I'm in so much pain its unreal!!

On Thursday I had an attack of the runs after a takeaway, since then I've had one massive and immensely painful pile. It's very hard and making life very difficult!

I can sit down ok but its hurting when I move and I'm laying down, I've got some cream but its not making a blind bit of difference tbh. I've been putting it on as instructed and having a shower every morning as its smelling!!

I've just been to the toilet again and its bled. What can I do to make tpain from it woke me up last night and my oh is getting sick of being woken up by me tossing and turning, as well as the snoring, night terrors and restless legs that pregnancy had brought on!

Is there anything I can do for the pain or any natural remedies that I can see if I can get my hands on to try and help??

Then it went 20 mins after. I am a freak.

Yep, feel like im wetting meself constantly. Blush

At least we've not long to go thank chuff!!

Notgrownupinmyhead · 27/08/2012 20:43

Ps i had the return of the morning sickness too, went after a few weeks...

ithastobeNAICEham · 27/08/2012 21:32

Ive taken to wearing tena lady's! It's not attractive but I'm past the point of caring!!
The bath didn't go so well :( I ended up having to get out n have a shower as it stung like hell, I think I must have been scratching while I'm asleep and ubroken some skin around it!! Bloody minger that I am!!

Just a couple more weeks to go now!!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 27/08/2012 22:10

Im gonna have to get some, pant liners seem ti vanish up my arse. Funny really considering i dont have one its flat and doesnt fill pants!!

Hmmm, what about putting some Sudocrem in it tonight and covering it up with a pad so even if you do scratch it the pad lessens the blow iyswim Confused

ithastobeNAICEham · 28/08/2012 09:18

Tena lady are ace!! I have to say I've kinda got used to wearing them now Blush my theory is that I'm going to be wearing really thick pads after the birth so why not get used to wearing pads again!?!?!?!

Last night I loaded myself up with cream and put a pad on (this situation is NOT helping the eviction plan at all, sex is off the agenda for now!!) I fell asleep before I saw your reply! I'm hoping its done some good, I can't see myself and I'm pretty sure I'd never have sex again if I asked my OH!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 28/08/2012 10:43

Ha ha, it really is NOT good. Next time we get the shopping Ill get some Tena. Ive got loads of night time pads but will def hive the super Tena a go plus they've got odour control!!

DS2 is cutting his first teeth! Late. So was up for ages with him.

Am going to wash the lovely wee and underboob sweat away now then crack on! Pah!

ithastobeNAICEham · 28/08/2012 11:36

Ah, teething!! Is it front teeth or back ones? My dd was awful with her back ones :(

I'm thinking I might kick my dd out of the house to go to the park (literally across the road) give the kitchen a clean n then try and tackle the bedrooms!! It's been over a week since I did anything up there (complete slattern atm) but its not like anyone sees my bedroom other than me n the OH!!

Just don't buy the tena lady knickers, complete waste of money and they feel like you are wearing a nappy!!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 28/08/2012 12:51

Its his front ones top and bottom bless but a friend of ours lives in the US so sent us some baby orajel so when it gets too bad ill use that, he just wakes for a few hours from 8-11 ish then later on to be fed. Was hoping he would've grown out of it by now.

Wish we lived across the road from a park. I feel bad on ds1 cos hes been stuck in the house with me for the past 6 weeks cos I cant move. Much.

Ill be houseworking later with some appropriate choons. Ours is a tip and bedroom looks like a squat. Blush i need to get the nappies on the line and clean all the sides and hoover corners from cobwebs. Nice!!

I pulled the plug in the sink this mornin to refill it and pulled out a slug. I nearly bleached my hand.

I was going to get the pants for hospital but settled on big knickers instead.

ithastobeNAICEham · 28/08/2012 13:43

The park across the road is one of the reasons I moved here (it certainly wasn't because of the neighbours!! They seem to be having some sort of party/argument most days!)

I think most babies go through the sleep regression stage when they are teething, my sis felt it when her lo was teething and she was pg with the twins!! She spent hours going on about how brilliantly her dd was sleeping and how lucky (smug) she was to have such a good little sleeper for it to all go out of the window!!

A slug?!?!?! Eeewwwwwww, I'm pretty good with bugs etc (hand feeding lizards will help) but a slug?? Fook that! I probably would have bleached my hand! Alongside the obvious girly screaming!

I'm not even looking up atm, far too much shame to be gained from that!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 28/08/2012 14:21

Hes never been a good sleeper anyway and cos dh is on nights all week i can keep him in with me Grin

Im not at all fussed by bugs and mice but slugs and moths make me vom.

