on these boards, but if not then good luck with rest of preg and with the afterlife

Thanks Jamantha. And by the way, congratulatons for losing loads last year, don't worry about being smug, I'd be shouting from the rooftops!

xx

MrsMar, it sounds like you are doing all the right things with your GI Diet - I doubt if you'd be at risk of gestational diabetes if you can carry on as you are.

I am feeling really hungry too at the mo.

But I say if you are hungry you must eat, it is your body's way of telling you you have to! I snack on oatcakes with low-fat cheese, an apple and a few brazil nuts (to balance the blood sugar!). What about a bowl of all-bran? Could you take that to work? Porridge maybe?

Love hummus too! Yum!
