So it turns out that there's a whole load of weird things that happen to you during pregnancy.
Today I experience a heady cocktail of nausea, heartburn and ravenous hunger. SIMULTANEOUSLY. I didn't know if I was coming or going.
Other highlights have included spurious, uncontrollable farts, shooting pains in my lady bits and an overwhelming contentedness to sit down and do NOTHING. Not even think. Seriously, my head feels like Dido or some sort of light jazz has taken the place of actual thinking.
I also did not anticipate feeling like my own gravitational field when sitting in the sofa.
I'm 26 weeks today.

Anything else to add?

Stumbled across this thread and so much rings true! The weirdest thing I had was humming in my sleep. After having my ds it stopped but now he does it! It drives dh to distraction.
My worst symptom was 4 mths of blocked sinuses giving me a permanent headache.

Zebras we're taught at preggo yoga that humming is very relaxing for babies!

I'd rather hum than snore...

Im now toying with whether the heartburn is going to be worth eating my chipotle crisps and dip... That also involves getting off the sofa to go get them too...

How could I forget to include itchy scalp?? I had never heard of this in pregnancy but it is driving me mad-I'm scratching at times like I've got the worst nits (I haven't!) please tell me I'm not alone

At 26 weeks my bug bear is hot flushes! I look illuminous sometimes. Everyone in the office is starting to get a bit frightened of me because I keep storming over to the thermostat in the office grumbling and red faced! Everyone else seems to be freezing but it was turned up to 27 degrees.

Burning feet and face in bed at night!!