Ive hoovered the drier filter and rinsed the condenser unit and other exciting household chores that I love weed at the though of doing Wink not.

Just need to fill my face and drink Gaviscon!

ithastobeNAICEham · 28/08/2012 14:42

Sounds like you have had a very productive day so far!!

I've done my room just need to my dd's now and once the workman has finished on my boiler I can bleach clean the kitchen and then let the pup back in (she's been relegated to the back garden for he morning as she has ripped up part of my lino and she had peed on the floor)

I could never do the co sleeping thing as Iwas always scared I'd either roll on her or she would fall out of the bed n I wouldn't realise!

This baby is kicking my ribs and punching my bladder all at the same time!! It's bloody uncomfortable!!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 28/08/2012 17:22

I dont normally have any of them in with me and probably wont thinking about it now as he moves loads in his sleep and knowing my luck will fall out!!

I hate DH's dog, not her fault but she's a pita. Confused

Nah, i had a half hour burst before and thats about it.

Yeah, im all about the ribs and bladder today then we'll get the nighttime fannying about.

Is the bum better?

ithastobeNAICEham · 28/08/2012 20:17

Both of mine are pita but so is the OH too!! I love him loads but he knows how to get me in a full blown pregnancy rage!! (it gets the house work done as when I'm pissed off I clean!!)

I love my half hour bursts of energy! I get loads done and then I can use it for the rest of the day!! But look I did the bedrooms and stairs today! Lol

Its a bit better today but it seems to have got a bit harder Confused

Trying another bath, without witchazel tonight!!! I'm just hoping it doesn't bring on labour as my hospital is 23 miles away and the bypass inbetween there mine n the hospital has been closed all Fay and traffic is a nightmare, one of my friends left work at 4 and only got home 10 mins ago!!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 28/08/2012 20:32

Uh oh. I had a thought earlier, would Arnica help?

We haven't a bloody clue where the hospital is! Its near Manchester Airport so we'll head for there and its only 8 miles away Blush

Ooh DH sent me into a silent rage the other night with his snoring. BiscuitBiscuit deep breaths.

I think im starting with the piles now, sympathy with you lady!?! He he. The skin is starting to get sore.

Oh dear Snog Marry Avoid is on. Brilliant!!

ithastobeNAICEham · 28/08/2012 21:47

I don't have any arnica in atm, I'm gonna speak to the midwife tomorrow n see what she says, if she can't offer any decent advice (she can be very ditzy but she can be brilliant at times) I'll go book an appointment with the doctor.

After my bath, it really hurt when I put the cream on :( don't think the cream is making a blind bit of difference tbh

Do either you or your dh drive? Could you do a dummy run and take the kids along?? You could build it up as going to see the planes??

If you are getting piles, you can blame me but don't use a cream, get a gell and start using it now! Piles fucking hurt!!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 28/08/2012 22:17

Ive suffered with the twatting things for years.

A moth has just touched my cheek. Barf! Not my day for creepies!!

DH drives and has been ordered to have ar least 2 weeks off at the end of the week so we'll go then. Or get a taxi....

At least i get the bed to myself tonight so no snoring!!!!

ithastobeNAICEham · 29/08/2012 09:34

This is the second time I've had them, I got them after having my dd but they never really hurt or gave me too many issues. I found I had them when I went to the doctors because I was bleeding when I went to the loo!!

I hate moths, infact I hate most crawlies!! I an deal with spiders etc, if there is a small person about, if not I do scream!! I really need to man up about spiders!! I once woke up with one on my arm n my ex thought I was being murdered! Tbf, thething was massive!!

How did you sleep?? My OH kept prodding me and talking to me in his sleep so I'm now knackered!

Start the day off on a positive though, I get to see my twin nephews on Saturday! Can't wait!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 29/08/2012 10:22

Im working on night weaning the current small person so got to sleep about 1am but cos I was on my own I only woke about 3 times! Then had a bag of Skittles thrown at me at 7.30 excellent!!

The moths eyes had an evil amber glow and I flapped like a right throbber and rsn but it followed!!

Another jama day today and counting the days down til payday!! Ive done ran 2 maternity leaves consecutively and worked it out last night ive been pg since about Dec 2010 with 8 weeks of not being before i got caught with this one! I want my womb back!

ithastobeNAICEham · 29/08/2012 13:20

So productive nights sleep around then?? Why skittles though?? The mind of a small person!!

I can see why you would want your womb back!! I've always said I wanted 3 but after this pg n the problems I've had I'm really asking myself why tbh! I was 19 when I had my first n I'm 27 now.... It's so much harder now!!

