hello everyone! lovely pic cadmum!

JBM - still nothing hey, just think of my poor friend, she is 39 and half weeks, due on thursday but as yet absolutely no signs at all.

Am 35 plus 3 now and am also sleeping rather badly, although am getting used to it now.

How was everyone's weekend? saw in-laws including SIL who I get on with but often thinks she knows better than everyone else including how to bring up children(none of her own) which can be so annoying!

munz · 03/10/2005 16:36

yingers - so it's between u and JM then for who's gonna pop first! lol.

I'm fine ty JM, how's u this avo?

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 03/10/2005 16:53

im better after finishing off my tub of ben and jerrys ice cream!

Yingers - cant beleive we are so close yet so far!

37+3 here..... according to hospital. If i go by my dates i have a grand total of 4 days left!!!

OP posts:
Frizbe · 03/10/2005 16:54

Crikey we'll have two in one go I reckon!
Cadmum love the pic, I reckon illness with dh to take the kids away was a lot better, glad your over it now tho!
I myself have another bloomin headache today..... however have managed to go out and brought a skirt and a cardi for a wedding this weekend, boy do I look pregnant in it! alas no tops in any of the shops I've been in so far to match tho......am praying don't get bigger boobs before the weekend, as I can just squeeze into a basquey type thing I've just routed out of the wardrobe which will do, please boobs, don't grow! - sorry George but this is a none maternity skirt, but its got an elasticated waist and is in a 16 which is a bigger size than normal, so does that count?!

yingers74 · 03/10/2005 21:46

am pretty sure you're going to pop before me! I don't want to see any signs of labour till my mum gets back from her hols!!!!

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 03/10/2005 22:00

i dunno hun, one of the girls on the october thread was due 2 days after me and posted earlier to say her waters had gone - yeah great - like im not depressed enough as it is!!!

OP posts:
romilly · 03/10/2005 22:47

yingers - hope you can get a bit more kip in the next few weeks

J&BM - ooooooh, so close now........

cadmum - sorry you had a bit of regressing on the pukey front - it is typical it comes back just when you dont want it (when is ever a good time for m/s though?!)

friz - lol, my fat bird clothes are accumulating at a scary rate - not something i am proud of.

george - TP tuesday tomorrow: i cheated and measured tonight and couldnt believe it - an extra three quarters of a sheet already!!!!! that is obscene - so nearly 8 sheets already for fatbird rom

munz - i will e-mail you tomorrow re: boss situation - save boring on here about it. very pleased to hear your system is back in working order hun

Frizbe · 04/10/2005 09:16

Lol Rom, I daren't pop the sheets around me, I know I've grown again!! If you could only see the size I ended up at last time! HUGE, have very scarey photos, but am never posting them on here.... I did show them to a very skinny friend who had just found out she was pregnant, as she'd not seen me in the last month of my last pregnancy, and she couldn't believe anyone could get that big!! argh!! and here we go again...

Cadmum · 04/10/2005 13:24

Still just shy of 8 sheets.

I fell down the stairs early this morning (3:30ish). OUCH! I am sore this morning as a result. Thankfully I didn?t land on my bump so I am sure baby is just fine. Only me covered in bruises and carpet burn!

DS2 has cried since he woke up this morning so unless his mood improves dramatically, I won?t be back in front of mumsnet until after they are in bed. Have a lovely day.

Frizbe · 04/10/2005 14:27

Ouch Cadmum, a) What on earth were you doing up at that time and b) please try and be more careful hon {{{Hugs}}}
Hope ds is feeling better for your sake.

Cadmum · 04/10/2005 15:06

Friz: I had fallen asleep in DD?s bed and the lights were still on in the kitchen. I was also dying of thirst... That will teach me to try and stay awake longer than DD. Next time I will turn off all of the lights before i crawl into any warm bed!

Frizbe · 04/10/2005 15:49

Aww Cadmum bless for falling asleep with dd, I daren't do that, because dh would be mighty upset, but also because dd would never go to sleep without me again!

george32 · 04/10/2005 16:09

LOL Rom. I've measured & still 8 sheets for me too. That is months of being the same now.
I'm sure I'm going to suddenly increase a sheet & loads of stretch marks are going to errupt on my tummy!!

Cadmum, hope you are OK. I have a collection of night time things by my bed now, water, biscuits, tissues, books, shame there is nothing you can do about needing a wee though. Take it easy

Measure Friz, measure! You are still in normal clothes - no way you can be big!!

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 04/10/2005 17:06

Ill measure later and let you all know - reckoning im still 11 sheets but we will see!

Bought the raspberry leaf tea today so will see if that gts things moving - oh and the bumpy bus ride into town and back may have helped, on top of the 2 hours pushing the buggy round town!

OP posts:
munz · 04/10/2005 18:02

friz - u get measuring girlie! lol.

JM - goo luck with the rasp leaf, did u opt ofr tea/tablets in the end?

cadmum - u take things easy MRS!!

rom - hope the boss isn't being to much of a pain - trade u for an international cow anne of a customer who already has 60 days credit and every month he has an invoice problem right b4 payments due - today it was can u do one invoice instead of the 3 u've done cos my account team can't figure it out - WTF!!! how crap are they? I emailed her all invoices seperatly detialing what invoice when with whihc order! URGHHHHHHHH!!! can't wait to leave that woman's seriously annoying me now - ahh pg hormones are in full swing again today! lol.

yingers - where r u going on ur hols?

has anyone heard form diyz of late?

anyhow hope everyone's OK. off now to check in my car manual the meaning of flashy lights - and the bloody speado's broken - bloody typical there was a van on the way to dropping DH off in work -do u think if I get a ticket I can bill the army?

Cadmum · 04/10/2005 18:08

Munz: I have been either horizontal or in front of the computer all day. Does that count? Have you heard about your DH?s promotion yet?

munz · 04/10/2005 18:16

only if u were mnetting!

we hear on thursday - I don't know who's more nervous me or him - he's under strict instruction thou to ring me as soon as he knows - alhtou he's working nights so he's told the lad on days to ring him as soon as the answer comes in. fingers crosse all around.

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 04/10/2005 18:30

im on the tea for now.....

Jess jsut going to bed so once i next need a wee (probably about 10 minutes time the way im going!) ill measure for you girls!

Everythign crossed for thursday munz..... he deserves it x

OP posts:
munz · 04/10/2005 18:34

I bloody hope so, the money will come in so handy - according to the manual the light that was flashing on the car is due to the immobiliser/injection system/electric system - could this be a reson the spedo's gone wonky? the damn car's only 5 years old.

anyhow, no more movements?

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 04/10/2005 18:37

movements..... not really.... a few twinges earlier but im probably just over-doign it slightly..... but im in the frame of mind to try and keep active if i can.....

OP posts:
munz · 04/10/2005 18:39

well not too much- don't want u too tired for labour now.

jessicaandbumpsmummy · 04/10/2005 18:39