Moths are evil, slugs and.snails ate nasty creatures and spiders will probably cause my death (or eat me while I sleep)!!! This is fact Grin

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 29/08/2012 13:57

Yeah, til ds3 comes then who knows how many times Ill be up. DH bought the Skittles for me and Ben and Jerries which Ill hide in the kitchen with later.

Im 31 and have been asked by others when am I having another!!!!! 3 is enough but then I think maybe in a few years.

Shoot me now.

Something similar to the bug thing though is i have to sleep with my feet covered in case someone touches them Hmm or they get bit in the night. I am a total freak.

On the walk where i live im the oldest out of 4 to be pg well its now 3 cos one popped out recently and the young girl opposite us due the same day. Theres only 10 houses!

Has your morning sickness come back?

ithastobeNAICEham · 29/08/2012 14:47

I'm thinking this is all practice for the newborn sleep deprivation!! My oh is thinking if he sleeps through the crying I won't wake him!! How wrong he is! If I'm up, so is he lol. I'm going to need someone to talk to!!

The feet thing is more normal than you
think, I can't have my feet covered if I'm too hot but my OH and my younger brothers do the exact same as you!!

Most of the people I know who are/were pregnant have already popped out theirs and it makes me want mine here even more now!

My sis was due 6 weeks before me and as she had twins she had them 4 weeks early, I want mine

The midwife appointment was interesting, my stomach tightened everytime she tried touching it and the baby kept punching the doppler while she was trying to get a heartbeat, I thought it was quite amusing, the midwife didn't share my thoughts!

I've asked about sweeps and induction today, not a chance in hell of a sweep yet and induction at 42 weeks with no room for earlier :( not what I wanted to hear.

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 29/08/2012 16:25

Hmmm, could you reach round/up/under to see if you are dilated? Im going to get a fit ball off Ebay and get bouncing on that.

I go to MW next week and am hoping that'll be the last. Even though its only a 15 min walk normally its taking me double for my orbit draws everything inti its path.

Do you know what make baby is?

Ooh, i remembered earlier ive got a Scholl footspa upstairs i think ill get that out later and stimulate the pressure points on ma feets. Some are meant to stimulate the uterus so we'll see.

We've just had a brilliant thunderstorm. Love them!!

ithastobeNAICEham · 29/08/2012 21:49

I've been seeing if I'm dilating since I had my show over two weeks ago but nope, nothing as yet. My cervix is quite low and seems to be getting flatter, which is a good sign!

We had a thunder storm too, I got caught out in it!! I went to the shop at the wrong time and I got soaked!!

I've heard pressure points in the feet are meant to be quite effective so you'll have to let me know how it goes!!

A friend who lives near skipton has found me my last bit of baby equipment!! A steriliser, brand new for 7 quid!! She's posting it to me so 7 quid, plus a fiver postage and I've got everything now!! So happy!

I'm having another girl, I'm quite glad as u don't know if I could handl a baby boy!! I've only ever had to deal with baby girls!!

I know what you mean about drawing things into your orbit! The walk to the midwife should take me 20 mins, took meh
alf an hour today and longer on the way back as its mostly uphill!! I was shattered when I got home!

I've played on the Wii tonight in the hope that will set me off!!

OP posts:
Notgrownupinmyhead · 29/08/2012 22:35

And im glad its a boy for the same reason as you!!

Ooh, love a good bargain!! I need to de-chalk the steriliser too but Ill have to go to the chemist fir citric acid.

Didn't use the footspa I ironed instead!! Sad cow. Ill try and remember to use it 2moro.

MW might sort you next time maybe?

Just seen my side view, ha ha.

ithastobeNAICEham · 29/08/2012 22:58

I stopped ironing last yr when my OH moved in, too much washing!! Can you tell I'd been on my own too long?!?!

I adore bargain shopping, I always shop around for the cheapest price, I can't be doing with shopping on the net, I feel do lazy! (that will probably change when baby gets here though!)

I'm hoping the midwife will do a sweep or at least something when I go next, I feel like I'm being so lazy atm and its simply because I just can't do what I'm used to! Normally me and my dd would have gone climbing and swimming once a week during the hols but I've only managed to take het swimming once and my OH is clueless about the various knots and ropes so he can't take her (my ex taught me and dd to climb when dd was 3 and she loves it)

Can't wait til she is back at school though, uniform shopping tomorrow, not looking forward to it, tried a couple of weeks backbut it ended in her crying and me nearly joining her!! Not a fun prospect!
